摘? ? 要:黃花佑番木瓜是以泰國(guó)紅為母本、GZ201301301為父本雜交育成的鮮食番木瓜新品種。該品種植株生長(zhǎng)旺盛,結(jié)果性狀優(yōu)良,受高溫影響小,間斷結(jié)果現(xiàn)象輕,連續(xù)坐果率94.3%,平均單株商品果為71.8個(gè),平均單果質(zhì)量為790.3 g,果實(shí)呈梨形,整齊度高,商品性狀優(yōu)良,平均縱徑17.3 cm,橫徑10.3 cm。果實(shí)果皮光滑,果肉較厚呈橙紅色,口感柔嫩多汁、無(wú)渣,風(fēng)味清香??扇苄怨绦挝锖浚╳,后同)為13.5%,還原糖含量為10.5 g·100 g-1,總糖含量為12.8 g·100 g-1,總酸含量為0.16 g·100 g-1,維生素C含量為84.7 mg·100 g-1,粗纖維含量為0.5 g·100 g-1。在珠三角地區(qū),組培苗春季定植至始花時(shí)間約59 d,定植至始采收時(shí)間約177 d,豐產(chǎn)性強(qiáng),當(dāng)年平均株產(chǎn)量約56.8 kg,每666.7 m2產(chǎn)量為6816 kg。果實(shí)在常溫條件下保鮮貯藏期為7 d。適應(yīng)性較強(qiáng),適宜在我國(guó)番木瓜產(chǎn)區(qū)種植。感環(huán)斑花葉病毒病和畸葉病毒病,建議采用輪作方式種植,重點(diǎn)防控病毒病。

Breeding of a new non-transgene and small-fruit-sized papaya cultivar Huanghuayou

Abstract: Huahuangyou is a new high-quality fruit papaya cultivar, which was crossed between Taiguohong (female parent) and the small fruit Hawaiian type GZ201301301 (male parent) by the Institute of Fruit Research, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2016 and 358 hybrid seeds were obtained. In December 2016, the hybrid seeds were sown in nutrient pots in a greenhouse, and 296 healthy seedlings were obtained through conventional water and fertilizer management. Those seedlings were planted in Guangzhou Experiment Base in February 2017. According to the breeding purpose for high yield, high quality and good commercial appeal, Huahuangyou was first selected in 2017. After variety test and regional adaptability test at Guangzhou, Foshan and Zhanjiang from 2019 to 2021, it was finally selected in 2021. The plant grows vigorously with high temperature resistance, the average plant height is 288.5 cm and the crown width is 298.7 cm. The stem of the adult plant is cylindrical, gray green and hollow with 218.5 cm high and 48.3 cm thick. The leaves are dark green and the average leaf length and the width are 87.1 cm and 93.8 cm, respectively. The veins are clear and green, and the petiole is 98.2 cm long and 11.5 cm thick. The corolla is yellow while, the base is yellow green, and the corolla length and diameter are 3.7 cm and 3.2 cm, respectively. The main axis of the inflorescence is green, and the average length is about 8.8 cm. The fruit is pear-shaped with high regularity, the fruit stalk is green with an average length of about 3.5 cm, the peel of the fruit is smooth and orange yellow after ripening. The flesh is of superior quality, with orange-red color, and the taste is tender, smooth and sweet. The longitudinal and transverse diameters of the fruit are 17.3 cm and 10.3 cm, respectively. The ratio of longitudinal to transverse diameters is 1.68, and the average width of the middle fruit cavity is about 5.0 cm. The contents of soluble solid, reducing sugar, total sugar, total acid, Vitamin C and crude fiber are 13.5%, 10.5 g·100 g-1, 12.8 g·100 g-1, 0.16 g·100 g-1, 84.7 mg·100 g-1 and 0.5 g·100 g-1, respectively. The period from planting to first flowering and planting to first harvesting was about 59 d and 177 d, respectively when the tissue culture seedlings were planted in the Pearl River Delta Region in spring. This cultivar has high yield performance, and the average number of commercial fruits per plant is 71.8 with the average single fruit weight being 790.3 g, the average yield per plant is 56.8 kg in the year of planting, and the yield is 6816 kg per 666.7 m2 in the case of planting 120 plants. The storage period under normal temperature is 7 days. The variety has strong adaptability, but it is susceptible to papaya ring spot and malformed virus disease. It is suitable for cultivation in the papaya producing areas in China and suggested to adopt rotation planting mode for sake of the prevention and control of virus disease.

