賽會聚四川 有朋遠方來

趁著冬日暖陽，走進被網(wǎng)友稱為“2022成都第一公園IP”的東安湖體育公園，已成為成都市民新選擇。

東安湖體育公園坐落在成都市龍泉驛區(qū)車城大道旁，沿公園內(nèi)的綠道往前走，不時有跑步的市民經(jīng)過，一個個“運動健兒”精神抖擻、興致高昂;遠處的空地上，一群小孩正在嬉戲玩耍，生機勃勃、好不熱鬧！

東安湖體育公園是成都市全力備戰(zhàn)第31屆世界大學生夏季運動會的一個縮影。經(jīng)過規(guī)劃建設，不久后這里將成為成都迎接全球青年的靚麗名片、市民休閑娛樂的“網(wǎng)紅”打卡地和兼具農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉、生態(tài)修復功能的開放型城市生態(tài)公園……

謀定而后動，知止而有得！近年來，四川聚焦賽會經(jīng)濟，廣開大門擁抱世界。

賽會中的四川

2022年新年伊始，國際乒聯(lián)發(fā)布消息，2022世界乒乓球團體錦標賽將于4月17日至26日在成都舉行。屆時，40支男子和女子代表隊將匯聚賽場展開角逐。

這一項重要國際賽事落地成都，讓四川這片紫色沃土受到全球矚目。國際乒聯(lián)主席佩特拉·索林對成都在這個充滿不確定性的特殊時期舉行比賽，表示感謝。網(wǎng)友也紛紛留言，“想去四川玩”“期待在成都的比賽”……

不僅有2022年世界乒乓球團體錦標賽，在四川“排隊候場”的國際賽會還真不少。

2019年3月1日，在俄羅斯克拉斯諾亞爾斯克舉行的國際大學生體育聯(lián)合會執(zhí)委會會議上，成都正式獲得2021年第31屆世界大學生夏季運動會舉辦權。

大運會每兩年舉辦一屆，素有“小奧運會”之稱，是規(guī)模僅次于奧運會的世界大型綜合性運動會。受全球疫情影響，第31屆大運會延期至2022年6月26日至7月7日舉辦。

2019年5月9日，在澳大利亞黃金海岸市舉行的國際世界運動會協(xié)會2019年全會上，成都成功獲得2025年世界運動會舉辦權，一舉成為中國大陸第一個舉辦這項賽事的城市。

世界運動會同樣也是一個國際性的體育競賽盛會，每四年舉行一次，每屆于奧運會次年舉行，會期11天。競賽項目多以非奧運會項目為主，并按照各國際單項體育聯(lián)合會的程序和標準進行。

“在賽事引進上，成都做得非常好，體育設施的建設也都同步跟進，賽事名城名副其實。”2020年8月，第31屆大運會專家咨詢委員會一行來成都實地考察，國際奧委會副主席于再清經(jīng)過考察，認為“成都具備舉辦國際賽事的能力”。

賽會已經(jīng)成為成都乃至四川對外開放的一張新名片。這可以從2017年四川印發(fā)的《四川省“十三五”會展業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》窺見一二。

《規(guī)劃》鼓勵引進國際知名品牌展會，舉辦有影響力的國際展會。在《規(guī)劃》指導下，以四川省會成都為代表，各項國際性賽事、展會不斷上演，激活四川一池春水。

包容的四川

“我對成都舉辦世乒賽非常有信心。這座城市曾多次舉辦頂級乒乓球賽事，且一直與國際乒聯(lián)保持密切合作。期待在美麗的四川省再次舉辦一場安全且意義非凡的世乒賽?！眹H乒聯(lián)集團首席執(zhí)行官史蒂夫·丹頓非常認可成都舉辦賽事的能力。

“世乒賽在成都舉行，勢必會吸引全球球迷的眼光，這是一場乒乓球比賽和成都這個城市的雙向推廣。成都具備豐富的乒乓球賽事組織經(jīng)驗，此前屢次成功舉辦了國際乒聯(lián)男女世界杯和公開賽，此次世乒賽落戶成都，相信能夠再次在成都掀起世界乒乓球熱潮。”國際乒聯(lián)執(zhí)行副主席、中國乒協(xié)主席劉國梁高度評價道。

承辦高水平國際賽會，考驗的是一座城市、一個地區(qū)的綜合實力。四川作為中國西南地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟中心，無論從基建到人文，還是從組織到運轉(zhuǎn)，抑或是從新聞宣傳到觀眾素質(zhì)，都有較高的水準。

