      Analysis of Low Current Control and Maintenance Technology in Power System

      Abstract:Under the promotion of Chinese economic development,the low current control and maintenance technology in Chinese power system has gradually attracted people's attention.Electricity is an essential part of people’s daily life,and power safety in the power system should be focused,the basis of ensuring power safety is the effective control and protection of low electricity.This paper will analyze and discuss the relative technology about low current control in detail based on Chinese current low current control status,and propose some solutions to potential problems.

      In the electric power system of our country,the low current system occupies the vast majority of the electric power system,and the low current system is also the basic guarantee of the electric power system.In the electric power maintenance and management of our country,relying on the low current system of the main safety management occupies a certain role.We will make a detailed analysis of the low current control technology in the power system,and effectively introduce the low current control in the power system and related technical application points.

      I.Some Problems of Low Current Control and Maintenance in Power System

      (i)Not Getting Attention from the Technicians

      For some problems that may exist in low current systems,for example,technicians do not invest too much in safety management and construction processes,low current system itself is the mode of low-voltage power,under such a low voltage situation,technicians and construction personnel usually do not worry about the failure of this low current system,as a result,sufficient attention was not given in their daily inspection and troubleshooting.Lax troubleshooting leads to the low current system for the establishment of space and maintenance management,resulting in frequent system failures.[1]

      (ii)The Relevant System Facilities are Not Perfect

      The scope of power system application is extensive,such as civil construction,line installation and electrical and mechanical equipment of enterprises and factories can use power system.On this basis,there are different operation and management methods for the power system used by various enterprises and industries.If there are no corresponding management measures,there will be certain security risks to the power system.What needs to be done is to enable relevant technical personnel to carry out effective communication,improve the management of power system in facilities of different enterprises,and avoid shirking responsibility and dangerous faults.

      II.Key Point of Low Current Control Management Maintenance

      (i)Control with Contact Point

      In the low current control management,for the maintenance,the first need to pay attention to is the power management system.Relevant technical staff shall make detailed data comparison and record according to some processes and problems in the low current control loop,so as to facilitate the good use of the power management system,on the basis of data recording,the low current control system shall be vigorously inspected regularly,and the relevant technical personnel shall be communicated.In addition,in the process of circuit breaker closing power off,the circuit breaker's normal power off should be ensured.In the process of testing,the circuit breaker should be normally powered off,and quickly leave,carry out timely maintenance and improvement of the trouble spots.[2]

      (ii)One-to-one Control

      One-to-one control refers to the process of circuit breaker switching loop.The maximum voltage that the circuit breaker can withstand is 220V,and the voltage tolerance of the circuit breaker coils can contain are all below 220.For this stage of the voltage withstand capacity,appropriate voltage range should be chosen,and implement one-to-one control and management.In the implementation of oneto-one control management,the staff need to carry out manual closing operation,so that the circuit breaker control is well maintained.

      (iii)Lightning Protection Earthing Protection Mechanism

      In carrying out the management of lightning grounding protection,according to the change of transmission line differences,periodic maintenance is carried out for the line poles with frequently lightning strike.Conduct related management and safety inspection on lightning protection system of substation in different areas,combine lightning protection grounding protection system to eliminate the existence of hidden dangers.At the same time,the connection port of the grounding lead should be effectively detected and supervised,and the control problems existing in the weak current system should be strongly tracked.

      III.Maintenance Method of Weak Current Control

      The maintenance method of weak current control can be analyzed according to the faults existing in the weak current control.In the elimination method,we can effectively eliminate the cause and noncause of the fault problem.Look for solutions from the possible failure factors,analyze the actual weak current control and maintenance cases,conduct the line power failure detection on relative equipment with low current control and maintenance,and make a judgment on whether the fault is solved after the detection.In the continuous judgment and spot check,determine whether the weak current control and maintenance system operates normally,perform effective detection and management on faulty equipment and circuits.[3]Use the contrast method,the fault problem of the low current control and maintenance system is compared and judged with other circuit equipment,based on which the possible safety faults of the same power equipment are timely checked and maintained.The replacement method is mainly aimed at the normal operation of equipment and circuit to replace the equipment and circuit that has been occurred problems.Analyze the possible reasons of the failure through the normal line operation condition of the equipment,and timely make inspection and maintenance work.The conversion method is to make effective fault judgment on the abnormal working conditions of equipment cables,and effectively transfer the possible fault phenomena.The plug and pull method is to plug and pull the equipment circuit that does not need to run temporarily,and carry out external maintenance on the outside of the circuit and the outside of the equipment.Then the circuit and equipment that may fail are connected with electricity,in the actual process of connecting with electricity,the cause of the failure is tested again and determined.[4]

      In order to strengthen the management and maintenance of weak current control in the power system,relevant management plan should be made,the following points should be achieved.

      (i)Increasing the Degree of Attention

      In the actual weak current control management and maintenance work,the equipment is the second place,what we should enhance is the degree of attention that technical staff on the weak current control management and maintenance.The technical staff must carry on the safety effective management on the weak current,in order to ensure the normal operation of the weak current control system,timely detection and safety maintenance should also be carried out.Technical staff must pay attention to the maintenance of weak current control management,and solve the defects of weak current management in time,so as to ensure the normal operation and development of weak current control system.

      (ii)Strengthening the Daily Management Work

      In the process of the operation of the weak current system,it is necessary for the staff to clean the track and related equipment of the weak current system on a regular basis.For the connection of some hardware equipment,relevant cleaning work should be done.Effective system cleaning and equipment cleaning are the guarantee of the normal operation of the weak current system.[5]For the user,the normal operation of the weak current system has a certain relationship with the installation unit in the early stage,the installation unit shall adjust the construction drawings and technical scheme during the installation of the weak current system,the quality inspection report of related equipment of post and telecommunications system should be timely collected and checked,and the project inspection report of equipment installation of weak current system should be properly managed and protected,when in need of data for comparison,it can be searched timely.Such management will make the technical personnel have trace to be found for the weak current system security maintenance.

      (iii)Strengthening the Maintenance of Equipment

      According to each system specification of weak current system equipment,the safety inspection of each parameter and system equipment on the line is carried out regularly to ensure timely inspection and troubleshooting,which is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of weak current system by technicians.It is necessary to clean up the equipment in time,repair and replace the monitoring facilities that are easy to age,and preventing dust and moisture are also effective maintenance for the equipment of weak current system.

      Iv.Conclusion

      In summary,this paper analyzes the potential problems in the management and maintenance of weak current system in power system.In the future power system operation process,the maintenance of the weak current system and the cleaning of related equipment need to be carried out regularly to ensure the control and maintenance level of the weak current system increases year by year.
