    Abstract:The history of educational cognition is the history of educational knowers,but they are two problems of different nature.We can only say that all history is the creation of human beings,and the two are bound to be intertwined,but the problem is that educational knowers.In the usual history of educational cognition,they are only a symbol bearing the respect of human beings to the creator.With the help of historical philosophy,we can find the following four forms constitute the history of the evolution of educational epistemology.They are the general education actors with educational consciousness and educational method thinking ability,the outstanding education actor with educational reflection and concept construction ability,the actor and the knower who consciously shoulder the dual responsibility of educational action and educational cognition,and the professional education knower who is divorced from educational action.

    Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology,the influence of philosophy on education is decreasing day by day.Many elementary teachers are eager to learn new teaching skills.In fact,philosophy has continued to exert its influence on the function of teaching reflection.Philosopher J.Passmore wrote the monograph named the philosophy of teaching.The analytic philosophy of education in the 1960s has made many contributions to the concept and mode of teaching.At the same time,phenomenology and existentialism developed the educational idea of authenticity and competed with the analytical tradition.Poststructuralist scholar G.J.J.Biesta hopes to re-discover teaching and restores the subject of teachers and students from the standpoint of authenticity.He also carried forward J.Rancière's concept of the ignorant schoolmasters,so that the emancipatory teaching can be based on the axioms of equality between teachers and students.The advent of the post-modern,post-epidemic and even post-human times,profound reflection of teaching philosophy is always needed.

    Abstract:Under the background of prominent inter school differences in junior high schools,the competitive relationship between public and private junior high schools has become increasingly prominent.Using the framework of education production function,we find that:(1)the competition in education input of public and private junior high schools is concentrated in the competition for high-quality students;(2)the competition in educational output of public and private junior high schools becomesthe level of enrollment rate;(3)the competition of input-output ratio of public and private junior high schools is ignored.The government should take the Same Enrollment Policy of Public and Private Schools as an opportunity to create an orderly and reasonable competition atmosphere between public and private junior high schools,so as to promote the high-quality and balance the development of junior high school education.

    Abstract:With the reforms deepening on preschool education,the investment of resources has shifted from“guaranteed coverage”to emphasis on the quality of coverage.The Planning of preschool education resources must go beyond the evaluation system based on global variables and consider the spatial heterogeneity of input indictors.By using ArcGIS it can be seen that regional geographic factors,the behavior of entering kindergartens in the process of urbanization,and the purchasing power for preschool education have an important influence on the distribution of preschool education resources based on current status.In the future,only by fully considering the regional spatial characteristics,the behavior of entering kindergartens,and the social factors that affect the sharing of education costs,can we reasonably plan the spatial layout of preschool education resources and develop preschool education.

    Abstract:This paper takes 230 documents from the Web of Science database on the topic of school-wide Positive behavior support as research objects,and makes visual analysis through CiteSpace.The results show that the United States is in a leading position in this field,and its University of Oregon is a key research institution.Horner,Sugai and McIntosh are the top three core authors in this field.The most representative are three hot research areas:variable research to maintain the sustainability of positive effects,development and application of implementation validity tools and challenges and directions of classroom-level implementation.Finally,some enlightenment is put forward for the development of inclusive education in China.

    A Study on the Needs and Influencing Factors of Family Education Guidance Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers——An Empirical Study Based on Tianjin City

    Abstract:Improving teachers'family education guidance ability and carrying out teachers'family education guidancetraining have become important issues for the high-quality development of basic education in the transition period.Taking Tianjin city as an example,an empirical analysis was conducted on the training demand and influencing factors of the primary and secondary school teachers in family education guidance,and it was found that the knowledge and methods of primary and secondary school teachers in family education guidance mostly come from their own experience,and the main difficulties in family education guidance are the lack of time and energy and the guidance of individual students.The“practical orientation”is a typical characteristic of the training demand of family education guidance.Age,children's age,education level,job title and teaching experience significantly affect the willingness to train in family education guidance,while school district and school type have less influence on the willingness to train in family education guidance.Based on this,we propose to strengthen the top-level design and establish a tiered,categorized and job-specific training mechanism;highlight the practical orientation,set up teacher teams and design training contents;and build family education guidance training micro-courses for primary and secondary school teachers with the advantage of“Internet+”.

    Abstract:As a systematic project,the construction of“double-class”universities has been playing an important role in promoting talent cultivation and regional innovation.This study examines the role of“double-class”university construction policies and regional innovation efficiency using panel data of 31 provinces,Hong Kong and Taiwan from 2005 to 2018.It is found that the policy of“double first-class”university construction can significantly improve regional innovation efficiency,and the policy of“double first-class”university construction has different effects on innovation efficiency in different regions,mainly showing that it'sthe best in the eastern part of the country,followed by the western part,and the central part is the weakest.Therefore,in the process of“double first-class”university construction,we should do a good job of close cooperation between government and universities,strengthen the weak areas of innovation,strengthen regional friendly assistance,improve the concentration of resources,deepen the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities and pay attention to the cultivation of first-class talents.
