“峰”從海上來

山容千秀長(zhǎng)青，海納百川久闊。

黃海之濱，風(fēng)勁潮涌，“峰”起海上。10月10日至12日，第四屆跨國(guó)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人青島峰會(huì)在青島舉辦，來自全球的422家世界500強(qiáng)和行業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)代表，跨越山海而來，共赴開放之約。

“山高人為峰”，峰會(huì)，不僅有“高峰”“頂峰”之意，更有“先鋒”“尖峰”之實(shí)。自2019年跨國(guó)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人青島峰會(huì)永久落戶青島，作為中國(guó)對(duì)外開放的重要品牌、山東招商引資的重要平臺(tái)，這場(chǎng)高手如云的“聚會(huì)”，一直牽動(dòng)著全球的目光。從首屆峰會(huì)簽約合作項(xiàng)目82個(gè)、總投資600多億元，到第四屆峰會(huì)推動(dòng)洽談及簽約外資項(xiàng)目194個(gè)、總投資約206億美元，一批又一批富有遠(yuǎn)見的跨國(guó)企業(yè)準(zhǔn)確把握時(shí)與勢(shì)，和中國(guó)“雙向奔赴、共同成就”。

四年耕耘，四屆蝶變，一朝風(fēng)云際會(huì)。山東與跨國(guó)公司一路合作結(jié)出了豐碩果實(shí)。

數(shù)據(jù)是最好的證明。目前，共有234家世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)在山東投資項(xiàng)目917個(gè)，累計(jì)投資326億美元。項(xiàng)目在城市里落地，人才在城市里流動(dòng)，資金在城市里運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)……頂級(jí)跨國(guó)公司帶著資本、經(jīng)營(yíng)理念和技術(shù)從世界各地紛至沓來，在齊魯大地這片沃土上生根發(fā)芽，與山東共同成長(zhǎng)。

今年是全面貫徹黨的二十大精神的開局之年，也是改革開放45周年。商務(wù)部首次舉辦“投資中國(guó)年”系列活動(dòng)，中國(guó)將全面取消制造業(yè)外資準(zhǔn)入限制，中國(guó)將創(chuàng)建“絲路電商”合作先行區(qū)，同更多國(guó)家商簽自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定、投資保護(hù)協(xié)定……中國(guó)對(duì)外開放的大門正越開越大，共贏之風(fēng)正越山向海，吹向全球。

開放“風(fēng)”正勁，正是乘“峰”而上時(shí)。

這“風(fēng)”，是吹散海霧的風(fēng)，是帶來友誼的風(fēng)，更是揚(yáng)帆起航的風(fēng)。這“峰”，是謀求合作新機(jī)遇的峰會(huì)，是創(chuàng)造共贏新空間的峰會(huì)，是共建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的峰會(huì)。

“Summit” across Seas

From October 10 to October 12， the fourth Qingdao Multinationals Summit was held in Qingdao， where representatives from 422 Fortune 500 companies and industry-leading enterprises jointly participated in the open meeting across mountains and seas.

From the signing of 82 cooperation projects at the first summit， with a total investment of over RMB 60 billion， to the negotiation and signing of 194 foreign-funded projects at the fourth summit， with a total investment of USD about 20.6 billion， numerous visionary mul- tinationals accurately seized the moment and trend to realize “twoway benefits” with China. So far， a total of 234 Fortune 500 companies have invested in 917 projects in Shandong， with a total investment of USD 32.6 billion.

This year marks not only the beginning of fully implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress， but also the 45th anniversary of reform and opening-up. The Ministry of Commerce has organized a series of “Invest in China Year” activities for the first time. Meanwhile， China will comprehensively cancel restrictions on the access of foreign investment in manufacturing； build pilot zones for Silk Road e-commerce cooperation， sign free trade agreements and investment protection agreements with more countries…The door of China’s opening-up is opening wider and wider.

In the new era and new situation， with the superposition of development vitality and open minds， the hot spot China is releasing infinite vigor. We can foresee a future where China and multinationals will usher in more opportunities， and achieve deeper cooperation.
