● 重慶市與美國(guó)辛辛那提市簽署合作備忘錄

2018年11月12日，重慶市與美國(guó)辛辛那提市在市外事大樓簽署關(guān)于建立友好合作關(guān)系諒解備忘錄。市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)唐良智會(huì)見(jiàn)辛辛那提市市長(zhǎng)約翰·克蘭利并共同簽約。

根據(jù)備忘錄，重慶市與辛辛那提市將共同致力于支持和促進(jìn)兩地全方位互利友好合作關(guān)系的發(fā)展，并為建立兩地友好關(guān)系建立有效的合作機(jī)制。美國(guó)西切斯特市市長(zhǎng)黃良華，重慶市副市長(zhǎng)劉桂平參加活動(dòng)。市政府外辦主任李謙主持簽約儀式。

當(dāng)天，重慶—大辛辛那提地區(qū)貿(mào)易投資論壇在市外事大樓舉行。辛辛那提代表團(tuán)全體成員，以及兩江新區(qū)招商集團(tuán)、對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)集團(tuán)等30余家企業(yè)代表出席活動(dòng)。市政府外辦副主任王雯主持投資論壇。

在渝期間，代表團(tuán)參觀了史迪威博物館，訪問(wèn)重慶大學(xué)并與師生代表座談交流。

● 李謙會(huì)見(jiàn)英國(guó)、加拿大、意大利、菲律賓四國(guó)駐渝總領(lǐng)事

2018年11月19日、21日，市政府外辦主任李謙先后會(huì)見(jiàn)了英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事艾佩詩(shī)、加拿大駐重慶總領(lǐng)事戴杰豪、意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事倪飛及菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事?？松健?/p>

在英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事官邸，李謙與艾佩詩(shī)就推動(dòng)重慶和英國(guó)2019年的合作交換了意見(jiàn)，雙方一致同意建立全方位合作機(jī)制，加強(qiáng)在經(jīng)貿(mào)投資、文化旅游、金融服務(wù)等領(lǐng)域的合作，為中英關(guān)系“黃金時(shí)代”打造更多“黃金成果”。

李謙在市外事大樓會(huì)見(jiàn)了加拿大駐重慶總領(lǐng)事戴杰豪，雙方一致同意建立高效便捷的溝通機(jī)制，定期共享重慶與加拿大最新交往合作信息，引導(dǎo)和鼓勵(lì)雙方更多企業(yè)互訪并尋找投資機(jī)會(huì)。

在意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館，李謙與倪飛就進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)各層次人員交流，不斷擴(kuò)大雙向貿(mào)易和投資規(guī)模，深化在工業(yè)、科技、旅游、歷史文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)等領(lǐng)域達(dá)成了共識(shí)。

在菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館，李謙與?？松骄头e極落實(shí)鞏固習(xí)近平訪菲成果，聚焦“一帶一路”建設(shè)，用好中歐班列（重慶）和國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道，促進(jìn)重慶與菲律賓在投資、教育、旅游、高層互訪及友城交往等領(lǐng)域合作達(dá)成了共識(shí)。

● 中國(guó)—東盟中心聯(lián)合理事會(huì)代表團(tuán)訪問(wèn)重慶

2018年11月25日—29日，中國(guó)—東盟中心聯(lián)合理事會(huì)代表團(tuán)一行46人訪問(wèn)重慶。代表團(tuán)成員包括新加坡常駐東盟代表陳漢成大使、中國(guó)駐東盟大使黃溪連、中國(guó)—東盟中心秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)陳德海，以及泰國(guó)、印尼、老撾、緬甸、菲律賓、越南、柬埔寨、馬來(lái)西亞、文萊等東盟十國(guó)代表。

