How to Improve Grades

We made a survey on teenage problems last week. And we also asked a psychologist for some advice.

The result shows that many students have difficulty improving their grades. Many students say exams make them stressed out and worried because they often fail.

Here is some advice from the psychologist. First of all， students who worry about exams should talk to their teachers and parents. Teachers and parents have more experience and usually they have valuable advice. Second， it is also important to change learning methods. Students should try to find right methods for themselves. Third， all students should find ways to relax themselves before exams.
