據(jù)了解，目前濟(jì)南永信新材料科技有限公司擁有兩條國(guó)際先進(jìn)的智能化水刺非織造生產(chǎn)線，其中常規(guī)自動(dòng)化水刺生產(chǎn)設(shè)備42臺(tái)（套），為實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)流程的自動(dòng)化及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的在線調(diào)整優(yōu)化，并配備自動(dòng)包裝系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)、高端在線質(zhì)量檢測(cè)設(shè)備。

在被問到作為非織智能化生產(chǎn)示范線企業(yè)，在公司實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化生產(chǎn)以后，出現(xiàn)了哪些變化時(shí)，王晶說，首先，自本項(xiàng)目的智能化生產(chǎn)線投產(chǎn)以來，最明顯的變化就是產(chǎn)量的提升，其次是智能化的質(zhì)量在線管控進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，隨著更先進(jìn)、自動(dòng)化水平更高的設(shè)備投入使用，進(jìn)一步降低了勞動(dòng)成本，提高了能源利用率。

據(jù)介紹，該項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)產(chǎn)首臺(tái)套數(shù)字化水刺非織造布成套裝備示范應(yīng)用，打破了國(guó)外高端技術(shù)裝備壟斷。自系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行以來，實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源、能源、品質(zhì)、設(shè)備及倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等智能管控，產(chǎn)品優(yōu)良率提升至99%以上，產(chǎn)能可以提高到20%以上，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率提高至93%以上，生產(chǎn)定員降低25%以上，大幅降低了用戶企業(yè)綜合運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。

王晶表示，這些設(shè)備的所有設(shè)計(jì)功能都在企業(yè)得到了充分使用，有很多設(shè)備功能也都是根據(jù)企業(yè)需求改進(jìn)及改造的，在設(shè)備的研發(fā)方面，公司也投入了大量的人員和精力。目前，整套智能化生產(chǎn)線改造是成熟穩(wěn)定的，王晶希望這些定制化的設(shè)備更加成熟，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，進(jìn)一步得到推廣應(yīng)用。

At present， in the spunlaced nonwovens industry at home and abroad， the intelligent and digital transformation of Jinan Yongxin is at the forefront of developments. Wang Jing， general manager of the company， stated that Jinan Yongxin adopted to production equipment， product quality online monitoring system， storage system， automatic packaging system and selfdeveloped intelligent manufacturing system at both domestic and foreign， constructed 2 high-speed widewidth spunlaced nonwovens full process production line. The companys operation and maintenance system not only adopts digital design but also applies Internet of Things， big data and internet + technology to build the first spunlaced nonwoven intelligent factory in China， which has put into production， filling the domestic gap and effectively leading and promoting industrial upgrading. During the construction period， the company has also obtained ISO90001 series certification and evaluation of integration management system， passed the tests of expert group from China National Textile and Apperal Association （CNTAC）， reached the international advanced level， and built a world-class intelligent green manufacturing factory for new biomass materials.

At present， Jinan Yongxin New Material Technology Co.， Ltd. has two international advanced intelligent spunlaced nonwovens production lines， including 42 sets of conventional automatic spunlaced production equipment， which are equipped with automatic packaging system， automatic storage system and high-end online quality inspection equipment to realize the automation of production process and online adjustment and optimization of product quality.

As a model enterprise in intelligent nonwovens production， when reporter asked what changes have occurred after the company realized intelligent production， Wang Jing said， first of all， since the intelligent production line of this project was put into production， the most obvious change is the increase of output； secondly， the intelligent online quality control further optimized the product quality； with the use of more advanced and automated equipment， the labor cost was further reduced and the energy utilization rate was improved.

This project has realized the first set of digital spunlaced nonwovens equipment in China， breaking the monopoly of foreign high-end technology equipment. Since the operation of the system， intelligent management and control of resources， energy， quality， equipment and warehousing have been improved. The qualified rate of products has been increased to over 99%， the production capacity can be increased to over 20%， the operation rate has been increased to over 93%， and the production capacity has been reduced by over 25%， thus greatly reducing the comprehensive operation cost of user enterprises.

