[摘要] 隨著來(lái)華留學(xué)生逐年增多,留學(xué)生醫(yī)院臨床實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)改革已成為一個(gè)嶄新課題。我院由專(zhuān)人管理留學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí),針對(duì)留學(xué)生出勤率低的情況,醫(yī)院實(shí)施指紋簽到考勤,使平均出勤率得到提升。此外,科教科還專(zhuān)門(mén)組織留學(xué)生崗前培訓(xùn),每周按計(jì)劃推出臨床專(zhuān)科英文講座及技能操作培訓(xùn)與考核,使留學(xué)生更好地將醫(yī)學(xué)理論知識(shí)和臨床實(shí)踐知識(shí)融會(huì)貫通。留學(xué)生進(jìn)入臨床實(shí)習(xí)后,各科室采取“留學(xué)生專(zhuān)人帶教”模式。帶教老師負(fù)責(zé)其在本科室實(shí)習(xí)階段的全部教學(xué)和管理任務(wù),并在入科前制訂教學(xué)計(jì)劃,包括對(duì)留學(xué)生開(kāi)展教學(xué)查房及科室常見(jiàn)病診治的技能操作和講座等。科教科在每一批留學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后組織座談會(huì),對(duì)一些不足進(jìn)行改進(jìn),同時(shí)評(píng)選優(yōu)秀帶教老師。隨著教育國(guó)際化的迅速發(fā)展,醫(yī)院需更新管理理念,加強(qiáng)臨床帶教質(zhì)量,從多個(gè)方面提升醫(yī)學(xué)院留學(xué)生臨床實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)更多適合國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的高水平留學(xué)生。

[Abstract] With the increase of international students in China year by year, the reform of international students' clinical practice teaching in the hospital has become a new topic. Our hospital has specially-assigned personnel to manage international students' internships. Given international students' low attendance rate, the hospital implements fingerprint sign-in attendance, which improves the average attendance rate. Besides, the Department of Science and Education also specially organizes pre-job training for international students and launches clinical English lectures and skill operation training and assessment as planned every week to better integrate theoretical medical knowledge and clinical practice knowledge. After international students enter the clinical practice, each department adopts the mode of international students taught by specially-assigned persons. The teaching teacher is responsible for all the teaching and management tasks during the department's internship and makes the teaching plan before the students enter the department, including the teaching rounds and the skills and lectures for the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the department for international students. The Department of Science and Education organizes symposiums after each group of international students' internships to improve some deficiencies and select outstanding teachers. With the rapid development of education internationalization, the hospital must update the management concept, strengthen the clinical teaching quality, improve the clinical practice quality of international students in medical college from many aspects, to cultivate more high-level international students suitable for international competition.
