My Route to School

Hello， I am Shen Daxiang， astudent from Class 8， Grade 6 atXiqiao Experimental Primary School.I always commute to school by car，and Id like to share the route I taketo get there.

The journey starts from myhome， which is approximately 20kilometers away from the school. Mymother kindly drives me to schoolevery day. First， we travel straight forabout one kilometer from my home.At the first crossing， we turn right and continue to go straight. Itsimportant to be mindful of the traffic lights. We proceed when thelight is green. After covering a distance of 2 kilometers， we crossthe Gaoming Bridge， where I get to enjoy the scenic view of along and beautiful river with crystal-clear water.

Following the bridge， we turn right at the first crossing andenter Longgao Road. It takes us roughly 10 minutes to reach theend of Longgao Road. Then， we make a left turn at the secondcrossing and enter Nanjiu Road， which brings us closer to myschool. Finally， approximately five minutes later， I merge into theavenue around the mountain and turn right at the bridge. Thatswhen I caught sight of my beautiful school on the right side.

Even though my school is far from home， I find great joyand happiness there. I am determined to cherish my time andstudy hard. One year from now， whenever I study， my love for myschool， teachers， and classmates will endure forever.