近年來，四川積極承辦大型國際比賽和展會，一次又一次經(jīng)受住了考驗，在展示四川特色的同時也呈現(xiàn)出“海納百川，有容乃大”的包容氣度。

東安湖體育公園是成都大運會主場館，由“一場三館”組成。其中，懸浮于主體育場“飛碟”之上的是由12540塊彩釉玻璃組成的世界最大“太陽神鳥”，形態(tài)優(yōu)美。

除此之外，鳳凰山體育公園的建筑外觀好似“蓋碗茶”，成都高新體育中心建筑設計靈感來源于蜀錦……各個場館建設，將天府文化和現(xiàn)代科技完美融合。

不僅賽會場館建設極具四川特色，就連活動過程中也彰顯著四川魅力。

自2017年起舉辦的成都國際馬拉松賽，已成為國內(nèi)外馬拉松愛好者的一場大狂歡。

2017年，2萬名來自全球各地的跑友齊聚成都;2018年，共收到了54個國家、2.8萬名選手的報名申請;2019年，吸引了3萬余名國內(nèi)外選手參賽。2020年，因防疫工作需要，賽事總規(guī)模限制為1萬人。2021年雖然受疫情影響，主辦方取消了比賽，但大家熱情不減，都在翹首等待2022年的比賽消息。

回顧成都馬拉松比賽現(xiàn)場，跑道上精彩不斷，跑道邊的補給支援也好戲連連，被網(wǎng)友戲稱為“最有味道的比賽”。甜水面、火鍋粉、豆腐腦、缽缽雞等上萬份特色美食，給參賽者帶來一場美食盛宴。

“跑過公園的時候看到不少美食，特別眼饞，馬拉松結束后一定要和朋友一同品嘗地道成都小吃。”2020年，來自蘭州的“90后”跑者何富軍第二次參加成都馬拉松，以2小時35分的成績完成賽程。賽后，他直言要去大吃一頓。

充分的前期準備，貼心的后續(xù)服務，為各項賽會得以順利舉辦提供了強力的保障，也體現(xiàn)出四川“開放、包容、納天下”的態(tài)度。

釋放發(fā)展機遇的四川

顯而易見，賽會改變生活方式，釋放發(fā)展機遇，助力地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。

2008年，北京舉辦第29屆奧林匹克運動會，極大地提升了北京的景觀以及外國人心目中的中國形象。

2018年，進博會花落上海，加快了上海大都市圈建設，有利于上海建設長三角世界級城市群核心城市的目標實現(xiàn)。

2022年，冬奧會在北京、延慶、張家口三個賽區(qū)同時開賽，為舉辦地帶來了前所未有的關注度，同時也有力推進了京津冀世界級城市群建設，加快形成京津冀區(qū)域同城化發(fā)展的新格局。

放眼望去，北京、上海、米蘭、索契、悉尼……一個又一個城市因舉辦大型賽會，國際影響力和知名度得到大幅提升，同時也為當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展注入新的動力。

其實，站在“賽會風口”上的四川，早已享受到了“賽會紅利”。

回望2016年的那個夏天，因2016年第三次二十國集團財政部長和央行行長會議的到來，地處中國西部的成都匯聚了全球的目光！

影響世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的金融領袖，上百名國內(nèi)知名媒體記者，約180名境外媒體記者，從全球幾十個國家和地區(qū)奔赴而來，見證“G20成都會議”如何為世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展注入活力。會議期間，國內(nèi)外主流媒體紛紛發(fā)出專題報道，聚焦成都作為一顆閃亮的西部金融之星的冉冉升起。

財政部原副部長朱光耀曾就該會議落戶成都回答了記者提問。他表示，一方面成都是重要的西部城市，西部大開發(fā)在成都有著突出的、戰(zhàn)略政策的體現(xiàn);另一方面，成都是“長江經(jīng)濟帶”和“一帶一路”建設的重要樞紐，地理位置特殊。他直言，這次會議讓世界更好地認識成都，也有助于成都與世界緊密相連。

舉辦大型國際賽會，助力提升城市內(nèi)在競爭力的同時，也為城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來直觀影響。

2021年9月，第十八屆西博會推出對外招商的投資項目2445個，投資總額超4.3萬億元，簽約投資合作項目758個;同一時間，第九屆科博會閉幕，簽約金額達873億;在2019年6月舉行的2019川商發(fā)展大會上，簽約項目465個，簽約項目總額3227.65億元……

隨著大運會、世界運動會、中國（四川）國際熊貓購物節(jié)等活動到訪中國西部，有理由相信成都乃至四川，也可以像北京、上?；蚱渌澜缰鞘泻偷貐^(qū)一樣，借助舉辦賽會的契機，吸引全世界目光，實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的又一次騰飛。

一場賽事影響一座城市，帶動一片經(jīng)濟的故事還在續(xù)寫……

In the warm winter sun， visiting Dong’an Lake Sports Park has become a new favorite of the residents in Chengdu.

