圖書(shū)館是同學(xué)們喜歡去的場(chǎng)所之一。不管你們是借書(shū)者還是圖書(shū)管理員，都會(huì)不可避免地碰到一些問(wèn)題，但是這些問(wèn)題用英語(yǔ)怎樣表述呢？如果我們不了解，就很難脫口而出，所以下面這些句子也許你們會(huì)用得上。

【圖書(shū)借閱常用語(yǔ)】

1.I’d like to borrow an English book. 我想借一本英語(yǔ)書(shū)。

2.Can you find me a book about the history of English？ 我可以借一本有關(guān)英語(yǔ)發(fā)展史的書(shū)嗎？

3.Where are the math books located？ 數(shù)學(xué)書(shū)在哪？

4.Could you recommend me a book to read？ 您能給我推薦一本書(shū)嗎？

5.I’d like to renew it for another week. 我想再續(xù)借一個(gè)星期。

6.When are they due back？ 要什么時(shí)候還？

7.I would like to apply for a library card. 我想申請(qǐng)一個(gè)借書(shū)證。

8.What time does the library close today？ 圖書(shū)館今天什么時(shí)候關(guān)門(mén)？

【圖書(shū)管理員常用語(yǔ)】

1.Are you looking for anything special？ 請(qǐng)問(wèn)您在找什么資料嗎？

2.Are you looking for any books or information？ 您要找什么書(shū)或信息？

3.Here are the books you need. 這是您要的書(shū)。

4.I strongly recommend you … in this library. 我強(qiáng)烈向您建議本館的……（資料）。

5.I am sorry. You need a library card to check out the books in this room.

對(duì)不起，您需要辦借書(shū)證才能借這里的書(shū)。

6.Please check out at the service desk. 請(qǐng)到服務(wù)臺(tái)辦理借書(shū)手續(xù)。

7.You may borrow two items at any time. 您一次只能借兩本。

8.You can keep it for a month. If you haven’t finish it when it is due， you can have it renewed.

您可以借一個(gè)月，如果到期了還沒(méi)有讀完，您可以續(xù)借。

9.This library is available from 8：00 a.m. to 8：00 p.m. every day.

圖書(shū)館的開(kāi)放時(shí)間是每天早上8點(diǎn)到晚上8點(diǎn)。

【圖書(shū)館管理常用語(yǔ)】

1.Please don’t use a cell phone for conversation. 請(qǐng)不要在閱覽室內(nèi)打電話(huà)。

2.The phone should be switched off or set to silent mode. 請(qǐng)將手機(jī)關(guān)掉或調(diào)至靜音狀態(tài)。

3.Please keep/be quiet. 請(qǐng)保持安靜。

4.Be sure to keep personal belongs safe. The library will not be held responsible for any loss.

請(qǐng)保管好您的財(cái)物。圖書(shū)館不為任何遺失負(fù)責(zé)。

【情景對(duì)話(huà)一】

A： Good morning. How can I help you？ 早上好。有什么能幫您的嗎？

B： Hi， I am looking for some books for my paper writing. 您好，我寫(xiě)論文需要一些書(shū)。

A： OK. What kind of books do you need？ 好的。您需要什么類(lèi)型的書(shū)？

B： I need some books about Education. 我需要一些有關(guān)教育的書(shū)籍。

A： Well， we have many books and they are on shelf labeled F8. 好，我們有一些這類(lèi)書(shū)籍在書(shū)架F8上。

B： Thanks， I will find them. 謝謝，我去找找。

【情景對(duì)話(huà)二】

A： Excuse me， sir. I’m new at school. Can I ask you some questions？

先生，您好。我是學(xué)校的新生，我能問(wèn)您一些問(wèn)題嗎？

B： Sure. Go ahead， please. 當(dāng)然可以，請(qǐng)說(shuō)吧。

A： I have already borrowed ten books. I’m wondering how many books I can check out？

我之前已經(jīng)借了10本書(shū)。我想知道我最多能借多少本書(shū)？

B： Don’t worry about that. You can borrow 20 books or other types of loans at once.

這個(gè)不用擔(dān)心，你一次可以借20本圖書(shū)或者其他可以外借的讀物。

A： That’s great. For how long can I keep them？ 那真是太棒了。能借多久呢？

B： You can keep them for two months. 可以借兩個(gè)月。

A： Oh， really？ That’s nice. Thank you for your help. 哦，是嗎？太好了。謝謝您的幫助。
