Volleyball originated(起源)in the United States in 1895,when William G.Morgan decided to create an indoor game for his students.He wanted to create a team sport more suitable for older members,which needs athletic skills.Volleyball is a game which is full of excitement and energy,and it's no doubt that volleyball has become a worldwide sport.Many people like playing it,because it's easy to play and good for our health.

However,how to play volleyball professionally(專業(yè)地)is a big problem.Therefore,I will tell you how to play volleyball well.

To start with,you must be well prepared before you walk into the playground.Youshouldpreparea sport suit which is suitable for you to run,to jump,and to stoop down.

Secondly,being familiar with the rules of the volleyball game and obeying it well will help you a lot.In this game,you must pay attention to the time and your location and direction.For instance,if you stand at a wrong place to catch the ball or you touch the net,you will be warned.

At last,during the game,you should pull together with your partners.And it's the most important for you to win a game.

With these three steps,I am sure you will play volleyball better and better.