11月26日，代表團(tuán)召開(kāi)中國(guó)—東盟中心第8次聯(lián)合理事會(huì)。同日下午，副市長(zhǎng)劉桂平在市外事大樓會(huì)見(jiàn)代表團(tuán)，探討推動(dòng)重慶與東盟的全面交流與合作。27日，東盟和中國(guó)大使系列演講“中國(guó)與東盟關(guān)系的未來(lái)”在重慶大學(xué)舉行，中國(guó)和東盟十國(guó)大使及代表分別介紹了各國(guó)對(duì)華合作亮點(diǎn)，并與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)生進(jìn)行了互動(dòng)交流。

訪渝期間，代表團(tuán)還考察了重慶兩江數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園、豬八戒網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司、重慶海扶醫(yī)療科技股份有限公司、市規(guī)劃展覽館、大足石刻等地。市政府外辦副主任唐文全程陪同代表團(tuán)活動(dòng)。

●“2018中國(guó)西南地區(qū)奇光異彩新西蘭周”閉幕活動(dòng)在渝舉行

2018年11月20日，新西蘭駐成都總領(lǐng)事館在重慶舉辦“2018中國(guó)西南地區(qū)奇光異彩新西蘭周”閉幕活動(dòng)，新西蘭駐華大使傅恩萊、新西蘭駐成都總領(lǐng)事孔思達(dá)出席，重慶市有關(guān)部門(mén)、高校、企業(yè)、媒體、各國(guó)駐渝總領(lǐng)事館的代表約100人參加。

市政府外辦副主任王雯出席活動(dòng)并與傅恩萊大使進(jìn)行了親切交流。傅恩萊表示，重慶是新西蘭在中國(guó)的重要伙伴之一，近年來(lái)雙方高層訪問(wèn)不斷，經(jīng)貿(mào)交往日益密切，在教育、科研等領(lǐng)域合作廣泛，同時(shí)重慶也是中國(guó)西部第一個(gè)開(kāi)通新西蘭直航的城市。她對(duì)加強(qiáng)新西蘭與中國(guó)西部各領(lǐng)域合作所作出積極貢獻(xiàn)的重慶各界人士表示衷心感謝，并期待下一步新西蘭與重慶在更深更廣的領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展更豐富的合作。

● 白俄羅斯代表團(tuán)來(lái)渝訪問(wèn)

2018年11月8日—9日，白俄羅斯農(nóng)業(yè)食品部部長(zhǎng)扎亞茨、白俄羅斯駐華大使魯?shù)?、白俄羅斯明斯克州副州長(zhǎng)羅戈舒克一行來(lái)渝訪問(wèn)。白俄羅斯是東歐重要國(guó)家，中歐班列（重慶）項(xiàng)目重要戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。2017年3月，重慶市與明斯克州正式建立友好市州關(guān)系。代表團(tuán)此訪對(duì)持續(xù)深化重慶與白俄羅斯及明斯克州在經(jīng)貿(mào)人文等領(lǐng)域全方位合作具有重要作用，未來(lái)兩地合作前景廣闊。

在渝期間，代表團(tuán)參加了中歐班列（重慶）“白俄羅斯—重慶”回程班列接車(chē)儀式，還出席了白俄羅斯旅游文化商品中心揭牌儀式，與市商務(wù)委、四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)及重慶相關(guān)企業(yè)會(huì)談交流，舉辦了兩地經(jīng)貿(mào)和教育合作座談會(huì)，達(dá)成系列合作意向，并簽署項(xiàng)目合作協(xié)議。

● 香港貿(mào)發(fā)局研究總監(jiān)關(guān)家明來(lái)渝交流工作

2018年11月8日，香港貿(mào)發(fā)局研究總監(jiān)關(guān)家明拜會(huì)市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜，就重慶市港澳工作服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、與貿(mào)發(fā)局深入合作等方面進(jìn)行了交流對(duì)接。

