中非攜手共命運(yùn)

中國是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家，非洲是發(fā)展中國家最集中的大陸，中非從來就是命運(yùn)共同體。而今，在習(xí)近平主席提出的真實(shí)親誠對非政策理念和正確義利觀引領(lǐng)下，中非關(guān)系發(fā)展按下了“加速鍵”，駛?cè)肓恕翱燔嚨馈?，邁入構(gòu)建更加緊密的中非命運(yùn)共同體的新時代，在此過程中，中非民間友好組織發(fā)揮著重要作用。

11月9日上午，濟(jì)南山東大廈金色大廳內(nèi)座無虛席，第二屆中非民間友好組織負(fù)責(zé)人會晤在此成功舉辦。來自非洲22個國家的26個友好組織負(fù)責(zé)人、全國17個省市對外友協(xié)代表等中非嘉賓共約150人參會。

“中非始終是命運(yùn)共同體，中非高層保持密切交往，務(wù)實(shí)合作碩果累累，人文交流亮點(diǎn)紛呈，國際協(xié)作日益緊密。”第十三屆全國政協(xié)副主席李斌在開幕式主旨發(fā)言中指出，當(dāng)前，國際形勢正發(fā)生深刻復(fù)雜的變化，面對新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，中非友好組織要聚焦中非人民共同富裕和可持續(xù)發(fā)展，讓合作成果廣泛惠及雙方人民，攜手共促中非合作共贏。要助力開創(chuàng)中非人文交流、文化交融、民心相通新局面，為中非合作提供更深厚的精神滋養(yǎng)，攜手共促中非文明互鑒。要積極推動雙方青年交流，讓中非友好事業(yè)后繼有人，永葆青春和活力，攜手共促中非友誼傳承。中國將同非洲各國一道，落實(shí)全球發(fā)展倡議、全球安全倡議、全球文明倡議，推動構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體。

近年來，山東扎實(shí)推進(jìn)與非交流合作，取得了豐碩成果。山東省副省長鄧云鋒在致辭中表示，下一步，山東希望與非洲持續(xù)鞏固農(nóng)業(yè)、漁業(yè)、基建、能源、礦產(chǎn)等合作優(yōu)勢，積極開展新基建、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、清潔能源等新領(lǐng)域合作，拓展經(jīng)貿(mào)合作維度；聚焦中非產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈合作，擴(kuò)大雙向投資，增強(qiáng)合作往來深度；全方位加強(qiáng)宣傳推介、職教培訓(xùn)、對口交流等領(lǐng)域合作，提升人文交流熱度；賡續(xù)傳統(tǒng)友誼，加強(qiáng)與非方民間友好組織交往，加大民間交往力度。

“非中友誼歷久彌新、不斷發(fā)展?！痹趧偣ń穑┲袊押脜f(xié)會會長愛德華·莫科洛看來，中國開展對非交往高效務(wù)實(shí)，尤其是共建“一帶一路”為非洲帶來了巨大發(fā)展機(jī)遇，中國與非盟的交往也是南南合作的典范。對抗不能促進(jìn)發(fā)展，合作才能實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏，相信中非合作必將進(jìn)一步造福雙方廣大人民。

中非友誼的根基在民間，廣大中非人民是中非合作的受益者，更是貢獻(xiàn)者。長期以來，中非民間友好組織堅持團(tuán)結(jié)互助，推動務(wù)實(shí)合作，增進(jìn)民心相通，以實(shí)際行動助力中非關(guān)系行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)。中國人民對外友好協(xié)會副會長姜江表示，希望雙方今后進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)民間交流，增進(jìn)相互了解，促進(jìn)地方合作，不斷續(xù)寫中非友誼新篇章。

此次會晤以“攜手構(gòu)建新時代中非命運(yùn)共同體”為主題，近40名中非代表圍繞中非合作共贏、文明互鑒、友誼傳承等議題開展了對話交流，并通過了《中非民間友好組織負(fù)責(zé)人會晤濟(jì)南宣言》。中非嘉賓一致認(rèn)為此次會晤進(jìn)一步凝聚了中非友好民間共識，面向未來，雙方將繼承中非友好合作精神，繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，為推動構(gòu)建中非命運(yùn)共同體作出積極努力。

China is the world’s largest developing country， and Africa is the continent with the largest number of developing countries， thus China and Africa have always been a community with a shared future. In recent years， guided by the principles of sincerity， practical results， affinity and good faith in dealing with relations with Africa and the principle of upholding justice while pursuing shared interests proposed by President Xi Jinping， the development of China-Africa relations has been accelerated， moved into the “fast lane”， and entered a new era of building a closer China-Africa community with a shared future. In the process， Sino-African non-gov- ernmental friendship organizations have been playing a significant role.

On the morning of November 9， 2023， the Golden Hall of Shandong Hotel in Jinan was packed， where the Second China-Africa Friendship Organization Leaders Meeting was successfully held. The leaders of 26 friendship organizations from 22 African countries， the representatives of associations for friendship with foreign countries from 17 provinces and cities of China， the heads of relevant enterprises and departments directly under the Shandong provincial government， as well as other Chinese and African guests， a total of about 150 people， attended the meeting. With a theme of “Jointly Building a China-Africa Community with a Shared Future in the New Era”， nearly 40 Chinese and African delegates had dialogues and exchanges with a focus on such topics as Sino-African win-win cooperation， mutual learning between civilizations， and friendship inheritance. Chinese and African guests unanimously believed that this meeting further embodied the people-to-people consensus on China-Africa friendship. In the future， they will inherit the spirit of Sino-African friendship and cooperation， continue to carry forward fine traditions， and make positive efforts to build a China-Africa community with a shared future.
