摘? ? 要:天工玉柱屬歐亞種,是從Banana×紅亞歷山大雜交的實(shí)生后代中選育出的中熟葡萄新品種。葡萄穗形為圓錐形,果粒著生緊密度中等,平均果穗質(zhì)量377.1 g。果粒長橢圓形、黃綠色,果粒果形指數(shù)2.1,果粉少,平均單粒質(zhì)量6.8 g,最大果粒質(zhì)量達(dá)8.0 g;每粒葡萄含種子粒數(shù)1~3粒;果皮較易剝離,果肉質(zhì)地適中,果汁多、香甜,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)為19.5%,可滴定酸含量為3.41 g·kg-1,維生素C含量63.7 mg·kg-1,玫瑰香型。在浙江嘉興海寧大棚種植條件下,從萌芽到漿果成熟需120~130 d,葡萄成熟期7月中下旬。該品種萌芽率87.3%,結(jié)果枝率96.3%,每結(jié)果枝平均著生果穗1.35個(gè),花芽分化和穩(wěn)產(chǎn)性均好。適宜在長三角地區(qū)設(shè)施栽培。

A new table grape cultivar Tiangong Yuzhu

Abstract: Tiangong Yuzhu is a new mid-maturing Vitis vinifera grape cultivar bred by crossing Banana with Red Alexandria by the Institute of Horticulture, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2010, 578 hybrid seeds were gathered through artificial hybridization pollination at an experimental field. As a 2014 selection, it was selected due to its beautiful appearance, long elliptic shape, muscat fragrance, more juice and sweet taste. As a result of several years of observation, it was finally released as Tiangong Yuzhu in 2017. Young shoot tips are sparsely haired and anthocyanin color intensity is low. Young leaves have a red bronze upper surface and very dense creeping hairs along the main veins. Mature leaves are pentagonal, green and flat. The leaf area is 250.5 cm2 and there are five leaf lobes. The petiole sinus is closed. The serrated leaf margin is straight on both sides. The upper lateral sinus of the leaf is overlapped. Main veins on the leaf surface have weak accumulation of anthocyanins. Its dorsal side internodes are green with red stripes, and its flowers are hermaphrodite. Its inflorescence usually bears between the second and fourth nodes. The inflorescence is cone-shaped and medium compact, and has an average weight of 377.1 grams. The average berry grain weight is 6.8 grams and berry shape index is 2.1. The flesh is much juicy with muscat flavor. Berries contain 19.5% soluble solids, 3.41 grams of acid per kilogram and 63.7 grams of vitamin C per kilogram. The berry ripens in mid-late July in northern Zhejiang area. Bud break rate is 87.3%, inflorescence number per current cane is 1.35, and bearing cane proportion is 96.3%. In Yangtze River Delta region of South China with humid and hot climate, it is suitable for green-house cultivation.