雙方認(rèn)為，市政府港澳辦與香港貿(mào)發(fā)局長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)保持密切合作關(guān)系，特別是在經(jīng)貿(mào)合作方面成效顯著。雙方就利用香港貿(mào)發(fā)局全球50個(gè)辦事處優(yōu)勢(shì)，助力重慶企業(yè)走出去、對(duì)接“一帶一路”、利用香港貿(mào)發(fā)局相關(guān)展會(huì)、貿(mào)發(fā)網(wǎng)等平臺(tái)宣傳重慶產(chǎn)品，幫扶貧困區(qū)縣脫貧等進(jìn)行了溝通，達(dá)成了共識(shí)。

● 大阪府日中友協(xié)代表團(tuán)訪問(wèn)重慶

2018年11月3日，以大阪府日中友協(xié)副理事長(zhǎng)大藪二朗為團(tuán)長(zhǎng)的大阪府日中友協(xié)一行15人，來(lái)渝進(jìn)行友好訪問(wèn)。市友協(xié)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)王廣成會(huì)見(jiàn)了客人一行，并向客人介紹了重慶市的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和對(duì)日交流合作相關(guān)情況，希望加強(qiáng)兩協(xié)會(huì)之間的交流與合作?？腿吮硎?，此次是乘船從宜昌來(lái)渝，三峽的風(fēng)光令他們十分著迷，對(duì)重慶的城市建設(shè)感嘆不已，希望今后加強(qiáng)與重慶之間的交往，推動(dòng)合作。

● 約翰·霍普金斯大學(xué)學(xué)生代表團(tuán)來(lái)渝訪問(wèn)

應(yīng)全國(guó)對(duì)外友協(xié)的邀請(qǐng)，美國(guó)約翰·霍普金斯大學(xué)學(xué)生代表團(tuán)一行19人于2018年11月20日—22日來(lái)渝進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)。

約翰·霍普金斯大學(xué)成立于1876年，是一所世界頂級(jí)的著名私立大學(xué)。其尼采國(guó)際研究學(xué)院培養(yǎng)出美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)卿奧爾布賴特、財(cái)政部長(zhǎng)蓋特納、世界銀行行長(zhǎng)埃因霍等一大批杰出校友，該校的應(yīng)用物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室是美國(guó)近代物理學(xué)人才的搖籃。

此次代表團(tuán)一行來(lái)華訪問(wèn)北京、重慶、成都、浙江等地，以城市規(guī)劃與可持續(xù)發(fā)展為主題，希望通過(guò)與中國(guó)政府部門(mén)、科研院所、高等院校、企業(yè)及非政府組織溝通與交流，深入了解中國(guó)在城鎮(zhèn)化過(guò)程中的新舉措、新成就。

在渝期間，代表團(tuán)拜會(huì)了重慶市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)委員會(huì)、重慶農(nóng)村土地交易所、重慶市公共租賃房管理局，了解城鄉(xiāng)一體化政策、地票政策，以及公租房發(fā)展的相關(guān)情況，并參觀了民心佳園、西永微電子園、寸灘保稅港和果園港。

Chongqing Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Cincinnati

On November 12,2018,Chongqing and Cincinnati of the United States signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of a friendly partnership in the Foreign Affairs Building in Chongqing. Tang Liangzhi,deputy secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party and mayor of Chongqing,met with and signed the memorandum with John Cranley,mayor of Cincinnati.

According to the memorandum,Chongqing and Cincinnati will jointly support and promote the mutually beneficial and friendly relations in an all-round way,and establish an effective cooperation mechanism for strengthening the friendly relations between the two sides. Lee Wong,president of the Board of Trustees of West Chester Township,and Liu Guiping,vice mayor of Chongqing,attended the event. Li Qian,director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,presided over the signing ceremony.

Chongqing-Greater Cincinnati Region Trade and Investment Forum was held in the Foreign Affairs Building in Chongqing on the same day. All members of the delegation from Cincinnati,and the representatives of over 30 enterprises such as Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development & Investment Group Co.,Ltd. and Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Group) Co.,Ltd.,were present. Wang Wen,deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,presided over the forum.

In Chongqing,the US delegation visited the General Joseph W. Stilwell Museum and Chongqing University,where it exchanged views with teachers and students.

