    Reasonable Matching Research of Oil Pumping Control Technology and Motor

    Abstract:In order to further control the power distribution system investment,reduce the energy consumption of machine mining system operation,find the most optimal combination of motors and oil pumping control technology,this paper adopts the method of field test different combination forms of energy consumption,compares the investment payback period,power factor and field application to study reasonable matching of oil pumping control technology and motor.The results show that investment payback period of the combined form of single speed motor plus control device A is short,power factor is high,site operation is convenient,function is practical.So this combination is identified as optimal combination forms.This combination improves the adaptability of the distribution system,and it can be used as the theoretical basis for guiding the design of oil project.According to the analysis results,329 wells were applied in the production capacity building block and annual power saving is 934.7×104kWh,annual electricity cost saving can be 6.263 million yuan.

    Abstract:The normal intermittent production does exist some problems,for example,high labor intensity,great difficulty in the management and difficulty to implement the work system,etc.Hence,the non-stop intermittent production for pumping units is proposed.It adopts a strategy which transforms the long-cycle concentrated intermittent pumping into several short-period intermittent pumping,and used a combination of the continuous pumping and the low-energy swing operation,it can change the long shaft stoppage part of intermittent pumping into low-energy swing operation,meanwhile,the maximum swing range of crank is designed based on the maximum elastic deformation of rod string under the premise that plunger piston is stationary,ground equipment does nonstop swing operation at the same time.The field application shows that,the pump efficiency improve by 4.4%,the power consumption by lifting one ton of liquid to 100 reduce 28.7%,saving 22.14 kWh every day compared with the normal intermittent production.It will be of great significance for the effective development of low-yield well.

    Abstract:Heating furnace is one of the important energy using equipment for oilfield surface engineering,which undertakes the heat supply for the whole block oil production capacity.At present,the treated oil wastewater is usually directly reinjected which lead to the insufficient use of the heat energy.In view of this situation,the sewage source heat pump technology in an oil station with sewage of 3 500 m3/d is replaced by heat furnace.After application,the whole year heat load in the station can be periodically met and the net profit is 1.66 million yuan,capital pay-off time is 3.58 years.After this technology is mature,it can be spread to various oilfields for use.

    Application of Rotor Frequency Conversion Technology in Water Injection System

    Abstract:Oilfield water injection is a dynamic balance process between the allocated water volume of injection well and the pump displacement.At present,due to the limitation of stator frequency conversion speed regulation technology,the displacement of injection pump can not match with the required injection quantity completely,which results in backflow and waste of electric energy in water injection station.The rotor frequency speed regulation technology used in water injection station solves the dynamic balance between supply and allocated injection volume and realizes startup with pressure of rotor frequency conversion and water injection with stable pressure by closing backflow.The application of this technology saves electric energy,prolong the service life of injection equipment and reduces the strength of operation and management.This technology can meet the demand of fine water injection of oilfield,which has better application value.

    Application and Effects of Cyclic Shutoff Injection Interval for Controlling Water Cut to Improve Efficiency in Polymer Flooding

    Abstract:When polymer flooding comes into late development period,production ratio of low permeability reservoir declines,polymer solution produces phenomenon of"tongue moving"along the bottom of the thick oil layer and water cut in oil wells increases rapidly.In order to control water cut increasing and improve the polymer flooding effects in late development,cyclic shutoff is implemented in 5 typical injection wells.Redistribution of percolation pressure field is utilized to produce differential pressure between low and high percolation reservoirs and drive residual oil in low permeability reservoir to flow into high permeability reservoir,consequently improve the oil flooding efficiency.After this strategy is implemented,cumulative oil production is increased by 360 tons and economic benefit is produced by 601.26 thousands yuan.

    Abstract:In order to study the energy consumption composition of large-scale LNG plant,the energy consumption was systematically analyzed and the reasonable energy saving measures were put forward.Combined with GB/T50441"calculation standard for petrochemical design energy consumption",the continuous operation data of a large LNG plant during performance assessment was analyzed,based on which the retrofit scheme of UPS was analyzed.The research shows that LNG factory is an integrated system engineering.LNG energy consumption analysis is of great significance for the sustainability evaluation of the whole system production process.The reasonable evaluation of energy consumption and unit in the system is the key for the accurate analysis of the overall energy consumption of the project.The results can effectively guide the production,avoid waste of energy and promote profits of enterprise.

    Abstract:In view of the existing traditional screw pump ground drive screw pump,improve the speed of an instant,sucker rod pumping caused great inertia torque,torque rod bearing is greater than the rated torque,the sucker rod is easy to break;screw pump shutdown,the load torque of sucker rod moment release,the sucker rod reverse,easy to cause the problem of sucker rod tripping,put forward the solution of screw pump closed-loop intelligent production system,introduces the applicable conditions,working principle,system of screw pump oil production system,closed loop intelligent characteristics and field application,and Research on the analysis and evaluation of implementation effect.Practice has proved that the closed-loop intelligent oil screw pump system is an advanced low cost drilling production technology,oil production site has good adaptability and high price,in 5 the beam pumping unit and lift oil well formation liquid supply the relative lack of screw pump oil production system to implement closed-loop intelligent energy saving technology transformation of wells,the comprehensive energy saving rate of 48.9%,single well daily average reached 115 kW,5 wells annual consumption amounted to 209 875 kWh.Its application will promote the construction of intelligent oil field,and has broad prospects for popularization and application.

