濟(jì)南加快建設(shè)國(guó)際消費(fèi)中心城市的意義不言而喻。
2021年,盒馬鮮生濟(jì)南首店開(kāi)業(yè),市民嘗鮮“打卡”、人潮涌動(dòng)購(gòu)物的照片,又一次刷爆朋友圈。近年來(lái),這樣的“火爆”場(chǎng)景,在濟(jì)南并不陌生。山東首個(gè)宜家家居2017年濟(jì)南開(kāi)業(yè),至今人氣不減;新生代頭部品牌連鎖企業(yè)便利蜂2019年入濟(jì),并迅速擴(kuò)張,成為引領(lǐng)“白領(lǐng)”消費(fèi)的新潮流;2020年,全球連鎖便利店品牌7-ELEVEn進(jìn)駐濟(jì)南,為泉城市民提供了更加國(guó)際化的購(gòu)物體驗(yàn);還有山東首家山姆會(huì)員店、日本最大免稅店樂(lè)購(gòu)仕(LAOX)全國(guó)首家跨境電商首店等知名品牌落戶(hù)濟(jì)南,引領(lǐng)新一輪的消費(fèi)與時(shí)尚潮流。今年,濟(jì)南將引進(jìn)品牌首店50家以上,使?jié)铣蔀閲?guó)內(nèi)外知名品牌的重要聚集地。
作為引領(lǐng)城市消費(fèi)趨勢(shì)的風(fēng)向標(biāo),也是創(chuàng)建國(guó)際消費(fèi)中心城市的重要發(fā)力點(diǎn),“首店經(jīng)濟(jì)”反映出了一座城市的資源聚集能力、消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的敏銳度和成熟度,折射出營(yíng)商環(huán)境的舒適度和開(kāi)放度,毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)已經(jīng)成為挖掘消費(fèi)潛力、激發(fā)市場(chǎng)熱情的利器。

No matter how advanced a city is, consumption is always the core of sustainable development. Especially in the international and domestic double cycle and post epidemic era, the rapid recovery of consumption boosts the economic situation of a city and becomes an important engine to boost economic growth. Therefore, national and local governments are actively promoting the construction of "international consumption center cities" recently. Different from the consumption cities under the traditional closed economy, international consumption center cities are global commercial cities with high concentration of consumption resources, remarkable consumption leading function, large scale of world consumers and great circulation and development vitality, which conforms to the continuous improvement of global material living standards and the rise of consumption society, and with the help of the power of economic globalization and information networking. Under the background of promoting high-quality economic development and building a new development pattern of double cycle, and accelerating the construction of international consumption center cities, expanding residents’ consumption and promoting consumption upgrading is of long-term and strategic significance to promoting national economic and social development.
