烏拉圭工業(yè)、能源和礦業(yè)部部長奧馬爾·帕加尼尼訪渝

From September 3 to 6， Omar Paganini， the Minister of Industry， Energy， and Mining of Uruguay， led a delegation to visit Chongqing. They attended the Smart China Expo 2023 and the China-CELAC Digital Technology Cooperation Forum 2023.

On September 4， during the China-CELAC Digital Technology Cooperation Forum 2023， Omar Paganini delivered a speech in which he mentioned that Uruguay boasts 100% coverage of digital infrastructure and networks and that 5G technology has been widely developed. Uruguay holds the top rank globally in terms of software exports per capita within the countries in Latin America and Caribbean regions. He expressed his aspirations for the near future， aiming to plan and implement a new infrastructure plan focused on green development. Additionally， he emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with China across various sectors， including agriculture， new energy， and trade， and he extended a warm welcome to more Chinese companies to invest in Uruguay.

During his visit to Chongqing， Omar Paganini also had the opportunity to tour the Uruguay Pavilion at the Jiefangbei World Financial Center and conduct a field visit at Chongqing Aerospace Bashan Motorcycle Manufacturing Co.， Ltd.， where discussions regarding further practical cooperation took place.

9月3日至6日，烏拉圭工業(yè)、能源和礦業(yè)部部長奧馬爾·帕加尼尼率團訪渝，出席2023中國國際智能產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會及2023中國—拉美和加勒比國家數(shù)字技術(shù)合作論壇。

9月4日，奧馬爾·帕加尼尼在2023中國—拉美和加勒比國家數(shù)字技術(shù)合作論壇上致辭表示，烏拉圭數(shù)字基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施覆蓋率和網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋率達到100%，5G技術(shù)廣泛發(fā)展，在拉美地區(qū)軟件人均出口量排名第一。希望在未來短時間內(nèi)規(guī)劃并實現(xiàn)針對綠色發(fā)展的新型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施計劃，并進一步在農(nóng)業(yè)、新能源、經(jīng)貿(mào)等領(lǐng)域加強與中國的交流合作，吸引更多中國公司到烏拉圭進行投資。

訪渝期間，奧馬爾·帕加尼尼還前往解放碑環(huán)球金融中心參觀烏拉圭商品館，在重慶航天巴山摩托車制造有限公司考察，探討推進務(wù)實合作。