    Energy Saving EffectAanalysis of Coal Fired Boiler Using Energy-saving Uniform Coal Blending Machine

    Abstract:In the northern winter heating,the majority of heating enterprises are coal-fired boilers as the main heating source.All the existing coal-fired boiler coal feeders use mechanical joint way to transport coal,which makes coal fall into the grate surface to result in uneven distribution,incomplete combustion phenomenon and consequently causes a lot of waste of energy and pollution of the surrounding environment.A coal fired boiler house of a property company successfully solved the above problems by using energy-saving uniform coal mixer according to its actual situation.The boiler efficiency is increased by 4.70%,the carbon content of the slag is reduced by 8.14%,and the coal consumption can be saved by about 31 t a year,which has guiding significance for other heating enterprises.

    The Method of Reducing Backwashing Pump Running TimeAnalysis

    Abstract:At present,the oil field widely uses pressure filter tank to filter the produced water,in order to improve the water treatment effect,the filter tank must be regularly backwashed.Theo-retically the longer backwashing time,the better the cleaning effect,but too long anti-wash time will increase the backwash pump running time,which is not conducive to save energy.Usually walnut shell filter backwash time requires for 20 minutes.By exploring a reasonable backwashing strength,so that the rinse water shear force and friction can achieve the best range to let each tank reduce the backwash time by 5 minutes,which reduces the backwash pump operation rate.Taking 10 filter cans as example,the method can daily save electricity by 30.8Kwh,which achieves the purpose of energy conservation.

    Abstrct:With the deepening of oilfield development,the number of casing damage wells is continuously increasing,lead to lower utilization ratio of oil and water wells,bring serious negative influence to oilfield development.Especially the standard layer casing damage,which has become a major problem affecting oil field development,because of its fast development and wide range of influence.So,we need to make a thorough analysis of the causes of casing damage,adjust the pressure system reasonably,combination of prevention and Governance,to effective control of casing damage.In this paper,the casing damage in recent A block are analyzed,in view of standard layer casing damage prevention and control and related reservoir development,corresponding governance should be made.It provides a basis for casing damage control,cumulative savings injected water79.01×104m3,daily production increased198.9t,water cut has dropped by 0.5 percentage points.According to the current price of 1812 yuan/ton,the value of output increase 1.2×104Yuan per day.effective control of casing damage and saving development cost

    Abstract:The three positions of water treatment station,water deep treatment station and water quality test of water flooding station should be operated strictly according to the operational standards,and problems on the water quality should be treated in time.Node management uses node to segment each work,so that employees know which node he is located,what is the responsibility,what is the goal,how to do.When applying node management method in the filter tank and its backwash management,operation management and maintenance of the ultraviolet sterilization device,container collecting oil,mud and dredging,pharmacy management and so on several core points,three water quality indicators of oiliness,median particle size and suspended solids content could reach quality requirements,and simultaneously reduce the energy consumption and capital investment in the process of produced water treatment.

    Analysis and Governance of"Gypsum Rain"Discharge

    Abstract:Wet desulfurization is a widely used flue gas desulfurization technology in the world due to its fast reaction speed,high efficiency and high additive efficiency.Aiming at the serious problem of discharged flue gas carrying"gypsum rain"in a coal-fired power plant that adopts wet desulfurization technology in Daqing area,the original designed operation mode of equipment was optimized in the desulfurization system of the power plant by theoretical calculation,risk assessment and writing TXP-3000 system program and operation test.New operation mode was implemented throughout the year in 2016 and the effect is good,which reduces 90%of the emissions"gypsum rain"and meanwhile saves the power consumption of desulphurization system by 5.9 million KWH,creates huge economic and social benefits.

    Prediction of Outdoor Particulate Pollution in the Supply Station of Changqing Oilfield

    Abstract:The supply stations of Changqing Oilfield are mostly located nearby the oil and gas production area.Pollutant gases generated from the oil and gas production area can be absorbed by the outdoor particulate matters(PM),which may have negative impacts on the health of the staff while spreading over the office area.In order to ensure the indoor air quality of the supply station,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to predict the diffusion and distribution of outdoor particulates in the supply station.Taking Huanjiang oilfield as an example,we established a threedimensional model of the buildings to simulate the PM pollution(mainly PM10)in the supply station.The result shows that the building environment is significantly polluted by PM10.Based on the simulations,several advices are given to control PM10 pollution in the supply station and to protect the staff from the pollution.Furthermore,these advices can be valuable for other polluted supply stations,and also be useful to select location for future supply stations.

    Discussion of Energy Efficiency IndexAnalysis and Governance Method for Machine Production Wells

    Abstract:With the difficulty of oilfield exploitation and the increase of the application scale of the machine production energy consuming equipment,the electricity consumption of the machine production system increases year by year,tonnage cost goes up substantially and the share of production energy consumption cost in total cost becomes larger and larger.For the purpose of energy saving and efficiency increasing,according to the monitoring results of energy consumption,the annual energy efficiency data is statistically analyzed.Also,combining energy efficiency index standard,block system analysis of energy efficiency status is carried out.The main reasons of low efficiency and high energy consumption of equipment are pointed out.After the implementation of targeted measures for governance,accumulative electricity saving achieves 433.5×104kWh and system efficiency is increased by 17.53%.These implemented measures can provide reliable basis for hereafter energy saving and consumption decreasing,implementation of energy saving technology transformation and guarantee the economical operation of oilfield production system.
