作為全球領(lǐng)先的智慧場(chǎng)景服務(wù)商，特斯聯(lián)科技（Terminus Group）致力于深度參與未來科技及城市的迭代及創(chuàng)變，且一直在構(gòu)建AI CITY全球化網(wǎng)絡(luò)，而作為特斯聯(lián)在國內(nèi)落地的首座AI CITY項(xiàng)目，“重慶云谷”將被打造為一座由高精尖科技支撐的未來之城。BIG建筑事務(wù)所將為特斯聯(lián)在重慶的這座未來城市提供設(shè)計(jì)方案，由此該項(xiàng)目所在的重慶高科技園區(qū)將被打造為中國的創(chuàng)新中心，以承載特斯聯(lián)在人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、機(jī)器人、大數(shù)據(jù)等領(lǐng)域的終極使命及愿景。

特斯聯(lián)AI CITY “云谷”項(xiàng)目位于“山城”重慶的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)，其中占地75 000平方米的科技中心是特斯聯(lián)AI CITY“云谷”項(xiàng)目的首期工程。特斯聯(lián)AI CITY“云谷”的設(shè)計(jì)靈感來源于重慶武隆國家公園的天然喀斯特景觀，大自然的鬼斧神工使這里的山脈和山谷在天地之間形成了一種絕妙的關(guān)聯(lián)?！霸乒取钡脑O(shè)計(jì)以沿新州大道和高新大道的兩個(gè)地塊為創(chuàng)意基石，讓地塊以高聳的山和嵌入的谷這樣互補(bǔ)的形態(tài)彼此呼應(yīng)，Bjarke將這一形態(tài)比喻為“一對(duì)兄妹”。其中，“山”是成為當(dāng)?shù)匦涯康貥?biāo)，為網(wǎng)格式分布的庭院提供蔭蔽，兼具聚合人流的公共功能；而“谷”則擁有國內(nèi)最大的步入式公共綠色屋頂，屋頂下方的建筑向公眾開放，可供舉辦露天活動(dòng)。

The future home for Terminus Group,the world-leading smart service provider shaping the next generation of technology and cities,will be in AI CITY.BIG envisions the hi-tech campus as the new center of innovation for China,dedicated to Terminus Technologies’ ambitions in artificial intelligence of things,robotics,networking and big data.AI CITY is located in Chongqing,also known as the “mountain city” for being a sprawling megacity that’s crisscrossed by rivers and mountains in southwest China.The site of AI CITY is specifically situated within the Chongqing Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone,with the 135,000m2 Cloud Valley anchoring the Science and Technology Headquarters in the first phase of the masterplan.Cloud Valley takes its inspiration from the natural Wulong Karst in the Chongqing Wulong National Park,where valleys and mountain form stunning connections between the earth and the sky.Our proposal for Cloud Valley is conceived as two plots along Xinshou Avenue and Gaoxin Avenue,that mimic each other’s opposites.There is the Mountain,which forms a striking landmark in the area that gives shelter to a protected network of courtyards filled with inviting public functions.Then there is the Valley,which offers the largest publicly accessible green rooftops in China for open-air events.Below the roofscape,the building opens up to the surrounding public to invite visitors into this new neighborhood.

Below the clouds and between the mountains,AI CITY is where Terminus and the world’s leading tech companies aim to advance the future of artificial intelligence and robotics,and build the foundations of a new sustainable development.In Cloud Valley,the barriers between nature and buildings will be removed.The porous structure of the urban fabric will create generous green courtyards with natural light and ventilation throughout both plots.Each courtyard will be programmed to host specific public activities.Sports events,art exhibitions and product fairs will be hosted in the technological park spread between the buildings.The barriers between human and artificial intelligence will also be removed.Newly created spaces including AI exhibition spaces,markets and cafés will invite the public to join under the roof.Under the same roof,professionals and robotics working in the most innovative companies of the country will develop future technologies.The traffic strategy focuses on a flexible transition towards a future re-balance of nature with development.Throughout AI CITY,e-bikes,robotic vehicles and self driving cars will define a new,smart mobility system.

With Chongqing’s unique location between the mountains,impressive cloud formations shield the building from direct sun exposure and creates a special atmosphere condition that allows the fa?ade designs to be more transparent than usual.To protect the facades and exterior public spaces from further sun radiation and heavy rain,the building’s rooftops are extended by a significant distance,depending on the facade’s orientation.The roof also drops all the way to the central courtyard in one place,creating access to the roof lush garden,and in other places,the roof lifts in two corners to create entryways from the inside.The roofscape is one of the most important components that shapes the spirit of the Cloud Valley.It allows for an abundance of nature to co-exist with the office programs,thus preserving the wild landscape experience that’s traditionally difficult to access within the city limits.The green roof also embodies an ecological cohesive coexistence between human,nature,climate and technology.To display the ultimate gesture of nature meeting technology,the green roof carpet shaping the valley and the mountain turns into the largest digital display in China at night.

在這些“云”層之下和群“山”之間，AI CITY將是特斯聯(lián)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)上下游世界領(lǐng)先科技公司推進(jìn)人工智能和機(jī)器人技術(shù)應(yīng)用的集結(jié)地，這將進(jìn)一步為這一新型高科技園區(qū)打造可持續(xù)發(fā)展的科技基礎(chǔ)。在云谷中，自然與建筑之間的屏障將被消除，契合城市肌理的多孔結(jié)構(gòu)將貫穿“山脈”與“山谷”，打造自然光線充足且通風(fēng)良好的綠色開敞庭院，每個(gè)庭院均可用來舉辦公共活動(dòng)。此外，體育賽事、藝術(shù)展覽和產(chǎn)品展會(huì)則可以在兩座建筑之間的科技園區(qū)舉行。

不僅如此，在特斯聯(lián)AI CITY“云谷”項(xiàng)目中，人與人工智能技術(shù)之間的屏障也將被消除，AI展覽空間、集市和咖啡館等新建空間，將吸引公眾在步入式綠色屋頂下駐足；在同一屋頂下，中國最具創(chuàng)新能力公司的高科技人才則可以進(jìn)行技術(shù)研發(fā)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。此外，特斯聯(lián)AI CITY“云谷”中的交通規(guī)劃也將會(huì)以一種彈性、靈活的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)自然與發(fā)展兩者在未來的全新平衡，屆時(shí)，電動(dòng)自行車、機(jī)器人汽車和自動(dòng)駕駛汽車將定義新的智能出行系統(tǒng)。

基于重慶被群山環(huán)繞的特殊地勢(shì)，BIG獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，避免了陽光直射建筑本身，與此同時(shí)，營(yíng)造出別樣的場(chǎng)域氛圍，令立面設(shè)計(jì)比以往更顯通透。而為了進(jìn)一步保護(hù)立面和外部公共空間免遭太陽輻射和大雨沖蝕，屋頂會(huì)依據(jù)立面朝向進(jìn)行有效延展，且其中一部分會(huì)朝著中央庭院傾斜下降，形成通向屋頂花園的通道。屋頂景觀是云谷設(shè)計(jì)最重要的構(gòu)成元素之一，這一獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)讓自然生態(tài)與辦公區(qū)域在云谷共生并存，從而保留了天然景觀的美好體驗(yàn)。在BIG的設(shè)計(jì)中，“山谷”和“山脈”形成的屋頂綠毯代表人類、自然、氣候和科技之間的凝聚與共生形態(tài)，呈現(xiàn)出了自然與技術(shù)結(jié)合的終極形態(tài)，這一綠色屋頂?shù)搅艘归g則會(huì)變成中國最大的數(shù)字顯示屏。