Li Qian Met with Consuls-general of the UK,Canada,Italy and the Philippines in Chongqing

On November 19 and 21,2018,Li Qian,director of the Foreign Affairs Off i ce of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,met with Cecille El Beleidi,Jeff David,Filippo Nicosia,and Crescente Relacion,consuls-general of the UK,Canada,Italy and the Philippines in Chongqing respectively.

At the British Consulate-General in Chongqing,Li Qian and Ms. Beleidi exchanged views on promoting cooperation between Chongqing and the United Kingdom in 2019. The two sides agreed to establish a comprehensive cooperation mechanism and strengthen cooperation in the fields of economic and trade investment,cultural tourism and fi nancial services,to create more "golden results" in the"golden age" of the Sino-UK relations.

In the Foreign Affairs Building in Chongqing,Li Qian and Mr.Jeff David met and agreed to establish an efficient and convenient communication mechanism,to regularly share the latest information on cooperation and communication between Chongqing and Canada,and instruct and encourage more companies from both sides to pay mutual visits and explore investment opportunities.

At the Italian Consulate-General in Chongqing,Li Qian and Mr. Filippo Nicosia reached a consensus on further strengthening exchanges of personnel at all levels,continuously expanding the scale of two-way trade and investment,and deepening cooperation in the fi elds of industry,science and technology,tourism,and historical and cultural heritage protection.

At the Philippine Consulate-General in Chongqing,Li Qian and Mr.Crescente Relacion reached a consensus on vigorously implementing and consolidating the fruitful results from President Xi Jinping's visit to the Philippines,focusing on the construction of the Belt and Road,putting to good use the China-Europe freight trains (Chongqing) and the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor,and propelling the cooperation in fi elds of investment,education,tourism,high-level visits,and friendly exchanges between Chongqing and the Philippines.

A Delegation from the Joint Council of the ASEAN-China Center Visited Chongqing

From November 25 to 29,2018,a delegation of 46 members from the Joint Council of the ASEAN-China Center visited Chongqing. The members include Chan Heng Chee,Singapore’s representative to ASEAN,Huang Xilian,China’s ambassador to ASEAN,Chen Dehai,Secretary General of the ASEAN-China Center,and representatives of 10 ASEAN countries such as Thailand,Indonesia,Laos,Myanmar,the Philippines,Vietnam,Cambodia,Malaysia and Brunei.

On November 26,the delegation convened the 8th meeting for the Joint Council of the ASEAN-China Center. In the afternoon,Liu Guiping,vice mayor of Chongqing,met with the delegation in the Foreign Affairs Building to discuss how to drive forward the comprehensive exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and ASEAN. On November 27,the lectures on "The Future of China-ASEAN Relations"by ambassadors of ASEAN and China were held at Chongqing University. The ambassadors and representatives of China and the 10 ASEAN countries presented the highlights of the cooperation with China,and conducted interactions with the students.

In Chongqing,the delegation also visited Chongqing Liangjiang New Area's Digital Economy Industrial Park,Zhubajie Network Co.,Ltd.,Chongqing Haifu Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.,Chongqing Planning Exhibition Gallery,and Dazu Rock Carvings. Tang Wen,deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,accompanied the delegation in the whole course of visits.

“2018 New Zealand Week”in Southwest China Concluded in Chongqing

On November 20,2018,New Zealand Consulate General in Chengdu held the closing ceremony of "2018 New Zealand Week" in Chongqing. Clare Fearnley,New Zealand's Ambassador to China,and Alistair Crozier,New Zealand’s Consul-general to Chengdu,attended the ceremony. About 100 representatives from related department,universities,enterprises,media,and consulates of various countries in Chongqing were present.

