摘要:在企業(yè)管理水平不斷發(fā)展的今天,軌道車(chē)輛焊接體系也迫切需要一套軟件系統(tǒng)來(lái)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、精細(xì)化的管理。以往單軌列車(chē)焊接體系管理方式為將各個(gè)項(xiàng)目要求的工藝及質(zhì)量文件以紙質(zhì)文檔的形式存儲(chǔ)在各部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人處,文件存儲(chǔ)分散,信息共享困難。運(yùn)用WRP焊接資源管理系統(tǒng)之后,對(duì)于重要的工藝文件,如接頭清單,WPS清單,WPQR清單,焊工及資質(zhì)清單可在線編輯,在線審批,統(tǒng)一保存在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi),各工程師編輯的文件信息可在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)共享,同時(shí)系統(tǒng)根據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)匹配算法設(shè)定,保證了數(shù)據(jù)匹配的準(zhǔn)確性,避免了重復(fù)勞動(dòng)、人工誤判和工藝數(shù)據(jù)版本多樣的問(wèn)題,有效促進(jìn)了焊接工藝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,同時(shí)規(guī)范了焊接體系的文檔管理,焊接工藝文件完成數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)換,為車(chē)間生產(chǎn)推行無(wú)紙化和數(shù)字化打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract:Today, with the continuous development of corporate management, the rail vehicle welding system also urgently needs a set of software systems for standardized and refined management. In the past, the monorail welding system management method was to store the process and quality documents required by each project in the form of paper documents at the heads of each department. The file storage was scattered and it was difficult to share information. After using WRP welding resource management system, important process documents, such as joint list, WPS list, WPQR list, welder and qualification list could be edited online, approved online, and stored in the database. The file information edited by each engineer could be in the database. The system realized sharing within the system, and at the same time, the system set the data matching algorithm according to relevant standards and regulations, which ensured the accuracy of data matching, avoided duplication of labor, manual misjudgment, and various process data versions, and effectively promoted the standardized management of welding processes. At the same time, the document management of the welding system was standardized, and the digital conversion of welding process documents was completed, laying a good foundation for the implementation of paperless and digitalization of workshop production.

0 前言
焊接作為單軌列車(chē)生產(chǎn)制造中重要的一道特殊的加工工藝,必須通過(guò)整個(gè)過(guò)程來(lái)共同控制,只有將設(shè)計(jì)、工藝、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量保證結(jié)合起來(lái)加以嚴(yán)格管控才能保證最終的質(zhì)量需求。目前單軌列車(chē)焊接制造執(zhí)行EN 15085認(rèn)證制造體系,ISO 3834焊接質(zhì)量體系,焊接工藝文件按照體系要求,工程師們?cè)跍?zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目資料時(shí)需進(jìn)行多種文件管控,如:要求評(píng)審、技術(shù)評(píng)審、接頭清單、WPS,清單、WPQR清單、焊工及資質(zhì)清單、母材清單、焊材清單、氣體清單、焊接作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)、質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃、無(wú)損檢測(cè)報(bào)告等。
WRP焊接資源管理系統(tǒng)基于EN 15085和ISO 3834焊接體系要求開(kāi)發(fā)而成,統(tǒng)一了工程師的工作方式,整合歸納各工程師的工藝文件資料,形成數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),采用B/S網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)模式,以網(wǎng)頁(yè)形式登錄進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)操作和管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工藝數(shù)據(jù)云共享和智能匹配,更方便了文件和數(shù)據(jù)的查閱調(diào)用,能有效促進(jìn)單軌列車(chē)制造企業(yè)完成工藝數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理和車(chē)間生產(chǎn)無(wú)紙化管理的改革升級(jí)。
1 傳統(tǒng)管理模式的現(xiàn)狀和痛點(diǎn)
傳統(tǒng)焊接體系運(yùn)行維護(hù)過(guò)程中的文件管理方式主要依賴(lài)紙質(zhì)文件夾進(jìn)行保存管理,隨著焊接項(xiàng)目的增多且復(fù)雜程度不同,需要管理的焊接工藝文件數(shù)量多,且各工程師之間缺乏有效的信息共享渠道,造成了項(xiàng)目管控困難、文件分散存放、易丟失、難檢索、難以避免地出現(xiàn)文件的重復(fù)編輯、試件的重復(fù)制作和試驗(yàn)等問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致大量重復(fù)勞動(dòng)和資源浪費(fèi),圖1體現(xiàn)出了目前管理模式帶來(lái)的痛點(diǎn)?;谀壳暗默F(xiàn)狀亟需引入焊接資源管理系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、信息化管理,以促進(jìn)工程師之間協(xié)同合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源和經(jīng)驗(yàn)共享。
