日前,我國多個駐外使館發(fā)布通知,自北京時間2022年8月24日0時起,允許持有效APEC商務(wù)旅行卡人員、持有效學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可的外國留學(xué)生入境中國。而在此之前公布的《新型冠狀病毒肺炎防控方案(第九版)》將入境人員隔離管控時間從“14天集中隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察+7天居家健康監(jiān)測”調(diào)整為“7天集中隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察+3天居家健康監(jiān)測”。8月25日,海關(guān)總署發(fā)布消息稱,根據(jù)口岸疫情防控形勢,將于8月31日零時啟用第九版《中華人民共和國出/入境健康申明卡》,取消了對出入境人員核酸檢測信息、既往感染情況、疫苗接種日期的申報要求。
這一切表明我國正在逐步放開因疫情關(guān)閉的國門。隨著出入境政策的放寬,MICE行業(yè)的國際化將會有哪些新變化,國際會議活動的恢復(fù)能否迎來新的轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)?本期專題,我們將采訪國內(nèi)MICE領(lǐng)域不同產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈環(huán)節(jié)的代表,從各自角度詮釋出入境政策放寬對行業(yè)的影響。

——Forecast for Future MICE under Current Backgrounds
Announcements have been released presently by several Embassies in China that those with the valid APEC business tourism cards and foreign students holding the valid residence permits for learning have been allowed to enter into China ever since the Beijing Time at 0 o’ clock, on August 24, 2022. The quarantine and control periods for those entering into China, however, previously announced in the Control Solution of Covid-19(V.9) was adjusted from 14 days’ centralized quarantine for medical observation plus 7 days’ health monitoring at home into 7 days’centralized medical observation plus 3 days’ health monitoring at home. On August 25, news was released by the General Administration of Customs that the Health Statement Card for Entry/Exit of the PRC(V.9) will be used at 0 o’clock, on August 31 with declaring requirements of Nucleic Acid Testing for Entry&Exit, the previous infections and vaccinated date canceled according to the pandemic control of the Port.
All these indicate that China is gradually opening its door that was closed due to the pandemic. Which new changes will take place in the internationalization of MICE industry with the eased Entry&Exit policies? Will the recovery of the international MICE event welcome for the new opportunity? We are going to interview with representatives in various industrial chain sections of MICE sector in China on this edition to interpret effects on the industry from their own perspectives from the eased Entry/Exit policies.
