他不僅在“美食中國(guó)”里溝通世界
——訪中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)獲得者康斯坦丁·謝平

2021年6月24日，科技部組織了外國(guó)專家參觀中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷史展覽館。我作為工作人員陪同外國(guó)專家參觀時(shí)，第一次見(jiàn)到謝平。當(dāng)中央廣播電視總臺(tái)國(guó)際交流局王文芝處長(zhǎng)把謝平介紹給我，并告訴我謝平是俄羅斯專家、2020年中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)獲得者時(shí)，謝平用十分純正的中文對(duì)我說(shuō)了一句“你好”。

向總理建議，“感覺(jué)很親切”

2021年是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年，全世界的目光都朝向東方、聚焦這個(gè)百年大黨的苦難與輝煌。其中，“‘不忘初心、牢記使命’中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷史展覽”引起國(guó)際社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注。展覽通過(guò)2600余幅圖片、3500件（套）文物實(shí)物，全方位、全過(guò)程、全景式、史詩(shī)般展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)中國(guó)人民不懈奮斗、不怕?tīng)奚⒗碚撎剿?、為民造福、自身建設(shè)的偉大歷程和其中蘊(yùn)含的偉大精神，彰顯了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨為中國(guó)人民謀幸福、為中華民族謀復(fù)興的初心和使命。

在參觀中，謝平作為一名從事新聞工作的外國(guó)專家對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷史表現(xiàn)出尤其濃厚的興趣，一邊認(rèn)真聆聽(tīng)講解一邊不時(shí)地在一件件珍貴的文物、圖片前駐足。文字、圖片還有影像都向我們?cè)佻F(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人不畏艱險(xiǎn)、勇往直前、浴血奮戰(zhàn)的歷史場(chǎng)景。在這種沉浸式的體驗(yàn)中，謝平說(shuō)：“這里記錄了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨百年的故事和發(fā)展，對(duì)于一個(gè)希望了解中國(guó)的外國(guó)人來(lái)講，令人興奮。我們不應(yīng)把中國(guó)和中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨分開(kāi)來(lái)看，沒(méi)有中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨就沒(méi)有新中國(guó)，中國(guó)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨，這場(chǎng)展覽就是充分證明。”

On June 24, 2021, Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China organized foreign experts to visit the Exhibition Hall of the History of the Communist Party of China. I met Mr. Xie Ping (the Chinese name for Konstantin Shchepin) for the first time when I accompanied the foreign experts on a tour as a staff member. When Wang Wenzhi, the director of the foreign staff management department of the CMG foreign affairs bureau, introduced Xie Ping to me and told me that Xie Ping was a Russian expert and the winner of the 2020 Chinese Government Friendship Award. Xie Ping said hello to me in very pure mandarin Chinese.

Meeting with the Chinese Premier, “I Felt at Home in China”

2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China(CPC). The world is watching the East closely, demanding more introduction to this century-old party’s suffering and glory. The exhibition of the history of the Communist Party of China, “Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind,” has attracted widespread attention from the international community. By displaying more than 2,600 pictures and 3,500 pieces (sets) of cultural relics, the exhibition shows the CPC’s great course and great spirit to unite and lead the Chinese people. The CPC is determined to lead the country in the ongoing struggle, fearless sacrifice, and theoretical exploration, to bring benefits to the people, and to build itself into a leading political party in the world. It highlights the original aspiration and demonstrates the mission of the CPC to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.

During the tour, Xie Ping, as a foreign expert in journalism, showed a strong interest in the history of the Communist Party of China, listening attentively to the explanations while stopping to watch precious cultural relics and pictures from time to time. Words, photos, and images reproduce the historical scene of the Chinese Communists who overcame hardships and dangers, fought bloody battles, and bravely marched forward. In this immersive experience, Xie Ping said: “The story and development of the Party over the past century are recorded here, and it is exciting for a foreigner who wants to understand China. We should not separate China from the Communist Party of China. Without the Communist Party of China, there would have been no new China. Likewise,this exhibition proves that China’s development cannot be separated from the Communist Party of China.”

