Abstract：ChopsticksareoriginatedfromChina. SinceintroducedfromChinatoJapan， Chopstickshavegainedpopularityanddevelopmentinlife， andhasspecialchopsticksculture. ForchopsticksaredispensabletablewareinChinaandJapan， andthedifferencesofchopsticketiquetteareunknownoreasytobeignored， soitisnecessaryforustolearnmoreabouttherelatedinformation.

1.TheIntroductionofChopstickEtiquette

Chopsticksarenormalasakindoftableware，andserviceforpeopleonthetable. "Nowadays， therearemorethan1.5billionpeopleintheworldusingchopsticks，amongwhichChinaandJapanaccountfor80percent" SowecanknowthatchopsticksareofnecessityinChinaandJapan. Whatischopsticksetiquette？chopsticketiquetteistherulesaboutchopsticksindicatingtheproperandpolitewaytousechopsticks. Iwilldetailthedefinitioninthefollowingpart.

JapanesechopsticksdifferslightlyfromChinesechopsticks. ChinesechopsticksaretypicallylongerthanJapanesechopsticks.InChina， peopleintendtoenjoyavarietyoffoodanddishessittingaroundtabletogether. Concerningthosedifferences， onlywhenpeopleatfirstknowtheirdifferencesanditsimportant， cantheyavoidsomeembarrassedthingsandbridgethegapofdifferencesbetweenthetwocountries. What’smore， weshouldrespecteachcultureandanditisthosedifferencesthatconsistofthemulticulturalworld.
