越南多地欲重啟旅游市場(chǎng)

10月7日，越南清化省建議文化體育旅游部批準(zhǔn)該省于今年底試點(diǎn)實(shí)施迎接國(guó)際游客計(jì)劃。越南多地對(duì)重啟旅游市場(chǎng)的計(jì)劃較感興趣，但仍因新冠肺炎疫情防控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)而持有慎重的態(tài)度。河內(nèi)、海防等北部省市表示已主動(dòng)推出許多旅游產(chǎn)品，在獲批重新開(kāi)放旅游市場(chǎng)時(shí)可立即迎接國(guó)內(nèi)游客。峴港市預(yù)計(jì)將于明年6月迎接國(guó)內(nèi)游客。

印尼巴厘國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)即將開(kāi)放

10月6日，印尼國(guó)企部長(zhǎng)埃里克·托希爾表示，巴厘國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)將于10月14日開(kāi)始對(duì)國(guó)際航班開(kāi)放，這個(gè)情況能使巴厘的經(jīng)濟(jì)盡快復(fù)蘇。埃里克說(shuō)，國(guó)際游客的進(jìn)入，首先將振興旅游事業(yè)，從而帶動(dòng)其他業(yè)務(wù)蒸蒸日上。他希望游客及機(jī)場(chǎng)人員要嚴(yán)格遵行防疫衛(wèi)生規(guī)則。據(jù)悉，到訪巴厘島的國(guó)際旅客必須已接種兩劑新冠疫苗，且在入境后在指定防疫酒店進(jìn)行8天自費(fèi)隔離并接受必要檢測(cè)。

中老鐵路將于12月2日開(kāi)通

10月6日，老撾總理潘坎·維帕萬(wàn)表示，中老鐵路將于12月2日老撾人民民主共和國(guó)46周年國(guó)慶日開(kāi)通。目前老撾多省份和萬(wàn)象都實(shí)施“封鎖”措施，民眾活動(dòng)被限制，人們擔(dān)心新冠疫情可能影響鐵路服務(wù)計(jì)劃的啟動(dòng)，但潘坎總理證實(shí)，政府將按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行開(kāi)通。老撾當(dāng)局正在準(zhǔn)備在老中邊境采取相應(yīng)措施，以便在出入境前對(duì)貨物和旅客進(jìn)行檢查。

西哈努克省新增一座旅游城市

9月26日，柬埔寨西哈努克省高龍島市市長(zhǎng)年文托表示，得益于獨(dú)特沙灘美景，高龍島已從寧?kù)o島嶼“變身”為蓬勃發(fā)展的旅游城市。全市大大小小酒店、客棧已增至200余家。他指出，“高龍島”堪稱天堂島嶼，是來(lái)西哈努克省不容錯(cuò)過(guò)的旅游勝地。據(jù)悉，柬埔寨王國(guó)政府不久前將西哈努克省2座島嶼，即高龍島和高龍撒冷島并為“高龍島市”，距西哈努克市約36公里。

2021“一會(huì)一節(jié)”在敦煌啟幕

9月24日，第五屆絲綢之路（敦煌）國(guó)際文化博覽會(huì)和第十屆敦煌行·絲綢之路國(guó)際旅游節(jié)（簡(jiǎn)稱“一會(huì)一節(jié)”）啟幕。本屆“一會(huì)一節(jié)”由中國(guó)文化和旅游部、中國(guó)國(guó)家廣播電視總局、中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)、中國(guó)甘肅省人民政府共同舉辦，以“交響絲路 文博天下”為主題，韓國(guó)擔(dān)任主賓國(guó)，邀請(qǐng)到泰國(guó)、日本、柬埔寨等國(guó)的政要、駐華使節(jié)等官員，以及聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織、上海合作組織等國(guó)際機(jī)構(gòu)代表出席。

東盟國(guó)家駐華外交領(lǐng)事官員參訪貴州

9月24日，由來(lái)自泰國(guó)、柬埔寨、新加坡等11個(gè)國(guó)家的16位駐華外交領(lǐng)事官員組成的代表團(tuán)，在中國(guó)外交部領(lǐng)事司的帶領(lǐng)下，來(lái)到貴州省遵義市，了解中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的歷史及遵義紅色文化旅游發(fā)展情況。據(jù)了解，代表團(tuán)還在貴州進(jìn)行了為期3天的參訪，并參加在貴州省銅仁市舉行的“2021國(guó)際山地旅游暨戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)大會(huì)”和“第十六屆貴州旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展大會(huì)”開(kāi)幕式。

中國(guó)南寧方特打造國(guó)慶“輕旅行”

