觀國際人才交流大會 睹燕趙創(chuàng)新絢麗風采

4月24—25日，第十九屆中國國際人才交流大會在充滿躍動和現(xiàn)代化的深圳隆重召開。本次大會圍繞“創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展、合作、共贏”這一主題，共話科技愿景、共商創(chuàng)新大計。這是一個集人才、智力、技術(shù)、項目和管理于一體的綜合性大會，是我國面向國際科技創(chuàng)新和國際人才交流的綜合性展洽活動。作為參加此次盛會的河北省團隊中河北省兒童醫(yī)院的代表，我有幸目睹了全國各地大放異彩的創(chuàng)新科技，領(lǐng)略了各行業(yè)對海內(nèi)外精英人才的求賢若渴。

展會中，河北省綜合展區(qū)以簡潔大氣的立體造型，配以圖文、聲像等形式，動態(tài)呈現(xiàn)了美麗河北璀璨冬奧、品牌企業(yè)、優(yōu)秀醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展、博大精深的燕趙文化和秀美豐饒的河北風貌。充分展現(xiàn)出河北深入學習貫徹習近平總書記關(guān)于人才工作的重要論述，落實人才強國戰(zhàn)略，立足新發(fā)展階段、貫徹新發(fā)展理念、構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局，強化從科技創(chuàng)新到行業(yè)發(fā)展建設(shè)的體系化布局。

作為本次河北省重要展洽代表機構(gòu)之一的河北省兒童醫(yī)院，是一所有著31年院史的三級甲等綜合兒童醫(yī)院，承載著護佑河北省及周邊地區(qū)兒童健康的重要使命。為不斷提升醫(yī)院維護兒童健康的水平，河北省兒童醫(yī)院在院黨委的帶領(lǐng)下，注重科技興院、人才強院，以“聚四海之氣、借八方之力”的思路，主動融入兒童醫(yī)療健康領(lǐng)域的全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)；以國際化的視野，培養(yǎng)、吸引高水平的骨干人才，強化建設(shè)醫(yī)院與國際卓越同行交流創(chuàng)新的合作紐帶；以更加開放的姿態(tài)、更加務(wù)實的舉措，與國際上更多的新朋老友編織更加緊密的醫(yī)療和科研創(chuàng)新“朋友圈”。為解決威脅兒童健康的疑難雜癥，河北省兒童醫(yī)院不唯地域引進人才、不求所有開發(fā)人才、不拘一格用好人才，著力將醫(yī)院打造成一流的人才向往聚集地，與各國同行精英人才和機構(gòu)攜手共進，努力為更好地維護兒童健康、護佑民族延續(xù)作出新的貢獻。

From April 24 to 25, the 19th conference on international exchange of professionals was held in Shenzhen, a dynamic and modern city, focusing on innovation, development, cooperation and mutual benefit, discussing scientific and technological visions and talks about innovation plans.It was a comprehensive conference integrating talents, intelligence,technology, projects and management, and was a comprehensive exhibition and negotiation activity for international scientific and technological innovation and international talent exchange in China. As the representative of Hebei Children’s Hospital in Hebei delegation, I participated in this grand event, and fortunately witnessed the brilliant innovative technologies from all over China and appreciated the eagerness for talents from all walks of life at home and abroad.

In the exhibition, the comprehensive exhibition area of Hebei Province dynamically presents the preparations for the “Beautiful Hebei” Winter Olympics, characteristic enterprises, innovative development of the excellent medical and pharmaceutical field, the broad and profound Yanzhao Culture, and beautiful and rich nature scenery in the form of simple and atmospheric three-dimensional modeling, accompanied by graphics, audio, video, etc., which fully demonstrates that Hebei has thoroughly studied and implemented the important exposition on talent work of the President Xi Jinping, and carried out the strategy of strengthening the country with talents. Based on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern, adhere to the emergence of science and technology, and strengther a systematic layout from technological innovation to industry development and construction.

Hebei Children’s Hospital, one of the important representative organizations of Hebei Province, is a comprehensive Grade3A (top level in China) pediatric hospital with 31 years of history. It carries the important mission of protecting the health of children in Hebei Province and surrounding areas. In order to continuously improve the professional level in maintaining children’s health, with the leadership of the hospital’s Party Committee, Hebei Children’s Hospital focuses on developing the hospital with science and technology and developing hospital with talents. In order to solve the challenges of difficult and complex diseases that threaten children’s health, Hebei Children’s Hospital brings in talents from any region, seeks for talents with every effort, and makes good use of talents in eclectic manners,striving to build the hospital into a first-class gathering place for talents,working hand in hand with elite talents and team institutions from all over the world to make new contributions to safeguarding children’s health better and protecting the continuation of the nation.

近年來，河北省兒童醫(yī)院為不斷提升在國際交流與合作中吸引人才、留住人才的綜合實力，努力開拓創(chuàng)新，建成了省內(nèi)第一個設(shè)在醫(yī)院內(nèi)的“外國專家書屋”，力圖通過小書屋，向世界傳播中國之聲音，展示燕趙之文化，融合推廣人類命運共同體之理念。醫(yī)院堅定“走出去，引進來”的人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，為早日實現(xiàn)“國際先進、國內(nèi)一流”兒童醫(yī)院的發(fā)展建設(shè)目標，積極拓展與全球卓越的醫(yī)療專家及科研團隊的交流合作資源，大力推動與優(yōu)秀專家開展高效務(wù)實的交流合作。定期就疑難、罕見兒童病例、兒科醫(yī)療國際熱點問題展開國際遠程會診和線上學術(shù)研討。在全球疫情和日趨復(fù)雜的國際環(huán)境下，仍努力拓展國際合作伙伴，做到穩(wěn)步推進與國際合作單位間開展國際兒科醫(yī)師教學、國際遠程會診，為醫(yī)院臨床醫(yī)療及科研實力的提升不斷注入新鮮血液。

In recent years, in order to continuously improve the comprehensive strength for attracting and retaining talents in international exchanges and cooperation, Hebei Children’s Hospital has been innovating continuously, and has built the first “Foreign expert’s bookhouse” in hospital in Hebei province. It strives to spread the voice of China to the world through the bookhouse and to promote the concept of community with shared future for mankind in the display of Yanzhao culture. The hospital is firmly committed to the talent development strategy of “going out and bringing in”. In order to realize the development and construction goal of “international advanced, domestic first-class” children’s hospital at an early date, it actively expands the exchange and cooperation resources with the global outstanding medical and scientific research experts and teams to promote the efficient and pragmatic international exchanges and cooperation. It regularly carries out international teleconsultations and online academic seminars on difficult and rare diseases and international hot issues in pediatric medical care. In the face of the pandemic and the increasingly complex international environment, Hebei Children’s Hospital is still striving to expand international partners, steadily promote the development of international pediatrician teaching and international teleconsultations with international partners, inject new blood into the hospital’s clinical and scientific research capabilities, and promote soft strength.

“Why is the water in the pond so clear? Because there is an inexhaustible source of flowing water for it.” The 19International Talent Exchange Conference brought together the country’s rich resources for international scientific and technological innovation and international talent exchange,provided a solid opportunity for the promotion and implementation of talents and scientific and technological innovation achievements in various industries. Hebei Children’s Hospital will certainly take the Communist Party and the country’s new international relations as the banner, follow the “14th Five-Year Plan” of Hebei Province, with the support and encouragement of the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs), steadily carry out international exchanges and cooperation and talent introduction with target.