當(dāng)然，能夠“證明”這些的還有很多。比如，每年中國(guó)政府都會(huì)組織中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)評(píng)選和頒獎(jiǎng)儀式，國(guó)務(wù)院總理同外國(guó)專家舉行新春座談會(huì)，還有全國(guó)兩會(huì)中外國(guó)記者的參與……通過(guò)這些重大活動(dòng)和重要場(chǎng)合，外國(guó)專家可以切身了解中國(guó)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化、教育和科技等方面的政策及其發(fā)展成就。說(shuō)到這里，謝平回憶起2022年春節(jié)前參加的李克強(qiáng)總理同外國(guó)專家舉行的新春座談會(huì)。他作為外國(guó)專家直接向總理建言。他說(shuō)，總理很親切，座談會(huì)非常輕松，不用準(zhǔn)備華麗的辭藻。特別是總理說(shuō)“你們有什么想法就直接說(shuō)出來(lái)”，這讓謝平感到非常親切和感動(dòng)。他當(dāng)時(shí)向總理的建議是，希望可以增加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)道全國(guó)兩會(huì)的外國(guó)記者的數(shù)量，他認(rèn)為講好中國(guó)故事不僅是中國(guó)記者的事，也是外國(guó)記者的事。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，總理對(duì)謝平的建議做了回應(yīng)。

謝平已經(jīng)參加過(guò)幾次新春座談會(huì)，他說(shuō)感覺(jué)座談會(huì)越來(lái)越務(wù)實(shí)，作為媒體記者的外國(guó)專家發(fā)言的機(jī)會(huì)也越來(lái)越多。他還建議，國(guó)際傳播不僅要重視用英語(yǔ)，也要重視使用其他語(yǔ)種。

緣起“哈洽會(huì)”，北京是老家

同為記者出身的我，對(duì)記者這個(gè)職業(yè)有著天然的親切感。但是做記者的不一定是學(xué)新聞的，從事文學(xué)創(chuàng)作的也不一定是學(xué)文學(xué)的。果不出所料，謝平也是。作為80后的謝平，畢業(yè)于莫斯科國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院，大學(xué)期間曾在俄羅斯塔斯社實(shí)習(xí)，畢業(yè)后留在塔斯社工作。2004年他第一次來(lái)到中國(guó)，參加“哈洽會(huì)”（中國(guó)·哈爾濱國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)）。謝平說(shuō)“哈洽會(huì)”三個(gè)字的時(shí)候，是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的東北口音，即“哈”讀的三聲。

“哈洽會(huì)”不一定享譽(yù)全國(guó)，但是對(duì)來(lái)自黑龍江的我來(lái)說(shuō)，這三個(gè)字是耳熟能詳?shù)?。早?0世紀(jì)80年代末，隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放步伐的加快，黑龍江省提出“南聯(lián)北開(kāi)，全方位開(kāi)放”的戰(zhàn)略方針，并經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)籌辦對(duì)蘇聯(lián)、東歐國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)。1990年第一屆“哈洽會(huì)”的成功舉辦，標(biāo)志著我國(guó)向蘇聯(lián)及東歐地區(qū)敞開(kāi)了經(jīng)貿(mào)合作之門，邊境貿(mào)易揭開(kāi)了新的一頁(yè)。因此，“哈洽會(huì)”作為會(huì)展平臺(tái)，見(jiàn)證著中俄兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展與中俄兩國(guó)友誼和合作不斷深化的歷程。也許正是緣于這些，謝平的這次“哈洽會(huì)”之行，改變了他的人生軌跡。當(dāng)年，他就成了塔斯社駐北京分社的記者。

Of course, there are many more that can “prove” this. For example, the Chinese government organizes the selection and awarding ceremony of the Chinese Government Friendship Award every year. In addition, the Premier of the State Council holds a Spring Festival symposium with foreign experts. Furthermore, foreign journalists participate in the National People’s Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) sessions. Foreign experts can personally understand China’s political, economic, social, cultural, educational, and scientific and technological policies and its development and achievements through these significant events and momentous occasions. On this, Xie Ping recalled the Spring Festival symposium held by Premier Li Keqiang with foreign experts before the Spring Festival in 2022. As a foreign expert, he advised the Premier directly. He said that the Premier was very cordial, and the atmosphere of the symposium was very relaxed, with no need for flowery rhetoric. In particular, the Premier said,“If you have any ideas, just say them,” which made Xie Ping feel very at ease and moved. He suggested that he hoped to increase the number of foreign journalists who covered the two sessions of the NPC and CPPCC on the spot. He believed that telling Chinese stories well as a mission for both Chinese journalists and foreign journalists. At the scene, Premier Li Keqiang responded to Xie Ping’s suggestion.