中泰聯(lián)合錄制的紀(jì)錄片在泰播出

10月1日，由中泰聯(lián)合錄制的紀(jì)錄片《光陰的故事——中泰一家親》在泰國(guó)國(guó)家電視臺(tái)播出。該紀(jì)錄片于2020年中泰建交45周年啟動(dòng)制作，以親歷者視角回顧建交往事，講述兩國(guó)人民密切合作的動(dòng)人故事，展示中泰深厚友誼以及攜手共建“一帶一路”、共同發(fā)展的美好前景。《光陰的故事》系列紀(jì)錄片目前已完成“老撾篇”“越南篇”“柬埔寨篇”等。

泰國(guó)延長(zhǎng)“特殊旅游簽證”政策

9月29日，泰國(guó)內(nèi)閣已批準(zhǔn)將原定于今年9月30日結(jié)束的“特殊旅游簽證”政策再延長(zhǎng)一年至2022年9月30日。據(jù)泰國(guó)旅游和體育部統(tǒng)計(jì)，在過(guò)去一整年中，共有5609名外籍旅客申請(qǐng)?zhí)厥饴糜魏炞C（STV）入境泰國(guó)，創(chuàng)造了12.43億泰銖的收入，主要客源市場(chǎng)包括中國(guó)、克羅地亞、荷蘭和西班牙。這些游客平均在泰國(guó)停留90天，主要目的地為曼谷和烏隆他尼等地。

新加坡推動(dòng)疫苗接種者旅游走廊計(jì)劃

9月20日，新加坡交通部長(zhǎng)易華仁在交通部成立20周年活動(dòng)上致辭時(shí)指出，疫苗接種者旅游走廊計(jì)劃推出首兩周已有超過(guò)900名旅客順利來(lái)新，所有人也遵守檢測(cè)要求。他接受媒體訪問(wèn)時(shí)說(shuō)，其中一名旅客在抵達(dá)新加坡時(shí)的新冠病毒檢測(cè)結(jié)果呈陽(yáng)性，隨后立即被隔離。新加坡在9月8日推出疫苗接種者旅游走廊計(jì)劃，從德國(guó)和文萊入境者，以更頻繁的檢測(cè)取代居家隔離。

柬埔寨推出“沙盒旅游計(jì)劃”

9月17日，柬埔寨首相洪森指示有關(guān)部門推出“沙盒旅游計(jì)劃”，放寬對(duì)入境外國(guó)游客的限制。他表示，為重振因疫情遭受沉重打擊的旅游業(yè)，柬埔寨將考慮開(kāi)放已接種新冠疫苗的境外游客免檢入境。今年2月底以來(lái)，柬埔寨暴發(fā)的新一輪新冠肺炎疫情再次重創(chuàng)該國(guó)旅游業(yè)。洪森指示相關(guān)部門盡快制定相關(guān)機(jī)制，并在暹粒省和沿海的西哈努克省推行“沙盒旅游計(jì)劃”。

蒲甘部分佛塔因暴雨受損

9月17日晚上，緬甸曼德勒省良宇縣普降暴雨，世界文化遺產(chǎn)蒲甘古佛塔塔林區(qū)域嚴(yán)重積水，部分佛塔遭到雨水沖刷后出現(xiàn)墻磚脫落、墻縫開(kāi)裂。每年雨季使得蒲甘古文化遺產(chǎn)地區(qū)內(nèi)的部分佛塔、建筑受損，需要維修保護(hù)。在蒲甘的古塔群中，最著名的有建于1057年的瑞西光塔、建于1144年的他冰瑜塔、建于公元2世紀(jì)的部帕耶塔、建于12世紀(jì)的喬多波陵塔等。

China eases cross-provincial travel restrictions with anti-epidemic measures

Hong Kongs “Come2hk” scheme to boost cross-border travel

Italy bullish on Chinas market at winter sports expo

Mausoleum of Chinas first emperor reopens after short COVID-19 shutdown

Jiuzhaigou fully reopens to visitors after earthquake

September 29， 2021 （China Daily） -- Jiuzhaigou National Park in Southwest Chinas Sichuan province fully reopened to visitors yesterday after the completion of post-earthquake restoration and reconstruction. It is located in Jiuzhaigou county of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous prefecture in Sichuan province. The scenic area is best known for its fabled blue and green lakes， spectacular waterfalls， karst land forms and its unique wildlife. It was listed as a UNESCO world heritage site in 1992. The Park is also home to 3，634 species of plants and animals， including giant pandas and golden snub-nosed monkeys， winning the reputation of an “earthly paradise”. On August 8， 2017， a massive 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Jiuzhaigou county， and the scenic area was closed due to damage.
