重慶市潼南區(qū)&德國下薩克森州林特爾恩市加入“國際朋友圈”

海內存知己，天涯若比鄰。在重慶市政府外辦的大力支持和指導幫助下，潼南區(qū)與林特爾恩市于2020年11月正式簽署《建立友好城市關系協(xié)議書》，締結為友好城市。

林特爾恩市位于德國下薩克森州紹姆堡威悉河畔，由核心城市和18個區(qū)組成，市內有多處歷史超過800年的中世紀木質結構房屋，旅游資源豐富。林特爾恩市有許多中型企業(yè)，其中，金屬熱成型零件制造商西德克公司的冷拉技術排名世界前列，羅萊克公司制造的電子設備保護罩、阿姆科公司的軟包裝解決方案均居于世界領先水平。林特爾恩市于1992年起與英國肯德爾市、波蘭斯瓦夫諾市締結為友好城市。

據(jù)了解，潼南區(qū)與林特爾恩市的民間交往始于2004年。從2014年起，林特爾恩市GE文理中學師生代表團多次到潼南進行交流訪問，來訪學生與潼南第一中學學生結對，學習交流，取得很好的效果。2019年10月，潼南區(qū)代表團赴林特爾恩市進行友好訪問，受到市長普里默先生的熱烈歡迎，雙方就正式締結友好城市，促進雙方經貿、農業(yè)、教育、文化等方面合作進行深入交流。新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生后，2020年3月，普里默市長致函對潼南區(qū)表示關切和慰問。同月，潼南區(qū)向林特爾恩市捐贈防護口罩3萬只，有效緩解當?shù)胤酪呶镔Y緊缺狀況。

Agreement on the Establishment of Friendly City Relations

in November 2020 to forge friendly city ties.

Located on the bank of Weser River in Schaumburg, Lower Saxony, Germany, Rinteln City is composed of the core city and 18 districts. With multiple medieval wooden houses with a history of over 800 years, the city is rich in tourism resources. There are many mediumsized enterprises in Rinteln City. Among them, the cold drawing technology of metal thermo-forming parts manufacturer Stüken Company ranks at the top in the world, the electronic equipment protective cover manufactured by Rolec Geh?use-Systeme GmbH and the flexible packaging solution of ARMCO Company are all at the leading level in the world. Since 1992, Rinteln City has become friendly city with Kendal of UK, and S?awno of Poland.

2018年3月25日至28日，德國下薩克森州林特爾恩市代表團赴潼南區(qū)訪問。

It is learned that the people-to-people exchanges between Tongnan District and Rinteln city initiated in 2004. Since 2014, the teacher and student delegation of GE Gymnasium in Rinteln city has visited Tongnan for many times, and the visiting students paired with the students of Tongnan No.1 Middle School for study and exchange and yielded remarkable results. In October 2019, the delegation of Tongnan District paid a friendly visit to Rinteln City and was warmly welcomed by the mayor Mr. Thomas Priemer. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on official establishment of friendly cities and promoting bilateral cooperation in economy, trade, agriculture, education, culture, etc. After COVID-19 outbreak, in March 2020, mayor Priemer sent a letter to express concern and consolation to the epidemic in Tongnan District. Tongnan District later donated 30,000 masks to Rinteln, effectively alleviating the shortage of local epidemic prevention supplies.

潼南區(qū)歷史悠久、資源豐富、人杰地靈，是革命先驅楊闇公、第四任國家主席楊尚昆的故鄉(xiāng)，當前正在全力實施工業(yè)強區(qū)戰(zhàn)略，鞏固提升智能制造、化工新材料、節(jié)能環(huán)保、綠色建筑建材等產業(yè)發(fā)展能級。林特爾恩市有工業(yè)制造、新材料生產、農產品加工等領域的知名企業(yè)。雙方的交往將有利于進一步推動兩地工業(yè)制造、農業(yè)加工、風光旅游、人文交流等領域合作，也填補了潼南區(qū)國際友好區(qū)市關系構建方面的空白，進一步充實了重慶區(qū)縣級國際友城版圖。

Boasting a long history, abundant resources and eminent talents, Tongnan is the hometown of revolutionary pioneer Yang Angong and the fourth President of P.R. China Yang Shangkun. At present, Tongnan District is fully implementing the strategy of revitalizing the district with industry, consolidating and improving intelligent manufacturing, new chemical materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, green building materials and other industries. Rinteln City is known for enterprises specialized in industrial manufacturing, new material production, agricultural products processing, etc. Further exchanges between the two sides will help further advance cooperation in industrial manufacturing, agricultural processing, tourism & culture, and cultural exchanges between the two sides, fill in the gap in international friendly district/city relation construction of Tongnan District and further enrich the district and county-level international friendly city chart of Chongqing.
