菲律賓獨立及建國125周年招待會在渝舉行

On June 12， the Consulate-General of the Philippines in Chongqing held the reception for the 125th anniversary of the independence and founding of the Philippines in Chongqing.

Chen Yuanchun， Deputy Director-General of the Standing Committee of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Congress， attended and addressed the event. On behalf of Chongqing， she extended congratulations on the 125th anniversary of the independence of the Philippines. She said that Chongqing will implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and actively participate in the cooperation projects between China and the Philippines in the four key areas of agriculture， infrastructure， energy， and people-to-people exchanges. She said that the role of Chongqing as the ILSTC logistics and operations center should be fully played to boost the development of bilateral trade， and we will deepen the cooperation with cities including Manila， Davao， and Cebu.

Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo， Consul-General of the Philippines in Chongqing， held that Chongqing is in a critical stage of promoting the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region and the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China with many new opportunities. The Consulate-General of the Philippines in Chongqing is willing to work with Chongqing to make more contributions to the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

Before the reception， the “Nightingale” chorus group and guitarist group from the Philippines presented a China-Philippines folk music concert for Chinese and international guests.

Ma Dailiang， Deputy Director-General of the Committee of Ethnic， Religion， Overseas Chinese， and Foreign Affairs of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Congress; Zhang Yaxi， Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government; Deng Guanghuai， Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Yuzhong District Committee and Vice District Mayor; and representatives of the Asian Affairs Division and the Consular Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government participated in the event.

市人大常委會副主任陳元春應邀出席并致辭。她代表重慶市祝賀菲律賓獨立125周年，表示重慶將貫徹落實好兩國元首達成的重要共識，積極參與中菲兩國在農(nóng)業(yè)、基建、能源和人文四大重點領域的合作項目，充分發(fā)揮西部陸海新通道物流和運營組織中心作用服務雙邊貿(mào)易實現(xiàn)新增長，深化與馬尼拉、達沃、宿務等城市的地方合作。

菲律賓駐重慶總領事瑪友表示，目前重慶正處在推動成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設和打造中西部國際交往中心的關(guān)鍵時期，充滿了新的機遇。菲律賓駐重慶總領事館愿與重慶一道，為兩國友誼和合作架起更多橋梁。

招待會前，來自菲律賓的“夜鶯”合唱組合和吉他手組合為中外來賓獻上了一場中菲民樂音樂會。

市人大民宗僑外委副主任委員馬岱良，市政府外辦副主任張婭茜，渝中區(qū)區(qū)委常委、副區(qū)長鄧光懷，以及市政府外辦亞洲處、領事處有關(guān)負責人參加活動。