Xie Ping, who has participated in several Spring Festival symposiums,said he felt that the symposiums were becoming more and more pragmatic and that foreign experts as media reporters had more and more opportunities to speak up. He also suggested that international communication should focus not only on English but also on other languages.

Starting the Chinese Experience from the “Harbin Fair”While Self-identified as Beijinger

In the post-80s, Xie Ping graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, interned in the Russian news agency TASS during his university years, and joined the TASS after graduation. In 2004,he came to China for the first time to report the “Harbin Fair” (China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair). When Xie Ping said the three words “Harbin Fair,” it was pronounced in the standard northeast accent; that is, the “Ha” is said in the third tone.

“Harbin Fair” may not be well-known throughout the country, but these three words sound very familiar to me, a native of Heilongjiang. As early as the end of the 1980s, with the acceleration of China’s reform and opening up, Heilongjiang Province put forward the strategic principle of “joining hands with the south and all-round opening up to the north,“and was approved by the State Council to organize economic and trade fairs with the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries. The first“Harbin Fair” success in 1990 marked that China opened the door to economic and trade cooperation with the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,and a new page of border trade began. Therefore, as a platform for exhibitions, the “Harbin Fair” witnesses the development of economic and trade relations between China and Russia and the deepening of friendship and cooperation between China and Russia. Xie Ping’s trip to the“Harbin Fair” has changed the trajectory of his life. That year, he became a reporter for the Beijing branch of TASS.

“北京和哈爾濱你更喜歡哪個(gè)？”這個(gè)問(wèn)題，我問(wèn)得并不“善良”。但是謝平笑笑說(shuō)：“北京是老家，哈爾濱是我經(jīng)常去的地方。我有一個(gè)困惑就是在北京找不到哈（三聲）啤，全都是雪花（啤酒）。哈啤太好喝了！”謝平的話立即勾起了我對(duì)家鄉(xiāng)的思念。許多年過(guò)去，家鄉(xiāng)早已物是人非、日新月異，那思念可能就是源于一種美食，它能沉淀出你對(duì)人、對(duì)物、對(duì)文化的最深沉眷戀，它也是一把鑰匙，可以幫你打開(kāi)一個(gè)精彩的世界。是的，謝平的另一個(gè)可愛(ài)的“身份”就與它有關(guān)。

另一個(gè)身份，別樣的意義

2006年謝平來(lái)到中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)工作，2008年到俄新社駐北京分社工作；2010年謝平又回到中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)，現(xiàn)在是中央廣播電視總臺(tái)。他每天的工作就是追蹤熱點(diǎn)新聞，這樣能讓他始終處在世界發(fā)展的最前沿，保持一份積極的狀態(tài)、及時(shí)作出反應(yīng)、更好地融入生活。他說(shuō)在北京生活沒(méi)有什么不方便的地方，就是因?yàn)樾鹿诜窝滓咔榈挠绊?，已?jīng)三年沒(méi)有回國(guó)看望父母了，只能通過(guò)視頻聯(lián)系。

“每次視頻，媽媽都會(huì)哭。因?yàn)樘肽盍??！敝x平是家中獨(dú)子，他的父親是工程師，一直在軍隊(duì)工作，母親是醫(yī)學(xué)和語(yǔ)言學(xué)專家，現(xiàn)在都已經(jīng)退休。2004年他第一次來(lái)中國(guó)之前，對(duì)中國(guó)沒(méi)有什么了解?！皨寢屵吔o我收拾行李，邊說(shuō)到中國(guó)以后少出門，大街上都是紅衛(wèi)兵?！?005年父母來(lái)到中國(guó)后，非常驚訝。從那以后，他們每年都會(huì)來(lái)中國(guó)，到北京、海南等地方，特別是名勝古跡游玩“打卡”，最喜歡北京頤和園。唯一的問(wèn)題是爸爸對(duì)中國(guó)菜有點(diǎn)“過(guò)敏”，當(dāng)然除了餃子和二鍋頭。我不知道爸爸的這個(gè)特點(diǎn)，是不是謝平研究中國(guó)美食的原因。

