田家海：百米井下礦山情

8月25日一大早，山東金嶺礦業(yè)股份有限公司金召礦業(yè)檢修車間黨支部書記、主任田家海像往常一樣穿好工裝，戴好安全帽，蹬上絕緣水鞋，乘坐立井罐籠向著300多米深的“地心”出發(fā)。

今年53歲的田家海，自1988年參加工作以來，從一名礦山維修工成長為車間管理人員，至今已有30多年。作為車間的負責人，田家海平均每周要下井4天，檢查巷道內(nèi)的供電線路、風水管線，查看提升、排水等設備設施及各維修安裝項目作業(yè)情況等，一天下來在巷道內(nèi)要走7公里左右。

來到負310米盲主斜井40度斜度的箕斗區(qū)域，田家海穿戴好安全繩，和同事沿著陡峭的巷道檢查斜井箕斗提升鋼絲繩，在確認提升鋼絲繩和箕斗連接部位安全無誤后，才慢慢從斜井高處爬下來。據(jù)田家海介紹，檢修人員在井下施工的難度遠比井上大得多。

除了日常檢修工作，田家海有時還需要應對一些突發(fā)情況。田家?；貞泟傞_始工作時，井下只有在井口、機房等崗位有固定電話，緊急情況發(fā)生時，檢修人員只能去各固定地點找人，存在巨大風險。如今井下通訊網(wǎng)絡齊全，可以和井上一樣使用手機，及時調(diào)度人員，確保搶修任務的順利進行。

礦山工作環(huán)境中存在危險因素較多，田家海一直恪守“安全就是天”的原則，始終把職工安全和崗位安全作為重中之重，他管理的車間班組連續(xù)22年實現(xiàn)安全生產(chǎn)，被評為山東省非煤礦山安全生產(chǎn)優(yōu)秀班組，曾榮獲中華全國總工會“全國工人先鋒號”班組稱號。

作為淄博市首批勞模創(chuàng)新工作室?guī)ь^人，田家海帶領團隊進行技改創(chuàng)新，并取得豐碩成果。近年來，團隊完成創(chuàng)新項目20余項，創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟效益達500余萬元，其中3項獲得國家級專利。山東省冶金行業(yè)首席技師、省管企業(yè)道德模范、省市級勞模，連續(xù)13年被評為礦勞?！m然現(xiàn)在已是榮譽加身，但田家海最喜歡的仍是“礦工”這個稱呼，因為他生在礦山，長在礦山，礦山是他難以割舍的家。

Tian Jiahai： Deep Feelings for Underground Mines

53-year-old Tian Jiahai is the party branch secretary and director of the Jinzhao Mining Maintenance Workshop of Jinling Iron Mine， Shandong Iron & Steel Group. Since entering the workplace in 1988， he has worked in pits for over 30 years， from a mine maintainer to a workshop manager.

As the workshop manager， Tian Jiahai spends four days in a pit every week on average to check power supply lines， air & water pipelines， facilities concerning lifting and drainage， and the operational condition of maintenance and installation items in the tunnel， and may walk six to seven kilometers there every day.

As the leader of Zibo’s first batch of model worker innovation studios， Tian Jiahai led his team to carry out technological upgrading and innovation， and achieved substantial results. There are lots of hazardous factors in the mine work environment. Tian has been adhering to the principle of “Safety First”， and giving top priority to staff and post safety. The workshop team under his management has achieved work safety for 22 consecutive years， and has been rated as an excellent team for non-coal mine work safety of Shandong.

As the workshop party branch secretary and a veteran CPC member， he often gives party lectures to the CPC members of the workshop team. “We should carry forward the miner spirit of being earnest and enduring hardship， never stop learning until achieving a certain depth， and learn the Party history to enhance our understanding and gratitude，” said Tian Jiahai emotionally. He has selflessly dedicated himself to and made efforts while at an ordinary position， and expressed no regrets with deep feelings for mines and a CPC member’s mission.“Happiness is a result of efforts！”
