馬斯克發(fā)了首中文詩， 外國網(wǎng)友集體崩潰了！

2021年11月2日早上，美國特斯拉公司CEO馬斯克在推特上發(fā)了一首中文詩，而且還是我們小時候大都背過的曹植的《七步詩》版本之一：“煮豆燃豆萁，豆在釜中泣。本是同根生，相煎何太急？”

相傳，《七步詩》原本是三國時期曹操兒子曹植的一首詩。曹操之子、魏文帝曹丕嫉妒弟弟曹植的才華，命其七步成詩，詩中要包含兄弟之意而不能出現(xiàn)“兄弟”二字，否則就要將其處死。曹植七步內(nèi)作出此詩，他用同根而生的萁和豆來比喻同胞兄弟，其中“相煎何太急”這一名句流傳至今。

對大多數(shù)外國網(wǎng)友來說，想看懂馬斯克的推文，有一道跨不過去的坎——翻譯中文古詩……

有人立即用了推特自帶的谷歌翻譯功能，結(jié)果翻出來是：Cooking beans and burning beans Osmunda japonica in the cauldron weeping is the same root，so why is it too anxious？

網(wǎng)友推測后得出結(jié)論：這首詩是在講怎么煮豆子。有人認(rèn)為，不用谷歌翻譯就對了，于是發(fā)來了其他翻譯軟件的譯文：Boil beans and burn beans.Beans cry in the kettle. It’s from the same root. Why are you in a hurry to fry each other？

然而這個版本的第一句沒把“豆萁”翻譯出來，而是成了“煮豆燃豆子”（Boil beans and burn beans.），讀起來還是很令人困惑。

發(fā)現(xiàn)機器翻譯不靠譜，也有網(wǎng)友開始手動翻譯，試圖解釋馬斯克發(fā)這首詩的用意： Humans are from the same ancestor， why are you so eager to destroy each other？不過，依然有人表示懷疑：“你這翻譯不對吧？這明明是講豆子的，怎么沒有豆子？”

隨著馬斯克這條推文被瘋狂傳播，終于有懂中文和中國文化的網(wǎng)友出來科普了。有人連發(fā)三條推文科普起了這首詩背后的故事。彭博社在報道中是這樣翻譯此詩的：Beanstalks are ignited to boil beans， the beans in the pot cry out， we are born of the same root， why should we incinerate each other with such impatience？
