外事服務(wù)走進(jìn)區(qū)縣 助力扶貧攻堅(jiān)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌

奉節(jié)·調(diào)研對接脫貧工作

2017年11月2日—3日，市政府外事僑務(wù)辦黨組書記、主任吳康明，黨組成員、副主任張婭茜一行，與奉節(jié)縣委、縣政府對接扶貧工作，并深入平安鄉(xiāng)茨竹村調(diào)研。吳康明一行走訪慰問了貧困群眾，實(shí)地查看了茨竹村豆腐柴種植基地、辣椒種植基地及旅游規(guī)劃建設(shè)情況。在貧困戶家中，吳康明詳細(xì)了解他們的生產(chǎn)生活情況，要求市政府外事僑務(wù)辦駐茨竹村第一書記當(dāng)好結(jié)對幫扶工作聯(lián)絡(luò)員，與村干部一道摸準(zhǔn)摸透茨竹村情況，因戶因人精準(zhǔn)施策，一件一件抓好落實(shí)，爭取早日脫貧致富。

在聽取了平安鄉(xiāng)黨委書記鄒遠(yuǎn)珍介紹全鄉(xiāng)脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作情況，以及市政府外事僑務(wù)辦駐茨竹村第一書記趙印匯報駐村以來的工作情況后，吳康明表示，本次調(diào)研的主要目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)與駐鄉(xiāng)工作隊(duì)有效對接，深入了解茨竹村脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作情況，為下一步幫扶工作打下基礎(chǔ)。脫貧攻堅(jiān)是當(dāng)前全黨的重要工作，是全市的重大政治任務(wù)。市政府外事僑務(wù)辦堅(jiān)決落實(shí)市委、市政府統(tǒng)一部署，積極參與脫貧攻堅(jiān)，不斷完善幫扶方案，充分利用外事、僑務(wù)、港澳、友協(xié)資源，發(fā)動全單位、全系統(tǒng)力量，助力茨竹村打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)。

合川·媒體聚焦推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌

合川是中歐班列（重慶）進(jìn)入重慶的第一站，如何利用區(qū)位特點(diǎn)打造優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)？歐洲人所熟知的宋蒙戰(zhàn)爭遺址釣魚城，在國內(nèi)外做了哪些宣傳？為發(fā)揮駐渝境外媒體的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢和作用，2017年11月30日—12月1日，市政府外事僑務(wù)辦黨組成員、副巡視員王廣成帶隊(duì)，組織香港商報、香港大公報、香港紫荊雜志社、中國日報、中新社、搜狐視頻、華龍網(wǎng)等駐渝境外媒體及部分市級主流媒體的記者赴合川區(qū)集中采訪，考察合川區(qū)推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌建設(shè)情況。

11月30日，合川區(qū)委常委、區(qū)政府副區(qū)長王智，以及區(qū)委宣傳部、區(qū)經(jīng)信委、區(qū)旅發(fā)委等部門負(fù)責(zé)人，聯(lián)合舉行了媒體見面會，就該區(qū)推進(jìn)旅游資源開發(fā)、精準(zhǔn)脫貧工作、智慧城市建設(shè)，以及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面的情況，與媒體代表進(jìn)行了交流與互動問答。

采訪期間，媒體代表參觀了合川區(qū)規(guī)劃展覽館，安全信息產(chǎn)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)“恒芯天際”，打造智慧城市龍頭企業(yè)“中興通訊”，以及釣魚城和范家堰考古遺址，并紛紛表示，將把合川區(qū)充滿活力的工業(yè)化建設(shè)、厚重的歷史文化氣息，以及優(yōu)良的人居環(huán)境向更多的讀者、觀眾介紹推廣。

Foreign Affairs Service Has Been Provided for the Counties to Boost the Poverty Alleviation and Achieve the Urban and Rural Overall Development

From November 2 to November 3, 2017, Wu Kangming, secretary of the leading party group and director of the Municipal Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government,and Zhang Yaqian, a member of the leading party group and deputy director, and his party have made research on the poverty alleviation work with Fengjie county party committee and county government and conducted in-depth investigations and studies on Cizhu Village,Piangan Township. Wu Kangming and his party have visited the poor people and conducted an on-the-spot inspection of the planting base of bean curd in Cizhu Village, the planting base of pepper and the tourism planning and construction. In the poor households, Wu Kangming has understood their production and living conditions in details, and required that the first secretary of the Municipal Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government in Cizhu Village should be a good liaison officer to help the pair work of poverty alleviation, grasp the situation of Cizhu village, implement precise measures in accordance of the individual conditions, well carry out the measures one by one in order to strive for early getting rid of poverty and getting rich.

Zou Yuanzhen, secretary of the party committee of Pingan Township,has briefed on the work done by the township to getting rid of poverty and Zhao Yin, the first secretary of the Municipal Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government in Zizhu Village has also reported his work in the village since his entering in Cizhu Village. Wu Kangming said that the main purpose of this survey was to achieve “effective docking to the work stationed in township and an in-depth understanding of the alleviating poverty and tackling hardships in Zizhu Village in order to lay the foundation for the next step of helping and supporting the poverty alleviation. It is an important work of the entire party and an important political task for Chongqing to shake off the poverty. The Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government has been resolutely implementing the unified deployment of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, actively participating in poverty alleviation, and constantly improving the assistance program,making full use of the resources of foreign affairs, overseas Chinese,Hong Kong, Macao and friendship association, and mobilizing the whole unit and the whole system to fight against poverty.

Hechuan District·Focus of Media on Promoting the Urban and Rural Overall Development

The first stop of China Railway Express (Chongqing) is Hechuan, then how to use the location characteristics to create competitive industries? What are the publicity campaigns of Diaoyu Town, the famous Song and Mongol War site wellknown in Europe that have made at home and abroad? In order to give full play to the unique advantages and functions of the overseas media stationed in Chongqing, from November 30 to December 1, 2017, Wang Guangcheng, a member of the Party Committee of the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government, also the deputy inspector, has led a group to organize Hong Kong Commercial Daily, Hong Kong Ta Kung Pao, Hong Kong Bauhinia Magazine and reporters from China Daily, China News Agency, SOHU,CQNews and other foreign media stationed in Chongqing and some municipal mainstream media to gather in Hechuan for a focused interview to investigate the urban and rural overall development of Hechuan.

On November 30, Wang Zhi, party committee of Hechuan District, the district deputy mayor, together with heads of District Publicity Department, District Economy and Information Technology Commission, and the District Tourism Development Committee and other departments, jointly held a media meeting to promote the tourism resource development in this district,and conducted exchanges, as well as interactive questions and answers concerning precise poverty alleviation, smart city construction, and the development of strategic emerging industries and other aspects with media representatives.

During the interview, media representatives have visited Hechuan District Planning Exhibition Hall, Hengxin Tianji Technology Co., Ltd., a leading security information company,ZTE Corporation, a leading enterprise aiming at building smart city, and archaeological sites of Diaoyu Town and Fanjiayan.Everyone has showed the desire of introducing and promoting the vibrant industrialization, heavy historical and cultural atmosphere and excellent living environment of Hechuan District to more readers and viewers.
