作為城市之軸的核心區(qū)域，方案充分體現(xiàn)了文化性、市民性和開(kāi)放性的特點(diǎn)，為公眾提供了文化休閑的公共領(lǐng)域，而成為遼東灣的“客廳”。設(shè)計(jì)引入傳統(tǒng)筑城營(yíng)國(guó)的理念，將中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)城市空間軸線的原型，物化為起承轉(zhuǎn)合的空間序列組合，貫穿城區(qū)南北的主軸線，形成了城市的主框架，城市格局由此生長(zhǎng)而來(lái)。

設(shè)計(jì)方案從遼東灣的地域特征入手，因循自然板塊和水系形成以中軸線上的城市文化展示館為核心，幾個(gè)文化建筑分列軸線的兩端，形成北高南低、面朝大海的空間整體格局。設(shè)計(jì)提取地域色彩、人文、自然等特征符號(hào)，賦予公共建筑以鮮明的性格特色，通過(guò)軸線、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、界面等空間要素將其統(tǒng)一為有機(jī)生長(zhǎng)的整體。□

As the core area along the city's axis, the design fully embodies the characteristics of culture,citizenship and openness, providing the citizens with a public area of culture and leisure as the"living room" of Liaodong Bay. The design introduces traditional city-building concept, and transforms the prototype of the traditional Chinese urban space axis into a spatial sequence combination. The main axis runs through from north to south of the city,forming the main frame of the city, and the urban pattern grows from here.

The design starts from the regional characteristics of Liaodong Bay, coordinate with the natural plaques and water system to form an overall space pattern facing the sea with higher parts in the north. The urban cultural exhibition hall is located at the core of central axis, with several cultural buildings on both sides of the axis. The design extracts geographical colour, humanities, nature and other character symbols, provides public buildings with a distinctive character, and units them into a whole through spatial elements such as axis,network and interface.□