是的，謝平的另一個(gè)身份就是美食家。

2018年謝平在人民文學(xué)出版社出版了《美食中國(guó)》一書(shū)，該書(shū)是俄文版，我只能從圖片辨認(rèn)書(shū)里寫到的美食。全書(shū)分為兩個(gè)部分：一是美食地圖，介紹了北京、上海、天津等省市或地區(qū)比如東北的美食；二是美食日歷，分為節(jié)氣美食和節(jié)日美食。我相信，創(chuàng)作出這部作品不僅需要了解美食，更要了解中國(guó)文化。熱愛(ài)美食的人，一定是熱愛(ài)文化的人，也一定是熱愛(ài)生活的人。

“Which do you prefer, Beijing or Harbin?” I raised this tricky question.But Xie Ping smiled and said: “Beijing is my hometown, and Harbin is where I often go. One of my confusions is that I can’t find Ha (third tone)beer (a beer from Harbin). In Beijing, Snowflake beer is sold everywhere.But Ha beer is so delicious!” Xie Ping’s words immediately aroused my longing for my hometown. Many years have passed, and the hometown has changed with each passing day. That longing may be derived from a kind of food that can spark your most profound attachment to the people, things, and culture and be a key that opens a beautiful world.Xie Ping’s other lovely “identity” is related to it.

Another Identity, a Different Meaning

In 2006, Xie Ping came to work for China Radio International, and in 2008,he worked in the Beijing branch of RIA Novosti. In 2010, Xie Ping returned to China Radio International, which is now the China Media Group. His daily job is to keep track of hot news so that he can always be at the forefront of the world’s development, maintain a positive state, react on time,and better integrate into life. Xie Ping said that there is nothing inconvenient about living in Beijing. However, because of the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, he has not returned to Russia to visit his parents for three years and can only keep in contact through video-chatting.

“Every time we video-chatted, mom would cry because we miss each other so much.” Xie Ping is an only son. His father is an engineer and has been working in the army, while his mother is a medical and linguistics expert. Both his parents are now retired. Before he came to China for the first time in 2004, he knew little about China. “While my mother was packing my luggage, she said that I should avoid going out after arriving in China because Red Guards were everywhere.” So, when his parents came to China in 2005, they were amazed. Since then, they have been coming to China every year, visiting Beijing, Hainan, and other places.They enjoy “punching in” scenic spots and historical sites a lot. Their favorite is the Summer Palace in Beijing. The only problem was that his dad was a bit “allergic” to Chinese food, except the dumplings and Er Guo Tou, the Chinese vodka. I don’t know whether Xie Ping’s love of Chinese cuisine can be traced back to his dad’s trait.

Xie Ping’s other identity is a gastronomist.

In 2018, Xie Ping published his bookat the People’s Literature Publishing House in Russian. I can only tell from the pictures of the food in the book. The book is divided into two parts: firstly, a food map, which introduces the cuisine of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and other provinces, cities, or regions such as Northeast China; secondly, the food calendar, which is divided into seasonal cuisine and festive cuisine.I believe the creation of this work not only requires an understanding of the food but also the understanding of Chinese culture. Those who love food must be those who love culture and life.

