【Abstract】The article discusses the in fluence of the teachers’personality charm on the college English learning combined with the questionnaire survey on the students and the teaching experience,and points out what kind of the teaching styles the teachers should have, which can provide reference for other teachers.

1. Introduction
It is widely believed that the role of the teachers in the cultivation of the learning autonomy of the students cannot be ignored, and many scholars begin to pay attention to the teaching styles of the teachers. This thesis aims to discuss the influence of the teacher’s teaching styles on the learning autonomy, and explore the effective ways of promoting the students’learning autonomy through the training of the teachers.
2. The influence of the teaching styles of the teachers on the learning efficiency of the students
2.1 The rational styles that the thinking of the students is highly functioning and the teaching links are closely connected with each other.Under the drive of the interests, by using the integration of the existing knowledge, the students will rationally and efficiently complete the learning of the new knowledge, so as to achieve the new heights.
2.2 Humorous and emotional styles with the affinity
The teachers should know how to alleviate the learning pressure of the students, and we should stimulate their inner desire and initiatives to learn, to enable the students to dare to think, ask, and speak, to realize the roles of extending the students’individuality, and improving the classroom efficiency. There are 4 main forms of the humor in the classrooms. (1)The relaxed and humorous dialogues. (2)The exaggerated dressing. (3)Funny voices. (4)The exaggerated body language.
3. Positive influence on the students’English learning with the positive teaching attitudes and styles
As the modern English teachers, we should not only digest the teaching attitudes of the ancients, but also should influence the English learning of the students with a more positive teaching attitude according to the modern students’learning and their psychological characteristics.
3.1 Love our jobs
If you love your job, you will devote one hundred percent of your energy to the work. In the condition of your hard work, Under the influence of your positive attitudes to the teaching, the students will be active in a happy learning environment, so that they will make their English performances improved.
3.2 Learn to smile to your students
This is the charm of the smile. If they kindly treat their students, they will easily get the students’favor, and the students would go to school rather than stay at home. So the power of a smile is infinite, and we English teachers should learn to smile. Smiles can shorten the distance between the teachers and the students, and smiles can create a happy classroom atmosphere, and smiles are also a kind of tolerance and a kind of incentive, the students will be devoted to their studies.
3.3 The positive teaching styles of the emotional rendering
3.3.1 The passionate languages
First of all, the teachers are required to master the contents, to be confident, relaxed, and comfortable in the explanation, so as to fully display the skills of the language.Secondly, in the class, the teachers through their own language and intonation and the changes of their facial expressions and the appropriate body language can reflect the different emotional colors. In this way, with the expressions and the intonation as the auxiliary tools of the classroom language, the teaching contents and the passions of the lecture are highly harmonious and unified, so as to achieve the purpose of attracting the students in their learning.
3.3.2 Cater to the wishes of the students, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the students
In the classroom teaching, if the students have the passion to participate, they will have the desire to learn, and the desire to express, and the desire to have the wisdom, which will lead to a deep feeling, and the unique experience. The author in the process of attending the classes and learning found that some teachers have formed their own unique styles in the interaction with the students.
4. Conclusion
Each teacher has his own unique teaching styles, but we should clearly distinguish what influence our own teaching styles will have on the classroom teaching efficiency. If the students are willing to accept the teaching styles which can help to improve the teaching efficiency, we should carry them forward. We hope that every teacher has his own unique and stable teaching styles which can help the students develop well.