番木瓜(Carica papaya L.)又稱(chēng)萬(wàn)壽果,屬于番木瓜科番木瓜屬,是多年生肉質(zhì)草本植物,全年栽培生產(chǎn)果實(shí),原產(chǎn)于美洲南部,現(xiàn)于熱帶或亞熱帶國(guó)家和地區(qū)有廣泛栽培[1]。番木瓜因生長(zhǎng)快、收獲早、產(chǎn)量高、用途廣、供應(yīng)期長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn),在我國(guó)廣東、廣西、海南、福建等地廣泛種植[2, 3]。據(jù)FAO統(tǒng)計(jì),全球番木瓜種植面積接近42萬(wàn)hm2,年產(chǎn)量超1200萬(wàn)t,成為世界第三大熱帶水果,僅次于香蕉和菠蘿[4]。由于番木瓜果實(shí)具有食用價(jià)值、藥用價(jià)值和工業(yè)價(jià)值,隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,銷(xiāo)售范圍擴(kuò)大,需求量不斷增加,且消費(fèi)需求日趨多樣化,因此產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)番木瓜品種的需求也逐步呈多元化態(tài)勢(shì),此外番木瓜環(huán)斑花葉病毒病往往導(dǎo)致在番木瓜定植第2年后開(kāi)始大幅減產(chǎn),成為番木瓜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要瓶頸[5]。因此通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)雜交育種途徑培育豐產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、商品性好、整齊度高的小果型非轉(zhuǎn)基因番木瓜新品種,實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)年豐收的目的,成為該品種選育的目標(biāo)。
1 選育過(guò)程
黃花佑番木瓜是以廣東省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院果樹(shù)研究所收集的種質(zhì)資源泰國(guó)紅優(yōu)株為母本、小果型夏威夷類(lèi)GZ201301301為父本,于2016年11月通過(guò)常規(guī)雜交的方式獲得雜交種子358粒。2016年12月,將雜交種子播種于溫室營(yíng)養(yǎng)杯中,通過(guò)常規(guī)水肥管理,獲得健康種苗296株。于2017年2月將296株F1代種苗定植于廣州試驗(yàn)基地。根據(jù)豐產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、商品性好、整齊度高的選育目標(biāo),經(jīng)綜合性狀評(píng)價(jià),選擇植株生長(zhǎng)速度快、生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng)、黃花、連續(xù)結(jié)果能力強(qiáng)、掛果數(shù)量多、果形好、果皮光滑、果肉緊實(shí)、產(chǎn)量高、品質(zhì)優(yōu)良的兩性株優(yōu)株,編號(hào)為GZ16-8。于2017年10月開(kāi)始,通過(guò)采取截干、單獨(dú)建立簡(jiǎn)易溫室拱棚、低溫期輔助加熱等措施,在保護(hù)優(yōu)株避免感染環(huán)斑花葉病毒病的情況下,促進(jìn)植株在低溫期的側(cè)芽萌發(fā)和正常生長(zhǎng)。利用截干20~30 d后萌生的大量側(cè)芽,通過(guò)靠接和組織培養(yǎng)快繁方式獲得無(wú)性繁殖種苗。2018—2019年期間于廣州市天河區(qū)五山鎮(zhèn)、白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)和人和鎮(zhèn)開(kāi)展品種比較試驗(yàn)。2020—2021年于廣州市增城區(qū)石灘鎮(zhèn)、佛山市大塘鎮(zhèn)、湛江市麻章區(qū)等地開(kāi)展多年多點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)。2023年3月獲得農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部植物新品種權(quán)授權(quán),品種權(quán)號(hào):CNA20211000173(圖1)。
2 主要性狀
2.1 植物學(xué)特征
黃花佑植株生長(zhǎng)壯旺,平均株高288.5 cm,冠幅298.7 cm。成年植株莖干呈圓柱形,灰綠色,內(nèi)中空。莖干高218.5 cm,莖干周長(zhǎng)48.3 cm。葉片呈濃綠色,掌狀缺刻狀,缺刻深度中,無(wú)旗葉,平均葉片長(zhǎng)87.1 cm,寬93.8 cm。葉脈清晰呈綠色,平均葉柄長(zhǎng)98.2 cm,葉柄周長(zhǎng)11.5 cm?;〝?shù)量較多,花冠呈黃色,基部呈黃綠色,花冠長(zhǎng)度約3.7 cm,直徑約3.2 cm,花序主軸為綠色,平均長(zhǎng)約8.8 cm。
2.2 果實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀
