Reflection on Human Being’s Three Approaches to Freedom from Kant’s Ethics

The focus of Kant’s Ethics and his whole philosophy is how a human being’s freedom can be possible.First，he explained the content of freedom through the three representation systems of“Moral Law”，and defined that how a human being’s freedom can be possible as his ethics task；Second，he proposed three channels accessing to freedom：“the heart of responsibility”，“the sense of respect”，“the immortality of soul”，and developed a logic system from low to high with the mutual support among the three channels.Third，he pointed out that the process of realizing human being’s freedom is from finite to infinite.The similarities and differences between human beings and God show that human beings is always on the way to be free（from finite to infinite）! Only in this way can human being’s moral efforts be always necessary and possible!We think that Kant’s thoughts to freedom and its possibility are glistening with the brilliance of humanity.And it reveals and points out the most beautiful but realistic things in human nature.

The ineffectiveness of the past world climate conferences were the result of economic conflicts between countries and nonconsensus of ethical principles of global climate governance.Ethical principles of global climate governance could be set as follow：do no harm principle；common but differentiated responsibility principle；risk precautionary principle；and capability principle.The purpose of“do no harm principle”is to protect basic rights for subsistence and development.The purpose of“common but differentiated responsibility principle”is to maintain intra-generational climate justice.The purpose of“risk precautionary principle”is to promote inter-generational climate justice.The purpose of“capability principle”is to achieve global climate justice.

Analysis on the New Model of Logical Semantics：Shift from CTL to CCG

Combinatory Categorial Grammar（CCG）and Categorial type logic（CTL）are two modern versions of CG.By using traditional way of logical semantics，CTL highlights calculation，thinking based on rules and studying the properties of logic tools themselves. CTL is seen as deficient on the task of natural language processing，especially on words，because of the rich variety of specific phenomenon in natural language.By challenging the traditional views，CCG employs a new model，constructing large-scale lexicon and focusing on a large number of cases to meet needs of large-scale real texts in the natural language processing system.If semantic factors are taken into account，the lexicon and rules will need re-adjustment accordingly.Thus，much still remains to be done in the study of CCG.

Analysis on the Logical Structure of Verbal Evidence and Its Application Value

The logical structure of verbal evidence can be analyzed into inside and outside：Its internal structure includes component factors and its correlation，credibility.The component factors are the objective behavior of witness’testifying and this behavior must point to relevant propositional content；correlation and credibility are the necessary conditions when collecting verbal evidence.The external structure of verbal evidence exists in argument about the case facts，including the argument scheme and the compound argument structure among evidences，and this structure also has two types，convergent structure and combined structure.The convergent and combined argument structure both point out different strategies to attack different argument with different structure，therefore，it provide a direction to test the validity of argument about case fact.In addition，the argument scheme and its critical questions can help to test the validity of verbal evidence.