近年來浙江省葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,使之成為了我國南方的一大新興產(chǎn)區(qū),形成了杭州灣、浙東南沿海、浙中丘陵等三大主要葡萄產(chǎn)區(qū)[1-2]。葡萄避雨栽培技術(shù)的成功應(yīng)用使得歐亞種葡萄在南方產(chǎn)區(qū)成為了可能,歐亞種葡萄自2000年左右開始引進(jìn)浙江,生產(chǎn)上除了巨峰、紅富士、醉金香、陽光玫瑰、夏黑等歐美種外,目前主要栽培的歐亞種葡萄有紅地球、維多利亞、白羅莎里奧等[2]。品種是產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),國內(nèi)先后選育出了華葡黑峰[3]、天工蜜[4]等歐美種葡萄品種以及紫金秋濃[5]、黃金蜜[6]、中葡萄10號(hào)[7]等歐亞種葡萄品種。因此,圍繞浙江葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀、消費(fèi)需求和休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的需要,確定了選育果粒長形、優(yōu)質(zhì)、玫瑰香型的歐亞種葡萄新品種的育種目標(biāo)。
1 選育過程
2010年5月,配置了Banana×紅亞歷山大的雜交組合,8月,采收成熟的葡萄果實(shí),低溫放置一段時(shí)間后,取出雜交種子578粒。2011年春,將經(jīng)過沙藏的種子催芽后進(jìn)行播種,得到該組合雜交苗131株,2012年春將培育一年的實(shí)生雜種苗定植于浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院楊渡基地葡萄育種圃中,雜交后代自2013年開始陸續(xù)進(jìn)入開花結(jié)果期,葡萄成熟時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)編號(hào)10-334的雜種果形外觀美觀、長橢圓形、玫瑰香、汁液多、口感甜,被選為優(yōu)株,通過嫩枝嫁接繁殖,擴(kuò)大了該優(yōu)株群體數(shù)量,2016—2017年按照測試指南(NY/T 2563—2014)進(jìn)行了該新品種的特異性、一致性和穩(wěn)定性測試,定名為天工玉柱(圖1)。2018年1月獲植物新品種權(quán)(CNA20160547.8)。
2 主要性狀
2.1 植物學(xué)特征
天工玉柱屬歐亞種。當(dāng)年生新梢的生長半直立、生長勢較強(qiáng),中部節(jié)間背側(cè)綠色帶紅條紋。嫩梢梢尖著生稀疏的匍匐茸毛,形態(tài)開張。新梢上幼葉正面淺紅褐色,背面主脈上生有直立茸毛、密,主脈間有稀疏的匍匐茸毛。成齡葉片形狀近五角形、5裂、顏色綠,葉面積250.5 cm2,葉面有泡狀凸起,葉片正面葉柄處的主脈上花青苷顯色強(qiáng)度弱,葉片背面主脈上有直立茸毛、密,主脈間匍匐茸毛、疏,上裂刻重疊,葉片葉緣的鋸齒長1.2 cm、鋸齒形狀為兩側(cè)直。
2.2 果實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀
天工玉柱果穗穗形為圓錐形、著生較緊密,穗長17~22.5 cm,穗寬11.0~13.2 cm,平均穗質(zhì)量377.1 g,果粒間成熟一致,穗梗長度短。果粒長橢圓形、果粉少,果刷長0.26 cm,果粒不易掉,果皮黃綠色、厚度適中、易剝皮、無澀味,平均單粒質(zhì)量6.8 g,最大粒質(zhì)量8.0 g,果粒縱徑3.7 cm 橫徑1.8 cm,果形指數(shù)2.2。漿果果肉質(zhì)地適中,果汁中多、玫瑰香型,口感香甜,每粒葡萄含種子粒數(shù)1~3粒。經(jīng)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品及轉(zhuǎn)基因產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督檢測測試中心(杭州)檢測,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)為19.5%,可滴定酸含量3.41 g·kg-1,維生素C含量63.7 mg·kg-1,香甜(表1)。
2.3 生長結(jié)果習(xí)性
天工玉柱枝梢生長較強(qiáng),花芽分化好,兩性花,萌芽率87.3%,結(jié)果枝率96.3%,花序在新梢上的位置多位于3~4節(jié),平均每新梢花序數(shù)1.35個(gè)。
2.4 物候期
在浙江嘉興海寧大棚避雨栽培條件下,天工玉柱3月中旬萌芽,4月底開花,7月中下旬葡萄成熟,從萌芽到漿果成熟120~130 d,屬中熟葡萄品種。
2.5 抗逆性與栽培適應(yīng)性
該品種抗逆性較強(qiáng),在浙北平原水稻田土、杭州灣海涂土地區(qū)生長結(jié)果優(yōu),以5BB砧嫁接樹的綜合表現(xiàn)最佳[8],可溶性固形物含量達(dá)20.5%,總酚、類黃酮和維生素C含量分別為1.0 mg·g-1、0.4 mg·g-1、56.01 mg·kg-1,口感甜、玫瑰香;抗病蟲能力較強(qiáng),田間病害主要預(yù)防灰霉病,炭疽病、霜霉病較少發(fā)生,蟲害主要預(yù)防吸果夜蛾、蚜蟲、葉蟬等。自根苗耐高溫能力較弱,遇夏季連續(xù)高溫葉片易老化。
3 栽培技術(shù)要點(diǎn)
3.1 建園
該品種適宜在浙江避雨設(shè)施栽培條件下,采用一字形架起壟種植,適宜pH 6.0~7.5的微酸性至中性土壤。為盡快豐產(chǎn),應(yīng)早期密植,第一年株行距(1.0~1.5) m × (2.5~3.0) m,第二年結(jié)果后可隔株間伐,最終株行距3 m × 3 m。
3.2 枝蔓果管理
春季當(dāng)新梢長到6葉時(shí)留5葉摘心,頂副梢延長生長,副梢留1葉絕后摘心。4月底開始開花進(jìn)行剪梢,頂副梢4-3-3葉摘心。由于結(jié)果枝率高,成花易,每結(jié)果枝留1個(gè)果穗,考慮提高粒質(zhì)量與優(yōu)質(zhì)因素進(jìn)行適當(dāng)控產(chǎn),每666.7 m2在1250 kg左右。冬季12月份采用長短梢混合修剪方法,每666.7 m2留新梢4000個(gè)左右。
3.3 肥水管理
10月底至11月初施基肥;翌年5月份葡萄花后15 d施高氮水溶性復(fù)合肥膨果,間隔10 d重復(fù)施肥1次;6月份果實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)熟期施含腐殖酸高鉀水溶肥,間隔10 d重復(fù)施肥1次;7月份采收后施采后復(fù)合肥恢復(fù)樹勢。施肥配合灌水進(jìn)行,春季萌芽前葡萄園灌透水,成熟期控制田間水分預(yù)防裂果。
4 綜合評(píng)價(jià)
天工玉柱系歐亞種葡萄新品種,果粒黃綠色、長橢圓形外觀、口味香甜,花芽分化和穩(wěn)產(chǎn)性良好,滿足休閑觀光葡萄采摘需要,是一個(gè)適宜浙江避雨設(shè)施栽培條件下種植的品種。