該品種與2023年廣東省農(nóng)業(yè)主導(dǎo)品種紫暉相比,結(jié)果性狀優(yōu)良,受高溫影響小,間斷結(jié)果現(xiàn)象輕,連續(xù)坐果率94.3%。在3月初定植的情況下,當(dāng)年平均單株收獲商品果為71.8個(gè)。平均單果質(zhì)量為790.3 g,每666.7 m2 產(chǎn)量為6816 kg。果實(shí)呈梨形,整齊度高,商品性狀優(yōu)良,果皮光滑,果肩、果頂均為圓形,果實(shí)縱徑17.3 cm,橫徑10.3 cm,縱橫徑比為1.68。果肉較厚,約3.2 cm,中果腔寬度約5.0 cm。果肉橙紅色,口感柔嫩多汁、無(wú)渣,風(fēng)味清香??扇苄怨绦挝锖浚╳,含量)為13.5%,還原糖含量為10.5 g·100 g-1,總糖含量為12.8 g·100 g-1,總酸含量為0.16 g·100 g-1,維生素C含量為84.7 mg·100 g-1,粗纖維含量為0.5 g·100 g-1(表1)。
2.3 物候期
在采用春植栽培模式的情況下,2月中旬至3月中旬定植,4月底至5月初現(xiàn)蕾,5月上中旬始花,定植至始花時(shí)間約59 d。9月上中旬開(kāi)始采收,定植至始采時(shí)間約177 d,10—11月為采收盛期,可延續(xù)采收至12月中下旬。
3 栽培技術(shù)要點(diǎn)
3.1 適栽區(qū)域
適宜在我國(guó)番木瓜產(chǎn)區(qū)種植,建議采用輪作方式種植,并重點(diǎn)防控病毒病的發(fā)生。
3.2 壯苗培育
利用富含有機(jī)質(zhì)的基質(zhì)培育植株健壯、株高15~20 cm、具6~8枚功能葉、根系發(fā)達(dá)、無(wú)病蟲(chóng)害的營(yíng)養(yǎng)杯組培苗,備用。
3.3 選址建園,施足基肥
重點(diǎn)針對(duì)番木瓜環(huán)斑花葉病毒病和畸葉病毒病,選擇遠(yuǎn)離病源的地塊建園,忌連作。要求土壤肥沃疏松、富含有機(jī)質(zhì),避風(fēng)向陽(yáng)、通風(fēng)透氣、排灌良好的地塊,做好排灌系統(tǒng)設(shè)施建設(shè),按照種植規(guī)格整地和挖種植坑,并施足基肥,每666.7 m2施入腐熟有機(jī)肥1500 kg、過(guò)磷酸鈣或鈣鎂磷60 kg、硼肥1 kg作為基肥。
3.4 適時(shí)定植
根據(jù)種植地實(shí)際情況選擇春植、夏植或秋植,采用株行距(1.8~2.0) m × 2.5 m進(jìn)行定植,建議每666.7 m2種植130~150株。宜在晴天或陰天時(shí)進(jìn)行,定植時(shí)盡量避免傷根和種植過(guò)深。定植后淋透定根水,避免露根和積水。
3.5 科學(xué)田間管理
防草管理:建議采取地膜或地布覆蓋防草。
肥水管理:(1)幼苗期:定植10~15 d后薄施速效氮肥,每7~10 d 施肥1次,連續(xù)2~3次,每株共施尿素120 g、磷肥20 g、鉀肥15 g,并輔以葉面噴施0.2%~0.3%的尿素或磷酸二氫鉀等。(2)現(xiàn)蕾前后:以氮肥為主,適當(dāng)增施磷、鉀肥。每株施尿素50 g、磷肥25 g、鉀肥25 g,每15 d施1次。缺硼砂果園在植株開(kāi)花后應(yīng)噴施0.1%的硼酸2~3次,或每株土施硼砂3~5 g,防止瘤狀病發(fā)生。(3)盛花坐果期:增施重肥,滿足基部果實(shí)發(fā)育和頂部開(kāi)花坐果的需要,每月1次,每次每株施復(fù)合肥100 g、氯化鉀100 g。(4)壯果成熟期:有機(jī)肥與無(wú)機(jī)肥結(jié)合施用,增施磷鉀肥,少施氮肥。在成熟前2個(gè)月開(kāi)始增施有機(jī)肥,在果皮呈淺綠色時(shí)及時(shí)葉面噴施0.2%~0.3%磷酸二氫鉀,以提高果實(shí)品質(zhì)。有機(jī)肥與無(wú)機(jī)肥結(jié)合施用,增施磷鉀肥有利于提高果實(shí)品質(zhì)。(5)水分管理:保持土壤濕潤(rùn),控制土壤含水量70%左右,忌積水。
3.6 樹(shù)體和果實(shí)管理
及時(shí)摘除幼齡樹(shù)腋芽、衰老葉片、畸形果和病蟲(chóng)果,盛果期及時(shí)疏果,每個(gè)節(jié)位留正常果1~2個(gè),以利于養(yǎng)分集中供應(yīng),提高單果的質(zhì)量、品質(zhì)和有效產(chǎn)量,減少病蟲(chóng)害發(fā)生。臺(tái)風(fēng)季節(jié)及壯果期應(yīng)及時(shí)用樹(shù)樁支撐樹(shù)干,防倒伏或折干。
3.7 病蟲(chóng)害防治
與其他非轉(zhuǎn)基因番木瓜品種相同,重點(diǎn)防控環(huán)斑花葉病毒病、莖腐病、霜霉病、白粉病、炭疽病、紅蜘蛛、蚜蟲(chóng)和薊馬危害。
4 綜合評(píng)價(jià)
黃花佑為非轉(zhuǎn)基因小果型番木瓜品種,具有生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)旺盛、連續(xù)坐果率高、豐產(chǎn)性強(qiáng)、商品性狀和品質(zhì)優(yōu)良等優(yōu)勢(shì),可實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)年種植當(dāng)年豐產(chǎn)的目的,適宜在我國(guó)番木瓜產(chǎn)區(qū)種植推廣。該品種感環(huán)斑花葉病毒病,宜采用輪作或選擇新區(qū)種植,并采取農(nóng)業(yè)綜合防治措施進(jìn)行管理和防控。