謝平說(shuō)，美食代表文化，是世界觀的體現(xiàn)。通過(guò)研究美食，他有很多發(fā)現(xiàn)。每個(gè)菜品都有一個(gè)典故，比如沙茶面、過(guò)橋米線，等等。于是他饒有興趣地跟我分享“過(guò)橋米線”的故事。我不是第一次聽(tīng)這個(gè)故事，但是的確是第一次從一位外國(guó)人這里聽(tīng)到這個(gè)故事，感覺(jué)很獨(dú)特。

為什么喜歡美食，僅僅是因?yàn)樽约菏莻€(gè)“吃貨”嗎？不只是這樣，謝平研究美食還有另外的深意。他說(shuō)，由于工作的原因，經(jīng)常去外地采訪，作為外國(guó)人要了解當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r就要首先從美食入手，這樣很快就能和當(dāng)?shù)厝舜虺梢黄?，讓他們敞開(kāi)心扉。慢慢地，他就了解了更多美食及其背后的文化。

從《美食中國(guó)》這本書(shū)，我看出來(lái)他對(duì)中國(guó)的了解。說(shuō)到這兒，謝平很自豪地說(shuō)，通過(guò)一個(gè)小程序分析，他去過(guò)的中國(guó)城市數(shù)量，已經(jīng)超過(guò)了95%的中國(guó)人。

勤奮有愛(ài)，“好崇拜他”

對(duì)世界始終懷抱好奇、對(duì)萬(wàn)物始終充滿悲憫，用心體察社會(huì)冷暖、用愛(ài)融化隔閡偏見(jiàn)。這是每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該秉持的一份社會(huì)良知與擔(dān)當(dāng)。

“謝平是一個(gè)非常善良而且胸有大愛(ài)的人，我們談戀愛(ài)的時(shí)候，他就曾經(jīng)跟我說(shuō)：‘我做的工作是宣傳，我需要讓我的國(guó)家了解中國(guó)。只有兩國(guó)的關(guān)系融洽，兩國(guó)人民才能和諧相處。’我聽(tīng)了真的好感動(dòng)、好崇拜他?！敝x平夫人這樣評(píng)價(jià)自己的丈夫。無(wú)論是在戀人之間還是夫妻之間，彼此欣賞才應(yīng)是最長(zhǎng)情的“告白”。

“他之所以能夠獲得中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)，而且得到俄羅斯駐中國(guó)大使的親筆賀信，能夠入選國(guó)家‘十三五’科技成就展‘優(yōu)秀外國(guó)專家’，能夠受邀參加國(guó)務(wù)院總理同外國(guó)專家舉行的新春座談會(huì)，參加全國(guó)兩會(huì)等重大活動(dòng)和重要場(chǎng)合，他的個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)能力和工作成果能被中國(guó)政府認(rèn)可和肯定，究其根本，跟他好學(xué)的習(xí)慣和對(duì)工作的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)是分不開(kāi)的?！敝x平夫人說(shuō)，在每次國(guó)家重大會(huì)議或者活動(dòng)召開(kāi)前，謝平都會(huì)抱回很多書(shū)回家看。他的家里有關(guān)工作方面的書(shū)擺出來(lái)就是一面墻，每年國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的重要講話、文件，以及《政府工作報(bào)告》和各種大政方針、政策法規(guī)只要一發(fā)表或者出臺(tái)，他就立即打印出來(lái)邊看邊做筆記。除了每天8小時(shí)工作之外，不管是節(jié)假日還是休息時(shí)間，他永遠(yuǎn)都會(huì)關(guān)注著新聞，以便得到最新的時(shí)政經(jīng)濟(jì)要聞，而且一看到有價(jià)值的消息他就會(huì)寫幾篇新聞或者評(píng)論文章發(fā)給同事。這些年，謝平平均每年撰寫900篇左右的新聞，長(zhǎng)篇的報(bào)道和評(píng)論每年也有100多篇。

Xie Ping said that food represents cultures and world views. By studying gastronomy, he made many discoveries. For example, there is a literary quotation behind each dish, such as satay noodles and crossingthe-bridge rice noodles. Then he told me with great interest the story of the “crossing-the-bridge rice noodles.” I’m not hearing this story for the first time, but it’s the first time I’ve heard it from a foreigner, and it feels unique.

Why does Xie Ping like good food? Is it just because he is a “foodie”? Not just that. Xie Ping’s study of food has another layer of significance. He said that his work and interviews bring him to many places. To understand the local circumstances, a foreigner must start with food to quickly mingle with the locals and let them open up to him. Little by little, he learned more about their food and its culture.