Wang Jing said that all the design functions of these equipments have been fully used in enterprises， and many of them have been improved and transformed according to the needs of enterprises. In terms of equipment research and development， the company has also invested a lot of personnel and energy. At present， the transformation of the whole intelligent production line is mature and stable.He hopes that these customized equipments will be more mature and standardized which can be further popularized and introduced across the country.

D2658B型電子多臂是公司新開發(fā)的一款為高速劍桿織機(jī)配套的電子多臂，最高轉(zhuǎn)速為600rpm，葉片泵自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑。為了適應(yīng)高檔、高速劍桿織機(jī)適配國(guó)產(chǎn)電子多臂的需求，經(jīng)過不斷地改進(jìn)，目前D2658B高速電子多臂，已批量進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)，前景可期。

D2869B型電子多臂是本公司近年開發(fā)的一款為高速噴水織機(jī)配套的電子多臂。最高轉(zhuǎn)速650rpm， 適用于各類國(guó)產(chǎn)、進(jìn)口高檔噴水織機(jī)，它采用全自動(dòng)電子控制和高可靠性機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)，適應(yīng)織機(jī)翻改品種范圍較廣，新型封閉式回綜機(jī)構(gòu)更加美觀。

GT512T型電子提花機(jī)適用于噴氣、劍桿、片梭等各類無梭織機(jī)，用于織造大提花織物，目前針數(shù)從8448～20480針，采用共軛凸輪同心軸驅(qū)動(dòng)，存儲(chǔ)容量可達(dá)32GB。本次展會(huì)將同時(shí)和必佳樂、意達(dá)公司織機(jī)進(jìn)行聯(lián)合展出。

S1354積極式凸輪開口裝置是一款高速踏盤，采用積極式共軛凸輪，適用各類高速噴水織機(jī)、4～10片裝，油浴自潤(rùn)滑，全封閉，操作方便，適應(yīng)織造平紋、斜紋、緞紋等。

As a manufacturer specializing in R&D and production of loom shedding devices， Changshu Textile Machinery has been concentrating on R&D in the past two years. Through technological innovation and process improvement， its products have been significantly improved in terms of high speed， reliability and cost performance. Three categories of products， namely dobby， treadle and jacquard frame， are suitable for all kinds of mainstream looms at home and abroad， and have been recognized by many users.

In this exhibition， the exhibits cover three series， which is D2861 electronic Dobby， D2869B electronic dobby， GT512T electronic jacquard machine， S1353 and S1354 active cam shedding device， etc. D2861 is mainly suitable for various high-grade rapier and air jet looms with the highest speed of 650rpm， and is used for weaving cotton. D2869B is a kind of electronic dobby developed in recent years for high-speed water jet loom. The maximum rotating speed is 650rpm， which is suitable for all kinds of domestic and imported highgrade water jet looms. It adopts full-automatic electronic control and high-reliability mechanical structure， which is suitable for a wide range of weaving machines， and the new enclosed-type down-pull element is more beautiful.

GT512T electronic jacquard frame is suitable for all kinds of air jet， rapier and projectile looms in spinning figured cloth. At present， the number of needles ranges from 8448 to 20480， which is driven by conjugate cam concentric bearing， and the storage capacity can reach 32GB. Metal mold and lost foam process are used to improve casting quality and optimize structure design. The speed of CA182 air jet loom can reach 850 rpm， which is 20% higher than that of CA082 loom. Air consumption decreased by 10% and ground vibration decreased by 35% compared with CA082 loom.

PZK600 electronic control system

The system reoptimizes the internal layout of the box and the unit boards to reduce the cost of the electric control box.

Intelligent electronic network system

CA182 adopts the intelligent electronic network system， which can directly edit the dobby design and color on the I-Board screen and FDP. Shunting process guidance， tension real-time data， weft detection real-time data can be displayed. On this basis， let-off， rewinding， pre-rewinding， release and other operations are all planned to use the current physical press/button on the screen.
