李波督導我市防境外疫情輸入工作 慰問值守一線工作人員Li Bo supervised Chongqing's COVID-19 import case prevention and sent consolation to the frontline staff on duty

1月8日，市政府副市長李波率市疫情防控工作領導小組外事聯(lián)絡組，赴江北國際機場、境外來渝返渝人員集中隔離觀察酒店督導全市防境外疫情輸入工作，慰問一線工作人員。市政府副秘書長汪夔萬參加督導工作。

李波一行先后到江北國際機場聯(lián)防聯(lián)控工作組、海關口岸、邊檢、市級集中隔離觀察酒店等地，詳細了解境外來渝返渝人員的處置、轉運、集中隔離等工作情況，并就嚴密細致做好人員預警、落實人員信息和管理閉環(huán)、妥善處理隔離人員生活垃圾及廢水等重點工作提出進一步要求。

李波指出，春節(jié)期間，返鄉(xiāng)人員增多，輸入性風險不斷加大，外事聯(lián)絡組要繃緊疫情防控這根弦，嚴格落實口岸檢疫、人員轉運、集中隔離、健康監(jiān)測等各項管理措施，毫不松懈抓緊抓實抓細常態(tài)化防輸入工作，堅決阻斷入境來渝返渝疫情傳播鏈，鞏固來之不易的防控成果。

On January 8, Li Bo, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government led the foreign affairs liaison group of the municipal epidemic prevention and control leading group to Jiangbei International Airport and centralized quarantine and observation hotels for personnel coming/returning from overseas to Chongqing to supervise the city’s overseas epidemic import prevention work, and sent consolation to the frontline staff. Li Bo and his team successively visited Jiangbei International Airport joint prevention and control working group, customs port, border control, and municipal centralized quarantine and observation hotels etc., to learn in detail about the handling, transshipment, and centralized quarantine of overseas personnel coming/returning to Chongqing and put forward further requirements on key tasks such as rigorous and meticulous personnel early warning, implementation of personnel information and closedloop management, and proper treatment of domestic waste and wastewater of personnel under quarantine. Li Bo pointed out that during the Spring Festival, as the number of people returning home is increasing and the imported risks are constantly increasing, the foreign affairs liaison group must stay alerted towards epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement various management measures such as port quarantine, personnel transfer, centralized quarantine, and health monitoring, relentlessly ensure the normalized import prevention work in an attentive and solid manner, resolutely block the epidemic transmission chain from entering Chongqing and consolidate the hard-won prevention and control results.

章勇武表示，越南是我國傳統(tǒng)友好國家，重慶與越南的合作存在較強的互補性，重慶愿意與越南工貿部貿易促進局駐重慶貿易促進辦公室共同推動在經貿、物流和人文等領域的交流與合作。

陶越華表示，近年來，重慶和越南兩地貿易發(fā)展勢頭良好，今后將繼續(xù)加強兩地經貿和物流合作，推動兩地在經貿、科技、物流、旅游等領域務實合作。

Zhang Yongwu said that in tradition, Vietnam has been a friendly country with China, and the cooperation between Chongqing and Vietnam has been highly complementary. 1月6日至9日，市港澳顧問李煒率粵港澳大灣區(qū)商業(yè)聯(lián)合會一行16人來渝考察。

市政府港澳辦主任章勇武與考察團進行會面時表示，新年伊始，粵港澳大灣區(qū)商業(yè)聯(lián)合會組織跨行業(yè)代表團來渝考察，看好成渝地區(qū)雙城經濟圈建設的廣闊發(fā)展前景和機遇，市政府港澳辦愿意為粵港澳大灣區(qū)的企業(yè)家來渝發(fā)展做好精準需求匹配，牽好線搭好橋。

李煒表示，通過實地考察，企業(yè)家對重慶發(fā)展和規(guī)劃有了深入了解，粵港澳大灣區(qū)商業(yè)聯(lián)合會也將作為媒介，向粵港澳大灣區(qū)企業(yè)推介重慶，引薦更多企業(yè)來重慶尋求合作機遇，助力重慶發(fā)展。

在渝期間，代表團先后赴北碚區(qū)、榮昌區(qū)、銅梁區(qū)實地考察北碚區(qū)蔡家互聯(lián)網產業(yè)基地、西部（重慶）科學城北碚園區(qū)等地。

章勇武表示，重慶正致力于建設中西部國際交往中心，涉及物流通道、會展經濟，以及農業(yè)、工業(yè)、服務業(yè)等各產業(yè)發(fā)展的謀篇布局。歐洲特別是歐盟在制造業(yè)、智能化產業(yè)方面有很多優(yōu)秀技術和產品，可以在重慶全面拓展合作。下一步，市政府外辦與歐盟商會建立合作機制，為歐盟企業(yè)在渝投資和發(fā)展搭建平臺，實現(xiàn)有效對接、項目落地、互利共贏。

西南大學西班牙語國家研究中心正式成立Spanish National Studies Center of Southwest University formally established

On January 4, Tang Wen, Deputy Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government attended the inauguration ceremony of the Spanish National Studies Center of Southwest University.

1月4日，市政府外辦副主任唐文出席西南大學西班牙語國家研究中心成立儀式。

西南大學外國語學院院長文旭表示，該平臺的搭建不僅可以讓西南大學外國語學院與西語國家進行更多的交流，弘揚中華文化，讓中華文化“走出去”，也可以更進一步研究西語國家的語言和文化。中心將進一步促進西南大學外語學院的學科發(fā)展，給學生帶來更多就業(yè)或出國深造機會。

唐文表示，期待中心以服務國家重大戰(zhàn)略為根本，著眼重慶社會經濟發(fā)展的需求，提升研究水平，充分發(fā)揮智庫作用，助力我市對外交往，助推我市建設內陸開放高地。市政府外辦將牽線搭橋，利用好資源優(yōu)勢，在對外交往上進行協(xié)作，為該中心未來的發(fā)展服務。

1月6日，重慶市對外友協(xié)與四川省對外友協(xié)在渝舉行座談會，重慶市對外友協(xié)副會長王廣成、二級巡視員魯進與四川省對外友協(xié)秘書長向瓊花就進一步深化川渝對外友協(xié)系統(tǒng)溝通協(xié)作、推動成渝地區(qū)雙城經濟圈建設進行深入交流。