From the book, I can tell how much he knows about China. Speaking of this, Xie Ping is proud to say that according to an analysis, the number of Chinese cities he has visited has exceeded 95% of the Chinese.

Diligent and Caring, “Adoring Him So Much”

Be constantly curious about the world and always compassionate for all. Attentively feel the warmth and coldness of society, and melt away estrangement and prejudice with love. This is a social conscience and responsibility that everyone should uphold.

“Xie Ping is a very kind and loving person, and when we were dating, he said to me: ‘I am a journalist. I need to let my country know about China.Only when the relations between the two countries are harmonious can the two peoples live in harmony.’ He really touched me, and I adored him so much.” Xie Ping’s wife said about her husband. Whether it is between lovers or between husband and wife, mutual appreciation should be the longest “confession” of affection.

“The reason why he was able to win the Chinese Government Friendship Award, to receive a handwritten congratulatory letter from the Russian ambassador, to be selected as an ‘outstanding foreign expert’ in the national ‘Thirteenth Five-Year Plan’ exhibition of scientific and technological achievements, to be invited to participate in the Spring Festival symposium held by the Premier of the State Council with foreign experts,to report these major activities and important occasions such as the two sessions of the NPC and CPPCC, and to be recognized and affirmed by the Chinese government of his personal, professional ability and work achievements is his studious habit and rigorous work attitude,” Mrs. Xie said. She said that before every significant national conference or event,Xie Ping would bring home a lot of books to read. His collection of workrelated books could be laid out to cover a whole wall. Every year, as soon as the important speeches and documents of Chinese leaders, thet, and various significant policies and regulations are released, he will immediately print them out, read them and take notes.In addition to working 8 hours a day, on holidays or breaks, he will always pay attention to the news to get the latest political and economic news. When he sees valuable news, he will write several news stories or reviews to send to his colleagues. Over the years, Xie Ping has documented an average of about 900 news articles per year and more than 100 long reports and reviews per year.

集腋成裘，聚沙成塔。顯然，日復(fù)一日、年復(fù)一年的努力學(xué)習(xí)和辛勤工作必將會(huì)成就不平凡的人生。其實(shí)，知識(shí)不是學(xué)來(lái)的，要靠心和頭腦對(duì)信息加工；文化也不是學(xué)來(lái)的，要靠心和情義對(duì)知識(shí)淬煉。他愛(ài)中國(guó)、愛(ài)中國(guó)文化，他愛(ài)自己的祖國(guó)、愛(ài)世界和平發(fā)展，我想這應(yīng)該是他如饑似渴地學(xué)習(xí)和工作的重要原因。就是這樣十幾年的日積月累，他的知識(shí)面越來(lái)越廣，對(duì)問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)也越來(lái)越深刻，頭腦里的知識(shí)顯然已經(jīng)形成了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)，在這些基礎(chǔ)上也就達(dá)到高產(chǎn)、高效的工作成果。也正因?yàn)樗H身感受著中國(guó)日新月異的發(fā)展變化，對(duì)中國(guó)發(fā)生的各類事件能夠作出客觀正確的判斷和分析，真正做到了用心用情去講好中國(guó)故事，做好國(guó)際傳播。他的報(bào)道經(jīng)常被俄羅斯媒體廣泛轉(zhuǎn)載，努力讓國(guó)外的受眾了解真實(shí)的中國(guó)、形成正確的認(rèn)識(shí)。

謝平夫人還講了14年前汶川地震的往事。她說(shuō)，地震發(fā)生后第二天，謝平就奔赴災(zāi)區(qū)，做新聞報(bào)道的同時(shí)支援俄羅斯救援隊(duì)的工作。救援隊(duì)在廢墟中救出一名老人，后來(lái)這名老人也成了謝平一直以來(lái)的牽掛。后來(lái)，謝平在胳膊上做了一個(gè)“俄羅斯救援隊(duì)一 ”的文身，“一”就代表著那位被俄羅斯救援隊(duì)救起的老人。地震十年后，謝平重返都江堰去尋找那位老人，當(dāng)老人再見(jiàn)到謝平時(shí)激動(dòng)得哭起來(lái)，抱著他不放。

