平淡中的表述—社保大廈廣場(chǎng)

博樂(lè)社保大廈廣場(chǎng)位于錦繡大道與北京路交叉口的西南角，北臨錦繡健身廣場(chǎng)，西接錦繡公園。如何處理好與社保大廈及周邊綠地的相互關(guān)系，是本項(xiàng)目需要解決的課題之一。

首先在場(chǎng)地的西北側(cè)延續(xù)了錦繡健身廣場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言—條帶式的喬木、灌木種植形式，無(wú)序自由散置式的喬木種植帶，通過(guò)間隔16m的重復(fù)排列與規(guī)整的灌木帶的種植，在符合道路景觀功能要求的同時(shí)，呼應(yīng)了周邊綠地的空間氛圍?！傲銇y”中不失整然，規(guī)整中不失變化。其次，沿主體建筑的西北立面與南立面的走向分別設(shè)置了5（西北向）+3（東西向）條斜交人行通道，東西向的3條通道寬度設(shè)定在8～25m之間，滿足通過(guò)與停留雙重功能的需求，同時(shí)以西北兩側(cè)的喬木種植帶為基本單位，沿東西向自由散置在場(chǎng)地中，東西向的通透，最大程度地確保了主體建筑主立面的展示。南北向的封閉又反襯了綠量的存在。前廣場(chǎng)的綠地與鋪裝圖案均保持了西北兩側(cè)的平面模式。最后在大廈周邊設(shè)置了11處大小不一的異形三角構(gòu)件，以緩解建筑造形與周邊環(huán)境的沖突。使得原本略顯平坦無(wú)趣的空間增添了活力。

帶狀喬木、灌木、草地及鋪裝，規(guī)整了場(chǎng)地秩序，嘗試了將無(wú)形的物體有形化；自由種植的喬木改變了固定空間內(nèi)的限定形式，與錯(cuò)落分布的格局一起調(diào)節(jié)場(chǎng)所的氛圍與風(fēng)格；建筑四周動(dòng)態(tài)形式的鋪裝，結(jié)合異形三角構(gòu)件的側(cè)墻，力爭(zhēng)表示場(chǎng)所空間的流動(dòng)；喬木林下的散石和豐富的地被種植，營(yíng)造著自然的無(wú)限魅力、有序中的無(wú)序。

這里沒有刻意的體量造型，放棄了對(duì)水的利用，也沒有任何地形上的變化，更沒有營(yíng)造新·特·奇的主體空間。有的只是便捷的出入方式，場(chǎng)所的規(guī)整和有序，動(dòng)與靜的、公與私的“曖昧”，空間的簡(jiǎn)化與明確，日?！て胶偷姆諊降械谋硎觥?/p>

Firstly, the design language of the Jinxiu Fitness Plaza has been extended into the north west side of the field space. Here the trees, which are of a strip type, have been planted in the form of shrub planting, belts of planting which are disorderly and free. This arrangement of regular shrubs has been repeated at intervals of 16 metres conforming not only with the functional requirements of the road landscape but also echoing the atmosphere of the surrounding green space. Whilst displaying a change in regularity, the overall design does not lose its character of wholeness.

Secondly, pedestrian walkways have been created running in an oblique fashion. Five walkways running north-west and three walkways running eastwest have been created and run along the northwest facade and the south facade, respectively, of the main building. The widths of three east-west streets vary between 8 and 25 metres which both meet and pass through the walkways thus serving a double purpose.

Trees have been planted on the northern and western sides. They are freely and loosely arranged along the east to west axis of the square and allows air toflow freely in the east-west direction. This arrangement also ensures that the facade of the main building is openly exhibited.

Closure in a north to south direction on the other hand, highlights the presence of all the greenery.

In the front square, the green square and the paving patterns maintain a plain mode on the northern and western side.

Finally, there are 11 triangular, specially shaped areas, varying in size,arranged around the perimeter of the main building. Their purpose is to eliminate any form of conflict between the construction and the green environment.

The end result has been to add vitality to what was once a flat and meaningless area.
