共話人口發(fā)展和托育服務(wù)的一場盛宴

金秋送爽的十月，濟(jì)南迎來了一場特殊的盛會，這場由國家發(fā)展改革委、國家衛(wèi)生健康委聯(lián)合舉辦的人口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和托育體系建設(shè)現(xiàn)場經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會吸引了來自全國各地發(fā)展改革系統(tǒng)、衛(wèi)生健康系統(tǒng)，以及知名托育機(jī)構(gòu)等200余人，通過政策解讀、國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流、地方實(shí)踐展示、實(shí)地調(diào)研走訪等多種形式，深入研究人口發(fā)展和托育服務(wù)問題，從全國層面進(jìn)一步推動《決定》目標(biāo)任務(wù)和各項(xiàng)舉措落實(shí)到位。

10月12日，在經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會現(xiàn)場，國家發(fā)展改革委社會司相關(guān)同志圍繞人口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、托育項(xiàng)目建設(shè)、人口數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)等方面進(jìn)行交流；國家衛(wèi)生健康委人口家庭司有關(guān)同志介紹《決定》出臺情況和工作要求，分享托育服務(wù)發(fā)展總體情況。在國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流和國內(nèi)地方實(shí)踐方面，聯(lián)合國兒童基金會駐華代表處、聯(lián)合國人口基金駐華代表處的項(xiàng)目官員圍繞全球兒童早期發(fā)展趨勢、托育服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)國際實(shí)踐、家庭友好政策、世界人口生育率變化等方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享。江蘇省、浙江省、濟(jì)南市、合肥市等省市代表、托育行業(yè)代表，分別介紹地方大力支持托育服務(wù)發(fā)展取得的良好效果和托育機(jī)構(gòu)立足自身專業(yè)化優(yōu)勢在建設(shè)運(yùn)營、人才培養(yǎng)、科技賦能等方面積極探索。

10月13日上午，全體參會嘉賓前往陽光大姐、搖籃兔、銀座寶貝佳3家普惠托育機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研，并對濟(jì)南市的托育工作給予了高度評價與認(rèn)可。

這是一場功在當(dāng)代，利在千秋的事業(yè)，參加本次交流會的既有全國發(fā)展改革系統(tǒng)、衛(wèi)生健康系統(tǒng)的負(fù)責(zé)人，也有長期深耕托育服務(wù)行業(yè)的機(jī)構(gòu)代表。同時，大會還邀請了人力資源社會保障部、銀保監(jiān)會相關(guān)司局，國家發(fā)展改革委評估督導(dǎo)司，相關(guān)研究機(jī)構(gòu)和金融機(jī)構(gòu)等與托育工作密切相關(guān)的單位參加了本次大會。

An on-site experience sharing meeting for population development strategy and childcare system construction was held in Jinan in this cool October. This meeting was held by National Development and Reform Commission as well as National Health Commission， gathering over 200 participants from development and reform commission system， health commission system and well-known childcare institutions around the country. Participants at the meeting studied the topics of population development and childcare service in depth through policy explanation， international experience exchange， local practice display and field investigation， further promoting the implementation of tasks and measures mentioned in Decision on Optimizing Childbearing Policy and Promoting Long-term Balanced Population Development at the national level. On the morning of Oct. 13th， all participants went to three childcare institutions including Yangguang Dajie， Cradle Grow and Inzone Baobeijia for a field investigation and spoke highly of the childcare service in Jinan.
