The ITMF founded in 1904 is the international forum of the global textile value chain from fiber to finished products.Its members are from textile and apparel-producing countries representing approximately 90% of global production.More and more companies joined the ITMF in 2022.The mission of ITMF is to bring together like-minded people on ITMF’s platform for a better understanding of the dynamics of global trends and for sharing best practices.
ARISE Integrated Industrial Platform (IIP) joins ITMF In January 2022, the textile division of ARISE Integrated Industrial Platform (IIP), based in the UAE, has joined ITMF as a new corporate member.ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP) identifies industrial gaps in African countries to unlock value and create new industries.The objective is to industrialize key sectors by creating local transformation, maximizing production, efficiency, and cost, which in turn generates local value addition.Arise IIP seek to boost exports, enable local transformation of raw materials and promote trade by tailor-made special economic zones in Gabon, Benin and Togo.In Benin and Togo Arise IIP will focus at creating value chains for the textile industry– from raw material sourcing to resource transformation through manufacturing, to exporting final products.
Gadoon Textile Mills, a part of the Yunus Brothers Group (YBG), one of the largest spinning an textile companies in Pakistan has joined the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF) as a new corporate member.Established in 1988, Gadoon Textile Mills is a pioneer of quality and innovation in the textile manufacturing sector of Pakistan.The company manufactures and processes all types of cotton and manmade fibers, while leveraging its state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in Karachi and Gadoon Amazai, Pakistan.

Garment 10 Corporation JSC (Vietnam) joins ITMF as corporate member.Established in 1946 in Viet Bac (northern region of Vietnam), Garco 10 initially focused on making military uniforms.Today, Garco 10 is one of the largest enterprises in Vietnam’s apparel and textile industry with a total of 19 factories.They manufacture and export nearly 30 million garments per year.
Trident Ltd.(India) joins ITMF as corporate member in 2022.The group began with a solitary unit making high-quality yarn.However, in due course,the group catapulted itself to become the largest manufacturer of terry towels and one of the largest integrated home textile manufacturers in the world.From Punjab the company is supplying to the homes of millions of customers across 100 countries.In the meantime, Trident has also diversified beyond home textile products by successfully diversifying into paper,chemicals, energy, and more.
Paramount Textiles (Bangladesh) joins ITMF as corporate member.Paramount Textile – a part of Paramount Group of companies in Bangladesh – was established in 2006.The company manufactures a diversified range of dyed yarns and dyed, finished, and printed woven fabrics.In 2021,the company exported more than USD 60 million worth of merchandise worldwide.
Egyptian Cotton Hub (ECH) joins ITMF as corporate member in 2022.ECH is a subsidiary company of the Cotton & Textile Industries Holding Company (CTIHC) – followed by the Ministry of Public Business Sector.Egypt’s first public sector factories & companies were established in the 1920s.This then grew to a total of thirty-three factories.Each factory has a rich history and deep heritage, with more than a century of textile experience.These factories have been merged into nine companies located across Egypt.ECH is the marketing and sales arm of CTIHC.The company manufacture a wide range of products covering everything from yarns to finished garments including medical cotton.Furthermore, it also owns two different brands NIT and MEHALLA to serve the wide range of customers with a variety of products.