蘇東坡是偶像，致力于講好中國(guó)故事

謝平出生于基洛夫?；宸蛟S亞特卡，名字緣于流經(jīng)該市的維亞特卡河，始建于1374年，1934年改名以紀(jì)念布爾什維克領(lǐng)袖之一謝爾蓋·基洛夫，是俄羅斯基洛夫州的首府。

說(shuō)起自己的童年，謝平陷在遙遠(yuǎn)的回憶中。天冷、風(fēng)大，打雪仗、建城堡，簡(jiǎn)直和我的童年如出一轍。寒冷，可以讓人更聰明、更有意志力。這是我對(duì)寒冷的理解，謝平也是一樣。他說(shuō)，寒冷可以鍛煉人的體魄，也讓人的頭腦更清醒、內(nèi)心更強(qiáng)大。他說(shuō)，當(dāng)遇到零下40℃的天氣，學(xué)校就放假了，但是不能阻止小朋友們?cè)诒煅┑乩锿嫠！?/p>

The acquisition of knowledge depends more on processing information with the mind and heart rather than just learning; the same goes for culture.Understanding culture relies on the refinement of knowledge by empathy and affection. He loves China, Chinese culture, his motherland, and world peace and development. This should be a fundamental reason for him to study and work with a voracious vigor. Over a decade’s accumulation, he has broadened his knowledge scope, acquired a profound understanding of various problems, and formed a system of knowledge in his mind. And based on these, he is a very prolific and efficient journalist. Precisely because of his personal experience of China’s rapid development and changes, he can make objective and correct judgments and analyses of the various events that occur in China and honestly tell the Chinese stories well with heart and affection. His reports are often widely reprinted by the Russian media. He never stops to help foreign audiences understand the real China without prejudice.

Mrs. Xie also told me a story of the Wenchuan earthquake 14 years ago.She said that the day after the quake, Xie Ping rushed to the disasterhit area to make news reports and assist the work of the Russian rescue team. As a result, the rescue team rescued an older adult from the ruins.Xie Ping has been especially concerned about this older man ever since.Later, Xie Ping had the letters “Russian Rescue Team One” tattooed on one of his arms. The number “one” represented precisely the old man who was rescued by the Russian rescue team. Finally, ten years after the earthquake, Xie Ping returned to Dujiangyan city to look for the older man. When the older man saw Xie Ping again, he burst into tears and hugged him for a long while.

Su Dongpo is His Idol, Telling Chinese Stories Well

Xie Ping was born in the Russian city of Kirov, originally named Vyattka, the Vyattka River flowing through the city. It was founded in 1374 and renamed in 1934 in honor of Sergei Kirov, one of the leaders of the Bolsheviks. It is the capital of Kirov Oblast in Russia.

Speaking of his childhood, Xie Ping was, for a moment, lost in distant memories. It is about the cold and windy winters, having snowball fights,and building snow castles. His memory of his childhood was almost the exact copy of my childhood. Cold weather makes people more intelligent and more resilient psychologically. This is my understanding of the icy weather, and it is also Xie Ping’s. He said cold weather hardens people’s physique and also makes people more clear-minded and stronger. He said that the school is closed when it comes to minus 40 degrees Celsius,but it never stops the children from playing in a world of ice and snow.

Speaking of education in Russia, he said that he could either go to college or join the army after graduating from high school. Military training in college, though, is also rigorous and nothing like “walking through the motions.” He spent a whole month training for physical fitness and taking courses in military strategy and tactics. Although his father was a soldier, Xie Ping was not asked by him to join the army. His mother was a medical expert and did not ask him to become a doctor either.On the contrary, he very much wanted to become a surgeon, but in the end, he fulfilled his mother’s wish and studied international relations.“Of course, mom must have regretted it now. Because if I hadn’t studied international relations, I probably wouldn’t have been so far away from her,” said Xie Ping with a wry smile.

