    Research on Recycling Technology of Brine Wastewater for Heavy Oil Development

    As the increase of production proportion of heavy oil year by year,the problems of water balance and brine wastewater discharge in heavy oilfield are becoming more and more prominent.With the increasing implementation of the national environmental protection policy,the digestion of brine wastewater will restrict the development of oil fields.Based on the analysis effluent quality from the field,the technical route to realize the recycling of brine wastewater is put forward,and relevant field tests are carried out.The results show that the high hardness brine wastewater which is removed hardness by dosing chemical agent,the mass fraction of Na+/Cl-is maintained at 80%-90%,the hardness is no more than 500mg/L.The quality of disposal brine wastewater achieves the regeneration brine standard,and can be used for next generation process of softener.The recycling technology of brine wastewater can solve the environmental pollution problem caused by saltwater emission,reduce the consumption of fresh water and industrial salt,and has quite good environmental benefits and economic gains.

    The Putaohua oilfield has entered into a period of high water cut development,with the increase of water injection,the ineffective circulation of injected water is serious.It is more and more difficult to control water content and tap the oil potential,besides the contradiction between layers is aggravating,the difference between the utilization of layers is increasing.In response to these problems,in order to effectively adjust the injection profile of layers and improve the development effect of oilfields,based on the remaining oil potential and genesis in the Putaohua oilfield and the reservoir heterogeneity,we select the natural alkaline earth as profile control agent and use the lignin to assist plugging water.Through the use at 310 wells,the injection pressure of injection well increases significantly,and the adjustment effect of strata suction profile is obvious,besides the main purpose of the percentage of water absorption decreases significantly,up to now,the accumulated oil has been increased by 7738t,and the economic benefit has been 18.94 million after deducting construction costs.Practice proves that the technology of lignin-alkaline earth slight adjustment can effectively improve the utilization of injection profile and reservoir for oilfields with low permeability and large degree of development in the interlayer and large potential for tapping in the reservoir,and improve the development of the oilfield effect.