Wang Wen,deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,attended the ceremony and had a cordial exchange with Ms. Fearnley. Ms. Fearnley said that Chongqing is an important partner of New Zealand in China. In recent years,high-level visits between the two sides have been conducted,economic and trade exchanges increasingly frequent,and cooperation in education,scientif i c research and other fields extensive. At the same time,Chongqing is the first in western China to open direct flights to New Zealand. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to people from all walks of life in Chongqing who have made positive contributions to strengthening cooperation between New Zealand and western China in various fields,and looked forward to more cooperation between Chongqing and New Zealand in a deeper manner and broader fi elds.

A Delegation from Belarus Visits Chongqing

From November 8 to 9,2018,a delegation led by Zayats,Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus,Kiryl Rudy,Belarusian Ambassador to China,and Rogashchuk,vice governor of Minsk Oblast,visited Chongqing. Belarus is an important country in Eastern Europe and an essential strategic partner in the China-Europe freight trains (Chongqing) project. In March 2017,Chongqing and Minsk Oblast were off i cially twinned. The delegation exerts an important role in further deepening the all-round cooperation between Chongqing and Belarus and its Minsk Oblast in the fields of economy,trade and humanities. The bilateral cooperation sees a rosy prospect.

In Chongqing,the delegation participated in the ceremony for greeting the“Belarus-Chongqing”return train under the China-Europe freight trains (Chongqing)project and the inauguration of the Belarusian Tourism and Cultural Products Center,conducted exchanges with the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce,Sichuan International Studies University and related enterprises based in Chongqing,held a symposium on economic,trade and educational cooperation between the two sides,expressed a series of cooperation intentions,and signed project cooperation agreements.

Li Qian and Wang Wen,respectively director and deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Off i ce of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,attended the related events along with the delegation.

Nicolas Kwan,Research Director of Hong Kong Trade Development Council,Visits Chongqing for Exchanges

On November 8,2018,Nicolas Kwan,Research Director of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC),met with Zhang Yaxi,deputy director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,and exchanged views on the Hong Kong and Macao related services and economic development in Chongqing,and deeper cooperation with HKTDC.

Both sides believed that the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office and HKTDC have long maintained a close partnership,especially in economy and trade. Both sides communicated and reached a consensus on how to take advantage of HKTDC's 50 offices around the world to help Chongqing enterprises go global,partner under the Belt and Road initiative,promote products of Chongqing by dint of HKTDC’s related exhibitions,trade development websites and other platforms,and help related districts and counties shake off poverty.

Osaka-based Japan-China Friendship Association Visits Chongqing

On November 3,2018,a delegation of 15 members from the Osaka-based Japan-China Friendship Association,headed by its deputy director Ooyabu Jiro,made a friendly visit to Chongqing.Wang Guangcheng,vice president of Chongqing Friendship Association,met with the delegation and introduced it to the economic and social development of Chongqing and the relevant exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Japan. He expressed the hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the associations. The delegation said the scenery of the Three Gorges was fascinating as it travelled from Yichang by water,marveled at the urban construction in Chongqing,and expected to fortify exchanges and cooperation with Chongqing.

A Delegation of Students at Johns Hopkins University Visits Chongqing

At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries,a delegation consisting of 19 students at Johns Hopkins University visited Chongqing from November 20 to 22,2018.

Founded in 1876,Johns Hopkins University is a world-renowned private university. Its Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies cultivated a large number of outstanding alumni,such as the former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright,former Secretary of the Treasury Geithner,and former managing director of World Bank Jessica P. Einhorn. Its Applied Physics Laboratory is the cradle of many modern American talents in physics.

The delegation travelled to Beijing,Chongqing,Chengdu and Zhejiang of China this time,in hopes of gaining insight into the new initiatives and new achievements of China during its urbanization by communicating with Chinese government departments,research institutes,universities,enterprises and NGOs.

In Chongqing,the delegation paid a visit to Chongqing Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee,Chongqing Country Land Exchange,and Chongqing Public Rental Housing Bureau,figured out its urban-rural integration policy,dipiao policy,and the development of public rental housing,and visited Minxin Jiayuan,Xiyong Micro-Electronics Industrial Park,Cuntan Bonded Port,and Orchard Port.