It is located beside Checheng Avenue， Longquanyi District， Chengdu. Energetic people are running along the greenway in the park; children are frolicking in the clearing in the distance.

Dong’an Lake Sports Park is an epitome of Chengdu’s all-out efforts to prepare for the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games （2021 FISU WUG）. After planning and construction， it will soon become an appealing venue for Chengdu to welcome youth from all over the world， an internet-famous destination for residents’ leisure and entertainment， an open urban ecological park with agricultural irrigation and ecological restoration functions...

Make plans before you act， make choices before you get. In recent years， Sichuan has focused on competition economy and opened up wider to embrace the world.

Upcoming events in Sichuan

At the beginning of the New Year， the International Table Tennis Federation （ITTF） announced that the 2022 World Team Table Tennis Championships will be held in Chengdu from April 17 to 26， 2022. Forty men’s and women’s teams will compete on the field.

The hosting of the important international event attracted global attention to Sichuan. ITTF President Petra Solin expressed his gratitude to Chengdu for holding the competitions during such a special period of uncertainty. Netizens have left such messages as “I want to have fun in Sichuan”， “I look forward to the competitions in Chengdu”...

In addition， a number of other international events will be hosted in Sichuan.

At the Executive Board Meeting of the International University Sports Federation （FISU） held in Krasnoyarsk， Russia on March 1， 2019， Chengdu was officially awarded the right to host the 2021 FISU WUG.

The FISU WUG is held every two years. Known as the “smaller version of Olympics”， it is the world’s large-scale comprehensive games， second only to the Olympic Games. Due to the pandemic， the Games has been postponed to June 26 to July 7， 2022.

At the 2019 Plenary Session of the International World Games Association （IWGA） in Gold Coast， Australia on May 9， 2019， Chengdu won the bid to host the 2025 World Games， becoming the first city on the Chinese mainland to host the event.

The World Games is also an international sporting event， which is held every four years for 11 days in the following year of the Olympic Games. Most of the competitive events are non-Olympic and are carried out in accordance with the procedures and standards of the world governing body of each sport.

“Chengdu has made great progress in introducing sporting events， and the development of sports facilities correspondingly. The famous city of hosting events is worthy of its name.” In August 2020， a delegation from the expert advisory committee of the 2021 FISU WUG visited Chengdu. After field research， Yu Zaiqing， Vice President of the International Olympic Committee， believed that “Chengdu has the ability to host international games”.

Hosting competitions has become a new highlight for Chengdu and even Sichuan to open up to the outside world. It can also be seen in the Development Plan of Sichuan Province for the MICE Industry in the 13th Five-Year Plan Period issued by Sichuan in 2017.

The document encourages the introduction of meetings， incentive travels， conventions and events/exhibitions （MICE） of international famous brands， and the holding of influential international ones. Under the guidance of the Plan， Sichuan， represented by Chengdu， the provincial capital， continuously stages various international competitions and exhibitions.

Inclusive Sichuan

“I have great confidence in Chengdu to host the 2022 World Team Table Tennis Championships. The city has hosted top-level table tennis events many times and has been working closely with the ITTF. “The World Table Tennis Championships being held in Chengdu is bound to attract fans from all over the world. Table tennis and the city will promote each other. Chengdu has rich experience in organizing table tennis events as the International Table Tennis Federation Men’s and women’s World Cups and Open were successfully held. I believe that Chengdu， as the host city of the 2022 World Team Table Tennis Championships， can set off a new upsurge of interest in table tennis in the world. Hosting high-level international games tests the comprehensive strength of a city and a region. As the economic center of southwest China， Sichuan has achieved a high standard in terms of infrastructure， culture， organization， operations， publicity， as well as audience’s quality.

Imbued with the belief that one should be as inclusive as the vast ocean which admits hundreds of rivers， Sichuan has actively hosted successful large-scale international competitions and exhibitions in recent years， showing Sichuan’s characteristics.

Dong’an Lake Sports Park serves as the main venue of the 2021 FISU WUG， consisting of the main stadium， as well as the venues for gymnastics training， gymnastics competitions， and swimming competitions. Floating above the “flying saucer” in the main stadium is the world’s largest Sun and Immortal Birds. The graceful pattern is composed of 12，540 pieces of colored glazed glass.

