In the widely told Chinese folktale， all mice would get together for a big wedding celebration on the night of January 3rd of the lunar calendar. Adapted from this well-known story， this book starts with Qiaoting and her family going to the countryside to attend her cousin’s wedding. However， the flower ball at the wedding somehow leads the little girl into a world of fantasy --- the amazing event of the grand mice wedding.
Zhuang Yujing
She graduated with a Children’s Book Illustration major from Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts， UK. Zhuang is an expert in the use of water-based paints. She values the demonstration of tension in her painting， as well as visual impact through colours.
