    Study on Improving the Efficiency of Pumping Unit Oil Production System

    Abstract:When the pumping unit is in the down-stroke,the balance weights are carried from the low point to the high by the energy which is given by the motor and the energy which is released by sucker rod string dropping,in this process the energy is stored up in the form of potential energy of the balance weight.Afterwards,in the up stroke,the input energy of the motor and the potential energy released by the balance weight dropping are all used to lift the sucker rod string and the liquid column upward,that is,doing work to the suspension point load to lift the liquid to ground.The working process of the system is a process of energy transferring and transforming.On the basis of studying energy transferring and transforming mechanism of the pumping unit oil production system,the calculation method of the input power of the motor and the system efficiency is obtained for the first time.The calculation method gives the function relation between the system efficiency and the pumping parameters of the oil well.The analysis shows that:1.The output power of the system is determined by the oil well output, that is, when the output is determined, the output power is determined.2.Under the condition that the suction pressure requirement of the pump is satisfied,the pump depth can be reduced as much as possible to reduce the input power and increase the system efficiency.3.Under the condition that the oil well output is satisfied,the larger pump diameter and lower pumping speed should be adopted to improve system efficiency.It is of great significance that the work process of pumping oil production system is researched and analyzed by applying work and energy conversion principle.The result provides theoretical and directional guidance for improving the efficiency of the system and realizing the energy saving and reducing consumption of the mechanical oil production system.

    Field Test Application of Super Long Stroke Lifting Technology with One Pumping Unit Driving Two Mutual Balance Production Wells

    Abstract:In order to make full use of the short distance of the cluster Wells,an energy saving lifting system of"one tow two"is applied in the test.The flexible steel wire rope is used to replace part of the sucker rod,and the flexible steel wire rope moves up and down through the positive and reverse of the motor,and the purpose of one pumping unit running with two Wells at the same time is realized by using the method of one top and one bottom mutual balance.The motor can be flexibly controlled through the intelligent control cabinet,and the maximum stroke can be up to 50 m with 1~12 h-1 continuous adjustable stroke.Field test results show that the average energy saving rate of single well is up to 32.6%,the pump efficiency is improved by 25.1%,and the system efficiency is improved by 11.8%

    Feasibility Analysis of Shale Gas Pressure Energy Generation

    Abstract:Shale gas production process requires throttling and decompression treatment of gas tree outlet, and then transported through pipe network to gathering station forcentralized treatment.Throttling and decompression process on the one hand makes enormous pressure energy loss, on the other hand,in order to prevent throttling and cooling ice plugging and prevent hydrate formation,but also need heat preservation treatment,consumption of fuel.If the screw expander and needle valve two-stage decompression process can be used to recover the pressure difference in the process of pressure regulation through the expander can be used to generate electricity for gas well production equipment,it will produce enormous economic benefits.This paper puts forward a scheme of shale gas generation by single screw expander,and analyzes the feasibility of the scheme from the aspects of technology and cost by investigating the present situation of shale gas production in FulingJiaoshiba.

    Discussion and Application of Classified Treatment Method for Low System Efficiency Wells in High Water Cut Oilfield

    Abstract:With the continuous development of oil fields and the increasing maturity of energy-saving optimization technology,all major oil fields in China have achieved better results in improving the efficiency of oil well system through optimization.However,the comprehensive optimization management method for all types of low system efficiency wells under high water content conditions is not targeted.To determine the distribution law of low system efficiency wells,and to draw a map of the classification and management measures of low system efficiency wells by calculating the sensitivity of multiple parameters,the optimal method of the measures can be solved.By actively adopting classification and management measures for low system efficiency wells,the system efficiency increased by 14.28 percentage points,and the 100 metric tons of liquid power consumption decreased by 0.10 kWh.

    Discussion on Relation Between Energy-saving Control Technology Application and Load Rate

    Abstract:At present, there are many kinds and quantities of energy-saving control technologies applied in oil field pumping wells.Field tests show that the power-saving rate of these control technologies is closely related to the load rate of motor.By analyzing the relationship between motor load rate and actual operation efficiency of pumping wells,the influence of motor load rate level on the application effect of energy-saving control technology can be determined.When selecting energy-saving control technology for pumping wells,energysaving technology can be selected according to the actual load rate of the motor.The test results show that the active power-saving rate can be increased by 4.24 percentage points,and the energy consumption loss of the oil wells can be further reduced.

    Abstract:Heavy oil reservoirs in Dagang Oilfield have a large proportion of geological reserves,high crude oil viscosity and high energy consumption.The degree of reservoir filling is low,and the thermal recovery technologies such as steam flooding and fire oil formation can not be matched.Conventional pumping unit lifting needs auxiliary production measures such as electric heating,wellbore water mixing,adding medicine,and so on.The one-time investment and operation and maintenance costs are high.Therefore,high viscous heavy oil reservoirs are in urgent need of new technologies that can reduce investment and reduce energy consumption.Dagang Oilfield has started to promote the research and test of heavy oil cold recovery technology with electric submersible screw pump,which has achieved success and provided an effective technical way for the benefit develop pment of Dagang Oilfield block.

    Comprehensive Recovery and Utilization Technology of Fracturing Fluid

    Abstract:With the deepening of oilfield development,low permeability and ultra-low permeability have gradually become the main battlefield for stabilizing production and increasing production.At present,fracturing and production is one of the most widely used development methods for various reservoirs.According to statistics,the amount of fracturing fluid used in Shengli Oilfield is increasing year by year.The annual amount of fracturing fluid used in Shengli Oilfield has reached nearly 50×104m3,and the average amount of single well used is nearly 500 m3.These fracturing fluids not only aggravate the cost of sewage treatment,but also waste resources and aggravate the pollution damage to the oil environment.Fracturing fluid comprehensive recovery and utilization technology focuses on residual fluid after fracturing and flowing back fluid,removing mechanical impurities such as proppant and mud cuttings in residual fluid by technical means,and then classifying the treated fracturing fluid according to its classification,which is applied to profile control of different fracturing wells or water wells to reduce the effluent discharging while utilizing the available effective components in the system.It is a green,low carbon and environmental protection comprehensive recycling technology.

