國(guó)務(wù)委員、公安部部長(zhǎng)趙克志11月23日同白俄羅斯內(nèi)務(wù)部部長(zhǎng)庫(kù)布拉科夫通電話。

趙克志表示 ，在習(xí)近平主席和盧卡申科總統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)下，中白關(guān)系健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。中共十九屆五中全會(huì)規(guī)劃了中國(guó)未來發(fā)展的宏偉藍(lán)圖，也將為中白互利合作提供更多機(jī)遇。中方堅(jiān)決反對(duì)外部勢(shì)力對(duì)白俄羅斯社會(huì)制造分裂和動(dòng)蕩。希望雙方認(rèn)真落實(shí)兩國(guó)元首重要共識(shí)，保持經(jīng)常性戰(zhàn)略溝通，加強(qiáng)在抵御外部勢(shì)力滲透干涉、共建“一帶一路”項(xiàng)目安保、打擊“三股勢(shì)力”和執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)等方面的務(wù)實(shí)合作，更好維護(hù)兩國(guó)繁榮穩(wěn)定和人民福祉，推動(dòng)中白全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系不斷向前發(fā)展。

庫(kù)布拉科夫表示，感謝中方對(duì)白方抗擊疫情工作的支持和幫助，愿繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)執(zhí)法部門務(wù)實(shí)合作，不斷推動(dòng)兩國(guó)傳統(tǒng)友好關(guān)系。

國(guó)務(wù)院副秘書長(zhǎng)孟揚(yáng)、外交部涉外安全事務(wù)專員程國(guó)平、公安部部長(zhǎng)助理陳思源參加活動(dòng)。

State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi held phone talks with Belarusian Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov on November 23.

Zhao Kezhi stated that， under the strategic leadership of President Xi Jinping and President Aleksandr Lukashenko， China-Belarus relations have made sound and steady progress. The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward a grand blueprint for Chinas future development that includes more opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Belarus. China stands firmly against any attempts of external forces to seek separation or incur instability in Belarusian society. Zhao called for both sides to earnestly implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries， maintain frequent strategic communication， and strengthen practical cooperation to prevent and resist infiltration and interference by external forces; improve security for BRI cooperation; crack down on the “three evil forces” of terrorism， separatism and extremism; and collaborate on law enforcement capacity building. These efforts will contribute to the prosperity and stability of the two countries and peoples and promote the continuous development of the China-Belarus comprehensive strategic partnership.

Ivan Kubrakov expressed gratitude for Chinas support and assistance to Belarus in the battle against COVID-19. Belarus stands ready to further strengthen practical bilateral cooperation between law enforcement authorities and continue to carry forward the friendship between the two countries.
