把愛好變成事業(yè),并一如既往地堅(jiān)守下去,這是令人羨慕的工作狀態(tài)。在青島,有兩位90后達(dá)到了這種狀態(tài)。
程賀禹和韓特是校友,都畢業(yè)于河北工藝美術(shù)學(xué)院,雖然就讀于不同院系的設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè),但因?yàn)槎枷矚g做手工,志同道合,慢慢變成了好哥們。大學(xué)期間,兩人一起制作手工飾品,在網(wǎng)上的生意做得風(fēng)生水起。畢業(yè)后,兩人約定先各自工作兩年,然后相聚一座城市,創(chuàng)辦工作室。
工作期間,新冠肺炎疫情突至,被迫居家的日子中,程賀禹對(duì)自己的模型車開始了第一次手工改造,并將制作過程拍成了視頻,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)布。誰(shuí)料,一夜之間,這條視頻就在模型圈里成了熱點(diǎn)。很快便有網(wǎng)友詢單,希望定制模型車。
這次“無(wú)心插柳柳成蔭”的改造經(jīng)歷,使他萌生了持續(xù)做下去的想法。也因?yàn)檫@個(gè)契機(jī),讓兩人相聚在青島,聯(lián)手將模型改裝作為事業(yè),一起打拼。如今,他們定居在青島,擁有自己的工作室,在網(wǎng)上不斷更新作品,受到模型愛好者的追捧。兩人制定了一個(gè)“周五計(jì)劃”,即每個(gè)周五設(shè)計(jì)一款改裝模型車,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)銷售。
通過不懈努力,兩人將愛好堅(jiān)持了下去,也為生計(jì)提供了保障,這是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的狀態(tài)。他們對(duì)未來(lái)也有著清晰的規(guī)劃,期待創(chuàng)立自己的模型品牌,然后將這份事業(yè)持續(xù)不斷地做好、做長(zhǎng)久。
Miniature Refitting Designers
Cheng Heyu and Han Te are schoolfellows, who both graduated from Hebei Art & Design Academy. With a major in design at different schools, they gradually became like-mined friends because they both liked doing working with their hands. During university, they jointly worked on handmade accessories, and ran a business online. After graduation, they had an agreement to jointly establish a studio in a city after two years of work respectively.
In their working period after graduation, COVID-19 suddenly broke out. In those days of forced home quarantine, Cheng Heyu started his first manual refitting for a model vehicle, made a video of the process and posted it on the Internet. Unexpectedly, this video caused a sensation in the model circles overnight. Before long, some online users made an inquiry, and hoped to have a customized model vehicle made.
Due to this opportunity, they met at Qingdao, and chose model refitting as their joint career in future. Now, they have settled in Qingdao, own their own studio, and continuously update online their works which enjoy popularity among model amateurs. They made a “Friday Plan”, i.e. designing a refitted model vehicle every Friday, and selling it on the Internet platform. In addition, they have a clear plan for the future, and look forward to establishing their own model brand, then improving and continuing this business as long as possible.
