匈牙利外交和對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)部部長(zhǎng)率經(jīng)貿(mào)團(tuán)訪渝重慶、匈牙利積極融入“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作

2017年5月16日，匈牙利外交和對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)部部長(zhǎng)西亞爾托·彼得，率匈牙利經(jīng)貿(mào)團(tuán)訪問(wèn)重慶，出席在渝舉行的中國(guó)—匈牙利中小企業(yè)跨境投資與貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)、第二屆中國(guó)西部布達(dá)佩斯文化之春系列活動(dòng)開(kāi)幕式，并訪問(wèn)四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)，以一系列密集高效的具體措施，主動(dòng)對(duì)接中國(guó)“一帶一路”倡議。西亞爾托表示，將在匈牙利“向東開(kāi)放”政策下，積極推動(dòng)與重慶在經(jīng)貿(mào)、科技、教育等領(lǐng)域的務(wù)實(shí)合作。

2017中國(guó)—匈牙利中小企業(yè)跨境投資與貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)上，來(lái)自匈牙利和重慶的400余家企業(yè)齊聚一堂精準(zhǔn)對(duì)接，涵蓋農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)療、交通運(yùn)輸設(shè)備制造、信息通信技術(shù)、智慧城市、垃圾管理、水資源管理等多個(gè)行業(yè)。采取“一對(duì)多”會(huì)談模式，平均每個(gè)匈方企業(yè)匹配三四家中國(guó)企業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)洽談。最終簽約15個(gè)合作項(xiàng)目，達(dá)成初步合作意向300余項(xiàng)。

“重慶是中國(guó)發(fā)展最快的城市之一，重慶與匈牙利的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱同樣是汽車(chē)和電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)。相似的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)，是重慶與匈牙利近年來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展良好的原因。”西亞爾托表示，2010年匈牙利在重慶設(shè)立總領(lǐng)事館，正是基于匈牙利與重慶良好的合作基礎(chǔ)，以及重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

2017年4月15日，中歐班列（重慶）—匈牙利班列成功開(kāi)行，帶來(lái)了一系列積極影響。土耳其、意大利等國(guó)家紛紛主動(dòng)與重慶聯(lián)系，希望這樣的“財(cái)富之路”能夠延伸到自己的國(guó)家和地區(qū)，帶動(dòng)本地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。西亞爾托認(rèn)為，重慶與歐洲的聯(lián)系日益加強(qiáng)，而匈牙利也渴望成為中國(guó)在中東歐地區(qū)發(fā)展的支柱，以及成為中歐班列（重慶）在中東歐的物流轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心。

5月16日，西亞爾托訪問(wèn)了四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)，并向該校師生發(fā)表了題為“匈牙利‘向東開(kāi)放’政策對(duì)接中國(guó)‘一帶一路’倡議”的演講。他表示，匈牙利重視與重慶在人文領(lǐng)域的交流，2016年9月，四川外語(yǔ)大學(xué)新增了匈牙利語(yǔ)專業(yè)就是匈牙利加強(qiáng)與重慶文化合作的標(biāo)志。

此次訪渝，匈牙利經(jīng)貿(mào)代表團(tuán)還赴重慶海悅匯歐洲購(gòu)物公園、永川鳳凰湖機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)園等地參觀考察，并圍繞投資貿(mào)易、旅游、綠色創(chuàng)新技術(shù)發(fā)展、醫(yī)療溫泉等分題，舉辦了一系列投資推介會(huì)。

On May 16, 2017, Szijjártó Péter, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, visited Chongqing with Hungarian economic and trade delegation, attended China-Hungary Small and Mediumsized Enterprises Cross-border Investment and Trade Meeting held in Chongqing, and the 2nd Western China Spring of Budapest Opening Ceremony, and visited Sichuan International Studies University (SISU) to respond Chinese “Belt and Road” Initiative by a serious of specific actions with intense and efficiency. He said that the cooperation between Hungary and Chongqing on fields like economy and trade, science and technology, and education etc. will be promoted positively under the policy of Hungary to open up towards east.

More than 400 enterprises from Hungary and Chongqing gathered in Chongqing for China-Hungary Small and Mediumsized Enterprises Cross-border Investment and Trade Meeting,which contained several fields like agriculture, medical treatment,transportation equipment manufacturing, information and communication technology, smart city, waste management, and water resources management etc. One Hungary enterprise communicated with three or four Chinese enterprises because

of “one-to-many” model applied in this meeting. Finally, 15 cooperative projects were signed and more than 300 initial intents of cooperation were achieved.

“Chongqing is the one of cities having the rapidest development in China, the economic leader in Chongqing and Hungary both are automobiles and electronic information industry. The same economic structure is a reason for two sides to have a well development in trade and business in recent years. Szijjártó said that the Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing established in 2010, which was based on the well cooperative foundation between Hungary and Chongqing and the advantage of Chongqing’s rapid development in economy.

On April 15, 2017, China Railway Express from Chongqing to Hungary run successfully, it has brought a serious of positive influence. Turkey and Italy contacted Chongqing, hoping this“Fortune Road” can reach to their countries and areas to promote the development of their local economy. Szijjártó thought that Hungary are eager for being the backbone of China’s development in central and eastern Europe and the logistics transfer center of China Railway Express (Chongqing) in central and eastern Europe.Szijjártó visited SISU on 16 of May and delivered a speech,Hungary’s Policy of Opening-up towards East Connects Chinese“Belt and Road” Initiative, to teachers and students. He said that Hungary pays high attention to communication with Chongqing on culture. The new major of Hungarian established in SISU on September of 2016 is a sign to strengthen the cultural cooperation between Chongqing and Hungary.

In this visit, Hungarian economic and trade delegation went to Chongqing Haiyuehui Europe Shopping Park and Robot Industrial Park in Fenghuang Lake, Yongchuan District, Chongqing. A serious of investment conferences were held focused on topics like investment trade, tourism, green innovation and technological development, and medical hot spring etc.
