淺談如何培養(yǎng)與提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語口語交際能力*

一、學(xué)校層面

(一)加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)

農(nóng)村教育落后其中的一個(gè)根本原因就是農(nóng)村師資力量較為薄弱，農(nóng)村教師存在諸多問題，分析農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資隊(duì)伍的特點(diǎn)，探討農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資隊(duì)伍的管理對(duì)于發(fā)展和提高農(nóng)村英語教育有很大的意義。

1.學(xué)校在招聘英語教師時(shí)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格要求應(yīng)聘者是英語師范專業(yè)畢業(yè)生，并且具有較強(qiáng)的英語專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。

2.要求教師撰寫教學(xué)反思，比如，記錄觀察日志、撰寫反思日記、教育敘事、進(jìn)行案列研究、行動(dòng)研究等，并定期檢查。

3.學(xué)校應(yīng)定期組織教師到外學(xué)習(xí)深造，開展教師優(yōu)質(zhì)課評(píng)選活動(dòng)，同事互相聽課評(píng)課，吸取他人長(zhǎng)處，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的不足。

(二)規(guī)范課程設(shè)置、合理安排課時(shí)

1.三年級(jí)開始開設(shè)英語課程。

2.每周開設(shè)英語課不少于三節(jié)。

3.每節(jié)英語課應(yīng)控制在40-45分鐘，其中教師講授時(shí)間在25-30分鐘。

4.班級(jí)人數(shù)應(yīng)控制在35-40人之間。

(三)完善英語教學(xué)的設(shè)備

1.每個(gè)班級(jí)至少配有一臺(tái)錄音機(jī)(配套磁帶)。

2.每個(gè)學(xué)校至少要有3個(gè)語音教室。

3.每個(gè)學(xué)校至少要有2個(gè)多媒體教室。

二、教師層面

要提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)生英語口語交際能力，教師取著舉足輕重的作用。教師在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中可以采用形式多樣的活動(dòng)、游戲來激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，從而達(dá)到提高學(xué)生英語口語表達(dá)的能力的目的。課堂上教師通常可以考慮以下幾個(gè)方面：

(一)Gesture

When the teacher suddenly calls out the student's name，point at the other child，and the child being pointed at stands up to say the word，and will be penalized if the child being called out stands up.

(二)Who am I?

Applicable to practicing sentence patterns：You are...；She/He is....It can also be used for practicing words.

How to play：find a classmate to stand in front of the classroom，the student should back to everyone，and then the following students change the tone to say sentences and words，the students who stand in front of the classroom should guess who said.

(三)How much is it?

Game description：find a student to stand in front the classroom to guess the price，the teacher gave a number，let the other students who is in the following to tip.For example，lower and higher can be guessed in a limited time.This game is suitable for the practice of antonyms and comparative words.

(四)Secret Words

Student A leaves the room.

The other students，choose the secret word.

Then they ask student A to return and ask her him or her questions to elicit(get someone to say)the secret word.

Student must reply fully to all questions without saying the secret word，Student A lose by saying it.if students A answer 5 questions without saying the Word，she/he wins.

(五)Whisper

Students need to volunteer.

Teacher will whisper a sentence to one student.

Then students will whisper one at A time to each other.

Last student shares with the class.

For example：My favorite color is blue.

(六)Draw a picture

One student will volunteer to be the artist.

Teacher will give a picture to the class.

The class will try to describe to the artist.

The artist will try to draw the picture.

(七)Banana Game

One student stands in front of classmate.

The classmate asks student questions.

Answer must have the word banana in it.

Switch student if he/she laughs.

(八)Hot seat

Class makes 4 teams.

Chose one person to sit in the hot seat.

Get the person to say the word.

Can’t use no-no words or spell it.

For example：Apple(no-no words：red，fruit)

三、學(xué)生層面

在教學(xué)過程中以“學(xué)”為主要職責(zé)的活動(dòng)主體即為學(xué)生，也就是在各種教學(xué)活動(dòng)中承擔(dān)學(xué)習(xí)責(zé)任和接受教育的人。學(xué)生是受教育的對(duì)象，是具有自主性、能動(dòng)性的個(gè)體。要提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)生的英語口語交際能力需得從學(xué)生自身出發(fā)。

1.Free talk：用英文交流自己的興趣愛好、生活經(jīng)歷等。

2.找到一個(gè)固定的伙伴，每天課后進(jìn)行半小時(shí)的全英文對(duì)話。

3.每學(xué)期應(yīng)閱讀1-2本中英結(jié)合的兒童故事書。

4.在課余時(shí)間可以選擇觀看英美國家的兒童劇。

5.聽音樂時(shí)可以選擇聽英文歌曲，并試著模仿、跟唱。

6.積極參加與英語相關(guān)的比賽、活動(dòng)，如英語演講比賽、英語朗讀比賽、英語短劇表演、英語角等。

7.樹立自信心，敢于表達(dá)。

四、總結(jié)

隨著世界多極化，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化，以及信息化的發(fā)展，具有創(chuàng)新能力和跨文化交際能力的人越來越受到了社會(huì)的青睞，且中國是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國，農(nóng)村小學(xué)生占全國比例較高，我國應(yīng)全面提高小學(xué)生的英語口語交際能力。要培養(yǎng)、提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)生英語口語交際能力，需要各方面的通力合作。
