Spirit and Strength from My Super Hero

I have been in a military camp since I was born.Naturally, I have a special feeling for the Armed Forces because my mom, dad, grandpa are all military officers.

There are many excellent soldiers around me, and my father is one of them.He is my super hero.He was once a combat

engineer officer in UNIFIL (聯(lián)合國駐黎巴嫩臨時(shí)部隊(duì)) several years ago.Those dangerous days witnessed his bravery and strength.He had to face the test of life and death in every minute, because mine clearance (掃雷) and bomb disposal was his duty.What a hero he is to go through the hard times abroad, on his own! Luckily, he finished the mission and came back home safe and sound.CCTV-9 specially reported his great achievements, for his sacrifice and contribution to the world peace.

More than a hero in the battlefield, my father is also my superman.He can almost deal with everything in my life.He often tells me that keeping strong and brave is the best quality of Chinese soldiers.This characteristic is helpful to my study now.What pops into my mind every time I am in trouble is his encouraging words, strong self-confidence, and the courage to face difficulty.The spirit of his determination to win should be inherited and carried forward.The journey of my life will be full of unknowns and challenges.I believe that following my father’s example, I can overcome all the difficulties.

I am so proud that I have such a hero father, from whom I get the spirit and strength all the time.I am determined to be a great person like him, with the super hero always on my back.
