埃塞俄比亞咖啡香飄解放碑

“向大家推薦我最喜歡的耶加雪啡，它生長于埃塞俄比亞南方各族州，生豆呈灰藍(lán)色，花香濃郁，檸檬香氣明顯。”在“2018重慶渝中國際咖啡文化節(jié)”埃塞俄比亞展館，埃塞俄比亞駐重慶總領(lǐng)事凱貝德·阿貝拉（左）一邊介紹家鄉(xiāng)的咖啡，一邊請觀眾品嘗他最愛的耶加雪啡。

5月11日—13日，在“2018重慶渝中國際咖啡文化節(jié)”上，咖啡豆、咖啡器具與手工花藝、布藝、折紙藝術(shù)、紅酒等文化交流碰撞，帶來全新跨界藝術(shù)盛宴。埃塞俄比亞駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館帶著優(yōu)質(zhì)的埃塞俄比亞咖啡豆和傳統(tǒng)咖啡禮，亮相解放碑步行街。

幾百年前，咖啡的香氣就從埃塞俄比亞卡法省萌發(fā)并蔓延至全球?，F(xiàn)在，埃塞俄比亞駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館致力于將本國精品咖啡及咖啡文化在重慶及中國西南地區(qū)推廣。埃塞俄比亞駐重慶總領(lǐng)事凱貝德·阿貝拉介紹，“今年3月，由重慶能投集團(tuán)進(jìn)出口有限公司引進(jìn)的、埃塞俄比亞首批直接出口中國的價值61萬美金的咖啡豆已抵達(dá)中國，并進(jìn)入銷售環(huán)節(jié)?，F(xiàn)在我們又增加了新的伙伴重慶新沄路咖啡產(chǎn)業(yè)有限公司，將把埃塞俄比亞更多高等級的咖啡豆引入重慶，為消費者提供‘從種子到杯子’的優(yōu)質(zhì)咖啡體驗?！?/p>

From May 11th to 13th, the 2018 Chongqing (Yuzhong)International Coffee Cultural Festival witnessed a splendid cultural exchange as coffee beans and coffee utensils got a chance to meet with such traditional art as hand-crafted flowers, clothing, origami and red wine, which brought us an unprecedented art feast. The Consulate General of Ethiopia in Chongqing presented the premier Ethiopian coffee beans and traditional coffee etiquette to the Jiefangbei pedestrian street in Chongqing.

Centuries ago, the aroma of coffee was first wafted in the air of Kapha, Ethiopia and spread to all corners of the world.The Consulate General of Ethiopia in Chongqing has been dedicated to promoting their fine coffee and coffee culture across Chongqing and the wider southwest China. “In March, the first batch of Ethiopian coffee beans worthy of US$ 610 thousand was directly imported to China by Chongqing Energy Group Import and Export Co., Ltd.,” said Kaibet Abella, consul general of Ethiopia in Chongqing, “By joining hands with Chongqing Xinyi Road Coffee Industry Co., Ltd., our new partner, we will bring more quality Ethiopian coffee beans to Chongqing so that consumers here will have a lively experience on how coffee beans could turn to a cup of coffee.”