    Research and Application of Upgrading Technology of Heavy Oil Sewage Effluent Treatment Process

    Abstract:In view of the water quality characteristics of heavy oil wastewater and the wide application of ultrafiltration membrane technology in water treatment,a suitable ultrafiltration process was selected for advanced treatment of heavy oil wastewater.After the biochemical system of"biofilm hydrolysis acidification+biofilm contact oxidation",the two-stage filtration+ultrafiltration system was added to the sewage treatment process.The monitoring data showed that the average COD convent of heavy oil wastewater after deep treatment was decreased from 148 mg/L to 105 mg/L,continuously and stably met the water effluent standard(COD<120 mg/L).The average content of oil and suspended substance was only 0.19 mg/L,0.25 mg/L.It can be seen that this ultrafiltration process can significantly reduce the COD content in the heavy oil wastewater treatment system and the treated water quality meet the requirements of sewage discharge,which is suitable for the advanced treatment of heavy oil sewage.

    Application of Automatic Control Technology in Injection Station

    Abstract:In the later stage of high water cut oilfield development,polymer injection and subsequent water flooding are the main means of stimulation.But at present,the traditional injection mode of injection station has the problems of difficult control,low regulation efficiency and high energy consumption caused by the mismatch between injection pressure and injection quantity.Aiming at the main links of polymer injection and water distribution,starting from precise flow control and injection allocation,the bottom number of flowmeter is collected by PLC.Through the control of upper computer,the automatic control program is optimized.The precise automatic control of mother liquor injection and single well injection is realized,which improves injection efficiency and reduces injection energy consumption.In addition to improving injection efficiency and reducing human error,the annual energy saving can reach 224 000 kWh.

    Evaluation of Energy Saving Effect of Variable Speed Operation of Pumping Units

    Abstract:In order to reduce the energy consumption of mechanical production wells in the later stage of oilfield development, especially for oil wells with insufficient liquid supply and low pump efficiency, combined with the construction of smart intelligent oilfield,Promote the application of intelligent control technology for variable speed operation of pumping units,Through the automatic tracing and monitoring of well indicator diagram and production parameters,pump efficiency calculation and frequency conversion control technology.Realize the variable speed operation of the pumping well,save energy and reduce consumption.In the Y oilfield,17 wells are used for the variable speed operation intelligent control technology of the pumping unit.Through testing and analysis,the difference between the variable speed operation of the pumping unit and the parameters of the normal operating parameters is analyzed.Evaluate the application effect of the intelligent control of the shifting operation of the pumping unit.In the low-running state,The average pump efficiency of the 17 pumping units implemented was increased by 12.38 percentage points;The system efficiency increased by 6.63 percentage points on average;The average single-day power saving is 17.95 kWh.

    Abstract:The water injection pumping station of oil production enterprises is an important part of the injection and production system.It is not only a large energy consumer but also a large energy saving potential.After more than 40 years of production in a factory in Shengli Oilfield, the pumping station, water injection pump and water injection process related to the water injection system have a certain degree of incompatibility.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the system to reduce energy consumption.Through systematic investigation of the water injection system and energy consumption,the scientific partial pressure is used to strengthen the efficiency of the plunger pumping station,the water injection pump is matched to improve the efficiency and the water injection station avoids the peak and fill the valley,and the energy consumption of the water injection system is reduced.Energy-saving effect,a total investment of 1.7 million yuan,11 234 kWh of electricity saving after the transformation, annual energy saving of 6.74 million yuan, achieved remarkable results,ensured the smooth operation of the water injection system,the total energy consumption of the whole plant was well controlled.

    Maintenance sewage control optimization in High H2S Natural Gas Purifying Device

    Abstract:Puguang natural gas purification plant uses high hydrogen sulfide natural gas as raw material.Large amounts of ferrous sulfide are produced during operation.Before device maintenance,passivation must be carried out;otherwise, when the system is open for maintenance, the contact between ferrous sulfide and oxygen will cause spontaneous combustion, resulting in human injury and equipment damage.In addition,small molecules of sulphur alcohol,ammonia nitrogen and other malodorous substances exist in the system,which will cause environmental pollution.Therefore,deodorization should be carried out.Deodorant and passivation require a large number of related agents,consume a large amount of water and produce a large amount of sewage with high COD.Through a lot of analysis and practice,this paper optimizes the deodorization and passivation process,and reduces the wastewater production from the source.The application results show that the economic benefits are obvious.

    Research and Application of hydraulic Oil discharge device for Environmental Protection

    Abstract:in order to solve the problem of environmental protection construction of crude oil from the tubing to the ground during pump inspection,the hydraulic oil discharging environmental protection device is studied.The device consists of an upper joint,an outer cylinder,a sliding sleeve,a pin,a seal ring and a drain hole,and is mounted on the upper part of the pumping pump.It can be opened by pressing the tubing when checking the pump,so that the crude oil in the tubing can be released into the wellbore.Crude oil does not take to the ground to achieve environmental protection construction.The field test shows that it can be used in vertical well and inclined well without the influence of wax deposit and sucker rod breakage.It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, good sealing performance,safe and reliable oil discharge and so on.It is of positive significance to the construction of oil field environmental protection operation and has broad prospect of popularization and application.