說(shuō)到俄羅斯的教育，他說(shuō)高中畢業(yè)后要么上大學(xué)要么參軍，而且在大學(xué)里軍訓(xùn)是非常嚴(yán)格的，不是“走走過(guò)場(chǎng)”。整整一個(gè)月的時(shí)間都在訓(xùn)練體能，還要學(xué)習(xí)軍事戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)方面的課程。父親雖然是軍人，但是也沒(méi)有要求他必須參軍；母親是醫(yī)學(xué)專家，也沒(méi)有要求他成為醫(yī)生。反倒他自己非常想成為外科醫(yī)生，但是最后他還是達(dá)成了母親的心愿學(xué)了國(guó)際關(guān)系?！爱?dāng)然，媽媽現(xiàn)在一定后悔了。因?yàn)槿绻皇菍W(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系，我可能不會(huì)離她這么遠(yuǎn)了?！敝x平苦笑道。

說(shuō)到他崇拜的偉人或名人，謝平說(shuō)他的本民族偶像是普希金，不僅是因?yàn)樗淖髌?，還因?yàn)樗袠O強(qiáng)的洞察人心的能力和豐富的創(chuàng)造力。他的中國(guó)偶像是蘇東坡，因?yàn)樗浅Ｓ兄腔?。“還因?yàn)橛幸环N美食叫東坡肉吧?！彼?tīng)了我的話，哈哈大笑，然后又饒有興致地講起他眼中的東坡肉。

是啊，美食真的是一種神奇的東西，人人都愛(ài)。謝平從遙遠(yuǎn)的俄羅斯來(lái)中國(guó)之前，也許從沒(méi)有想過(guò)會(huì)有如此多的發(fā)現(xiàn)、如此好的體驗(yàn)，他通過(guò)美食更加了解并熱愛(ài)中國(guó)和中國(guó)文化。作為外國(guó)記者、外國(guó)專家，謝平說(shuō)，講好中國(guó)故事不僅是中國(guó)記者、中國(guó)媒體的事情，也需要外國(guó)記者、外國(guó)媒體的積極參與。

2020年，習(xí)近平主席在中國(guó)國(guó)際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會(huì)全球服務(wù)貿(mào)易峰會(huì)上的致辭中提出三點(diǎn)倡議，即共同營(yíng)造開(kāi)放包容的合作環(huán)境、共同激活創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)的合作動(dòng)能、共同開(kāi)創(chuàng)互利共贏的合作局面，并指出：“突如其來(lái)的新冠肺炎疫情，在一段時(shí)間內(nèi)阻隔了我們的相聚，但阻擋不了服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的腳步，阻斷不了我們攜手共進(jìn)、合作共贏的信心和行動(dòng)！”之所以重溫習(xí)近平主席的這段講話，是因?yàn)楫?dāng)年謝平是參加中國(guó)·哈爾濱國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)而了解并來(lái)到中國(guó)的。

是的，我們相信疫情雖然阻隔了短暫的相聚，但是阻隔不了交流合作的腳步；戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)也許會(huì)滿足某個(gè)國(guó)家和某些人的私欲，但是阻擋不了和平的陽(yáng)光照耀全球。中國(guó)在發(fā)展，離不開(kāi)中國(guó)人民的付出，也離不開(kāi)外國(guó)專家的支持。共享和平與發(fā)展的榮光，全世界需要一起努力！

As a foreign journalist and foreign expert, Xie Ping said that telling Chinese stories well is not only a mission of Chinese journalists and Chinese media but also requires the active participation of foreign journalists and foreign media.

In 2020, President Xi Jinping put forward a three-point initiative in his speech at the Global Trade in Services Summit of the China International Fair for Trade in Services. First, the industry states jointly create an open and inclusive cooperation environment, activating the momentum of innovation-led cooperation and together building mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation. Furthermore, it points out: “The sudden attack of COVID-19 may have prevented us from meeting face to face, but it cannot block the growth of trade in services. Nor will it affect our confidence and action as we pursue shared progress and mutually beneficial cooperation.” I revisit President Xi Jinping’s speech because Xie Ping learned about and came to China through his visit to the China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair.

We believe that although the pandemic has blocked a short period of reunion, it cannot block the pace of exchanges and cooperation; war may satisfy the selfish desires of a particular country and some people, but it cannot stop the sun of peace from shining over the whole world.
