南非豪登省省長(zhǎng)勒蘇非來(lái)渝訪(fǎng)問(wèn)

From June 20 to 23， Panyaza Lesufi， the Premier of Gauteng Province， South Africa， led a delegation including Tsaneem Motara， the vice premier charging economic affairs and Matome Chiloane， the vice premier charging educational affairs， to Chongqing.

On June 20， Hu Henghua， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Chongqing， met the delegation. He welcomed Panyaza Lesufi and other delegation members and introduced the economic and social development of Chongqing. Hu Henghua also expressed wishes to further strengthen economic， trade and people-to-people exchanges between the two sides and to cooperate in industries， infrastructure and sister-city relationship. Lesufi said that Gauteng is ready to strengthen strategic cooperation with Chongqing and work to make progress in areas including energy， transportation， education， medical services and so on.

On June 21， Chongqing-Gauteng Infrastructure Development Seminar was held in the Chongqing Foreign Affairs Building. In the seminar， Lesufi delivered a speech; Motara and representatives of the Urban Planning Office of Gauteng Province introduced infrastructure development and urban planning in Gauteng Province and expressed their willingness to cooperate with Chongqing. Representatives from the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development， Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources and Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Transportation introduced the urban construction， urban planning and transportation system of Chongqing respectively. They said that Chongqing and Gauteng share similarities in topography and landscape and cooperation between the two sides is highly potential. Practical suggestions for cooperation in infrastructure were put forward. The seminar was also joined by representatives from more than 10 infrastructure-related businesses in Chongqing， including Chongqing City Transportation Development & Investment Group， TYLI China， CISDI， Chongqing Architectural Design Institute and so on. Participants introduced themselves， their strengths， advantages and potential for future cooperation in detail.

During the visit， the delegation learned about the development of the rail transit system and public security system at community level in Chongqing. They also attended the 2023 Anju Dragon Boat Festival， experiencing the traditional Chinese culture.

6月20日至23日，南非豪登省省長(zhǎng)勒蘇非率團(tuán)訪(fǎng)渝。豪登省分管經(jīng)濟(jì)副省長(zhǎng)莫塔拉、分管教育副省長(zhǎng)奇洛恩隨同來(lái)訪(fǎng)。

20日，市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)胡衡華會(huì)見(jiàn)了勒蘇非一行。胡衡華代表市委、市政府歡迎勒蘇非來(lái)渝訪(fǎng)問(wèn)，并介紹重慶的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展情況，希望進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)和人文交流，在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、友城建設(shè)等方面合作。勒蘇非表示，愿拓展與重慶的戰(zhàn)略合作，推動(dòng)雙方在能源、交通、教育、醫(yī)療等方面合作不斷取得新成果。

21日，重慶市—豪登省基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)交流會(huì)在市外事大樓舉行。勒蘇非省長(zhǎng)致辭，莫塔拉副省長(zhǎng)、豪登省城市規(guī)劃廳負(fù)責(zé)人介紹豪登省基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、城市規(guī)劃等方面情況及與重慶合作的意向。重慶市住房城鄉(xiāng)建委、市規(guī)劃自然資源局、市交通局分別介紹我市城市建設(shè)、城市規(guī)劃、交通體系建設(shè)等方面情況，認(rèn)為重慶與豪登省在地形地貌上有相似之處，有廣泛合作空間，并提出基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域系列務(wù)實(shí)合作建議。重慶基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域十余家企業(yè)代表參會(huì)。重慶交通開(kāi)投集團(tuán)、林同棪國(guó)際、中冶賽迪、重慶市設(shè)計(jì)院有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人結(jié)合自身特色優(yōu)勢(shì)、與外方合作意向作了詳細(xì)推介。

訪(fǎng)問(wèn)期間，代表團(tuán)一行還考察了重慶軌道交通建設(shè)、基層警務(wù)等方面情況，并出席2023安居古城端午非遺龍舟會(huì)，體驗(yàn)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化。
