波恩世界會(huì)議中心

波恩 ，德國(guó)前首都， 這座萊茵河畔的城市和昔日的“聯(lián)邦村莊”，如今是蜚聲國(guó)際的經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化大都會(huì)，自信、充滿活力又相當(dāng)泰然自若。 在政治舞臺(tái)上，波恩也一如既往地扮演著重要角色：作為德意志共和國(guó)的“第二個(gè)家”，它也是聯(lián)合國(guó) 16 個(gè)辦公機(jī)構(gòu)以及眾多國(guó)際組織的所在地。

波恩世界會(huì)議中心位于老政府區(qū)中心，毗鄰萊茵河畔，周邊是聯(lián)合國(guó)校園、德國(guó)中外運(yùn)敦豪公司、“德國(guó)之聲”國(guó)際廣播公司等知名機(jī)構(gòu)。會(huì)議中心有一個(gè)真正意義上的非比尋常之處——它曾是德國(guó)聯(lián)邦議院的會(huì)議廳，是“世界上最美的國(guó)會(huì)大廈之一”， 1992 至1999 年是議員們開會(huì)的場(chǎng)所。

會(huì)議中心大堂為環(huán)形結(jié)構(gòu)，總面積達(dá)1650平方米，尤其適合舉行招待晚宴和宴會(huì)活動(dòng)?？晒?70人坐著舉行宴會(huì)，或者1300人站著開會(huì)。而開闊的自然采光系統(tǒng)使此類會(huì)議活動(dòng)的舉辦充滿了迷人魅力。

在會(huì)議區(qū)，除大會(huì)議廳外，波恩世界會(huì)議中心還有12個(gè)面積為22-100平方米的會(huì)議室。最大的兩個(gè)會(huì)議室——波恩廳和柏林廳——可以用隔墻分割為兩三個(gè)部分。這些會(huì)議室采用明亮的玻璃鋼建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，亦可飽覽萊茵河和周邊公園景觀，是舉行政府會(huì)晤、企業(yè)行政會(huì)議、舉辦頂級(jí)產(chǎn)品推介會(huì)或晚宴的理想之選。疫情下，會(huì)議中心提供線上線下會(huì)議服務(wù)。值得注意的是，主辦方對(duì)于會(huì)議活動(dòng)的具體需求均需要至少提前四周通告場(chǎng)館。

World Conference Center Bonnn

Bonn， the former capital of Germany， is a city on the Rhine River. It used to be a "federal village" now is a world-famous economic and cultural metropolis. It is confident， energetic and quite calm. In the political arena， Bonn has always played an important role： as the"second home" of the German Republic， it is the site of 16 UN offices and numerous international organizations.

The World Conference Center Bonn is located in the middle of Bonns former government quarter， in the immediate vicinity of the United Nations Campus， Deutsche Post DHL， the international media broadcaster Deutsche Welle， international organisations， and next to the river Rhine. The convention centre is a very unique facility where conferences and events can be held， where German parliamentarians once debated from 1992 to 1999.

The World Conference Center Bonn is equally suitable for conferences and conventions， exclusive product launches or atmospheric evening events. In addition to the Plenary Chamber， twelve meeting rooms （measuring 22 to 100 square metres） are available in the Plenary Building. The two largest rooms – Bonn Room and Berlin Room – can be divided into two or three sections with partition walls. The smaller conference rooms offer views of the Rhine or the park. Under the epidemic situation， the conference center provides online and offline conference services. However organizers must bear in mind that event requests for the meeting rooms can only be processed four weeks in advance.
