Summer Holiday

Last summer holiday, I went to Hangzhou and visited my grandparents. I went there by plane. I played with my cousin on the first day of the holiday. The next day, I visited the West Lake（西湖）. It was very beautiful. I went boating（劃船）on the lake.

I climbed a mountain, too. I stayed in Hangzhou for five days. For the last day of the holiday, I came back home and did my homework, then I prepared（準(zhǔn)備）to go back to school. I was so happy.

I enjoyed the summer holiday very much last year.

Black

Black is a pen

I use it every day

Black is a big stone（石頭）

I see it on the bay

Black is the bat（蝙蝠）flying across（穿過，越過）the moon

Black is the cat sitting on the broom（掃帚）

Black makes me feel happy

And sometimes makes me sad

But not all the time（一直，總是）

Black means（意味著）something bad

Black is an important color in our life

I began to like it when I was just five

Can you imagine（想象）night without（沒有）black?

豆豆：這是一首“描繪”black的詩篇。在這首小詩中，小作者運(yùn)用“day、bay”“moon、broom”“happy、sad、bad、black”“l(fā)ife、five”在詩行末尾組成了一對對押韻的詞，使得文章語言優(yōu)美、富有韻律感，讓豆豆眼前一亮，不禁要為小作者點(diǎn)個贊呢！

My Beautiful School

Hello, I’m Li Yingzhi. I’m from Luxi No.2 Primary（小學(xué)的）School. It’s a beautiful school. There’re some classrooms, an art room, a music room and so on（等等，諸如此類）. But I like the big library best. There are all kinds of books in the library. I often read books in it. There is a big playground with tall trees and colourful flowers around it.

This is my beautiful school. Welcome to my school!
