Singapore is a beautiful garden city of great vigor. It has a pleasant climate. It is also called Lion City. Why？ Lets go and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Singapore together， then youll find the answer！

新加坡是一座美麗的花園城市，充滿活力與生機，氣候宜人。這里又被稱為“獅城”，你知道為什么嗎？讓我們一起領略新加坡的美麗風光，然后你就會知道答案啦！

打卡“植物世界”

On the streets of Singapore， you can see some special architectures which combine plants and buildings. A lot of trees and flowers are planted in the middle and on the top of the buildings. Living in these buildings is just like being in the World of Plants.

在新加坡街頭，你可以看到一些與眾不同的建筑物，它們將植物和大廈結合在了一起，在大廈的內(nèi)部空間和頂部平臺都種植了大量的綠植，鮮花怒放。住在這些建筑里，你就像置身于“植物世界”里一樣。

打卡地標建筑

The Merlion has got the lions head and the fishs body. Opposite the Merlion is Marina Bay Sands. It has a unique shape and a huge sailboat on the top. When night falls， the view of Singapore is gorgeous and colourful.

著名的地標：魚尾獅像，有著獅子的腦袋和魚的身體。在魚尾獅像正對面就是大名鼎鼎的金沙酒店，它外形獨特，頂部像一艘巨大的帆船。夜幕降臨時，新加坡的景色更是絢麗多彩。

打卡獅城美食

In the morning， you can enjoy soft and crispy Kaya toast， hot spring eggs and a cup of coffee to start a happy day. At noon， try the Meat Bone Tea. In the evening， you can eat the nice and juicy JUMBO crabs.

早晨，來一份松軟酥脆的咖椰吐司，嫩滑的溫泉蛋，和一杯咖啡，開啟幸福滿滿的一天。中午，嘗一嘗肉骨茶吧。晚上，你可以品嘗鮮美多汁的珍寶蟹。

Miss Pan： Allen， do you know the origin of the Merlion？

Allen： The design of Merlions head is inspired by a legend in Singapores history. A prince encountered a storm while sailing on the sea. The ship drifted to the island. As soon as he landed， he saw a magical beast， and his entourage told him that it was a lion. Then he named Singapore “Singapura”.

Miss Pan： What did you play in Merlion Park？

Allen：I got on a duck tour in Merlion Park. Then I walked on land for half an hour， floated on the water， visited Marina Bay Sands， Singapore Ferris Wheel and other buildings.

Miss Pan： That is really interesting. Thank you.