In addition， Phoenix Mountain Sports Park looks like a covered tea bowl， the architectural design of CDHT Sports Center was inspired by Shu brocade... The construction of each venue perfectly integrates Tianfu culture and modern science and technology.

Since 2017， Chengdu International Marathon has been hosted for many years and has become a great carnival for marathon enthusiasts at home and abroad.

In 2017， 20，000 runners from all over the world gathered in Chengdu. In 2018， 28，000 applicants from 54 countries signed in for participation. In 2019， it attracted more than 30，000 competitors from home and abroad. In 2020， the total number of participants was limited to 10，000 due to pandemic prevention efforts. Despite the cancellation in 2021 in view of the outbreak of the virus， everyone is still eagerly waiting for the kickoff in 2022.

Looking back at the scenes of the Chengdu International Marathon， there were many wonderful performances on the track， and amazing supplies at the side of the track， which was dubbed as “the most delicious race” by netizens. More than 10，000 delicacies， sweet noodles， hot pot starch noodles， tofu jelly and Bobo chicken， presented a feast to participants.

The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games significantly improved the landscape of the national capital and the image of China in the eyes of foreigners.

In 2018， Shanghai hosted China International Import Expo （CIIE）， which sped up the development of Shanghai metropolitan area and contributed to the realization of its goal of becoming the core of a world-class city cluster in the Yangtze River Delta.

The 2022 Winter Olympic Games was held in Beijing， Yanqing and Zhangjiakou， bringing unprecedented attention to the three places， vigorously promoting the development of a world-class city cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and accelerating the formation of a new paradigm of integrated development in the region.

Back in the summer of 2016， the third G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting made Chengdu， a city in western China， in the spotlight of the world.

In September 2021， the 18th Western China International Fair released 2，445 investment attraction projects， with a total investment of more than 4.3 trillion yuan， of which 758 signed investment cooperation agreements. 2020年11月3日，“2020中國國際竹產(chǎn)業(yè)交易博覽會·首屆數(shù)字國際熊貓節(jié)”在眉山市青神縣開幕。國際竹藤組織及成員國嘉賓和外國領館官員約400余人齊聚眉山，共謀竹產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，共創(chuàng)竹業(yè)經(jīng)濟復興。

2021年9月8日，以“創(chuàng)新引領、科技賦能、合作共享”為主題，匈牙利擔任主賓國的第九屆中國（綿陽）科技城國際科技博覽會在李白故里綿陽啟幕，推出的線上展館，累計觀展次數(shù)達2014萬。

2021年9月16日，以“中國新時代·西部新機遇”為主題的第十八屆中國西部國際博覽會在成都開幕，來自66個國家（地區(qū)）的逾5萬名嘉賓客商，通過線上線下結合的形式參展參會。

2021年12月17日，以“酒都宜賓·香醉世界”為主題的2021中國國際名酒博覽會在宜賓開幕，來自9個國家的20余位嘉賓參加活動，來自國外5家、國內(nèi)15家最負盛名的酒企在博覽會上展示優(yōu)質(zhì)酒類產(chǎn)品。

On November 3， 2020， the 2020 China International Bamboo Industry Fair & the First International Digital Panda Festival was opened in Qingshen County， Meishan City. More than 400 people including guests from the international Bamboo and Rattan Organization and its member countries and officials from foreign consulates and embassies gathered there to discuss the development and the economic revival of the bamboo industry.

On September 8， 2021， under the theme of “Technological Innovation， Deeper Reform， Open Cooperation”， the 9th China （Mianyang） Science & Technology City International High-Tech Expo， with Hungary as the guest of honor， kicked off in Mianyang， the hometown of poet Li Bai. The online exhibition hall attracted 20.14 million visitors.

On September 16， 2021， themed “New Era of China， New Opportunities for Western China”， the 18th Western China International Fair （WCIF） was officially opened in Chengdu. More than 50，000 guests and merchants from 66 countries （regions） participated online and offline.

On December 17， 2021， China International Famous Alcoholic Drinks Exposition 2021， themed “Strong Spirit Aroma in Yibin · Profound Friendship across the Globe”， was opened in Yibin. More than 20 guests from nine countries attended the event， and 5 foreign and 15 domestic best-known liquor enterprises showcased high-quality alcoholic products at the Expo.

From April 17 to 26， the 2022 World Team Table Tennis Championships will be held in Chengdu. Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games will be held in Chengdu from June 26 to July 7， 2022.
