民航"十三五"規(guī)劃 重慶將建成“一大四小”民用機(jī)場(chǎng)

中國(guó)民用航空局、國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、交通運(yùn)輸部聯(lián)合發(fā)布《中國(guó)民用航空發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃》，規(guī)劃提出，到2020年，運(yùn)輸機(jī)場(chǎng)數(shù)量達(dá)到260個(gè)左右，航班正常率力爭(zhēng)達(dá)到80%，并將全面提升航空服務(wù)能力，提升空管保障服務(wù)水平。根據(jù)規(guī)劃，“十三五”時(shí)期，重慶將建成“一大四小”民用運(yùn)輸機(jī)場(chǎng)。除了重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)的改擴(kuò)建，萬(wàn)州、黔江機(jī)場(chǎng)也在改擴(kuò)建之列，而運(yùn)輸機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中還包括了續(xù)建巫山機(jī)場(chǎng)、新建武隆機(jī)場(chǎng)。其中，江北機(jī)場(chǎng)東航站區(qū)和第三跑道工程將于今年投用。

《2016重慶市外商投資環(huán)境測(cè)評(píng)報(bào)告》出爐

1月18日，市外商投資企業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)布《2016重慶市外商投資環(huán)境測(cè)評(píng)報(bào)告》稱(chēng)，重慶直轄市地位、特殊優(yōu)惠政策、相對(duì)較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、政府服務(wù)水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集能力是外商落戶(hù)重慶的五大主要因素。

新增5家“中國(guó)出口質(zhì)量安全示范企業(yè)”

國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局發(fā)布了《質(zhì)檢總局關(guān)于公布第三批“中國(guó)出口質(zhì)量安全示范企業(yè)”名單的公告》，授予第三批52家企業(yè)“中國(guó)出口質(zhì)量安全示范企業(yè)”稱(chēng)號(hào)，重慶有5家企業(yè)獲此稱(chēng)號(hào)，分別是重慶隆鑫機(jī)車(chē)有限公司、上汽依維柯紅巖商用車(chē)有限公司、重慶銀翔摩托車(chē)（集團(tuán)）有限公司、重慶國(guó)際復(fù)合材料有限公司和中國(guó)嘉陵工業(yè)股份有限公司（集團(tuán)）。

2016年重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)保持兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng) 增幅居全國(guó)前列

1月20日，全市經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況新聞發(fā)布會(huì)舉行。2016年，全市實(shí)現(xiàn)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值17558.76億元，比上年增長(zhǎng)10.7%，比全國(guó)平均水平高4.0個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)保持兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng)；人均GDP達(dá)到57902元，增長(zhǎng)9.6%。分產(chǎn)業(yè)看：2016年，全市實(shí)現(xiàn)第一產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值1303.24億元，比上年增長(zhǎng)4.6%；第二產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值7755.16億元，增長(zhǎng)11.3%；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值8500.36億元，增長(zhǎng)11%。全市經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)，發(fā)展質(zhì)量效益同步提升，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展保持了穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)、穩(wěn)中向好的良好態(tài)勢(shì)。

去年接待游客4.5億人次

1月25日，市旅游局消息稱(chēng)，去年我市接待境內(nèi)外游客45086.13萬(wàn)人次，同比增長(zhǎng)15.1%；實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游總收入2645.21億元，同比增長(zhǎng)17.5%。去年我市在招商引資、品牌創(chuàng)建、節(jié)會(huì)活動(dòng)等方面作出了努力：吸引旅游投資超過(guò)1200億元，包括萬(wàn)達(dá)集團(tuán)投資500億元打造重慶萬(wàn)達(dá)文旅城，美國(guó)六旗集團(tuán)聯(lián)合山水文園投資集團(tuán)投資300億元打造山水主題小鎮(zhèn)六旗樂(lè)園等；創(chuàng)建國(guó)家級(jí)及市級(jí)旅游度假區(qū)15個(gè)，評(píng)定4A級(jí)景區(qū)9個(gè)；成功推出“山水之都·美麗重慶”旅游主題宣傳口號(hào)，舉辦了首屆武陵山民俗生態(tài)文化旅游節(jié)、第七屆中國(guó)長(zhǎng)江三峽國(guó)際旅游節(jié)等活動(dòng)，擴(kuò)大了重慶旅游的影響力。

隆鑫通用出資3億收購(gòu)意大利CMD通航發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)公司

隆鑫通用動(dòng)力股份有限公司發(fā)布公告稱(chēng)，該公司已于今年1月19日在意大利羅馬完成了收購(gòu)意大利CMD通航發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)公司的交易及工商登記手續(xù)。隆鑫通用取得了CMD公司約67%的股權(quán)，并以自有資金向相關(guān)各方匯付了全部對(duì)價(jià)總金額4111萬(wàn)歐元（約合人民幣3億元）。隆鑫通用成功收購(gòu)CMD，標(biāo)志著該公司成功進(jìn)入通用航空活塞式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域，這有利于該公司進(jìn)一步提升在大排量發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)方面的正向設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)和制造能力，推動(dòng)專(zhuān)業(yè)級(jí)無(wú)人機(jī)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)。

新加坡成為我市跨境人民幣結(jié)算第三大境外地域

2月13日，人民銀行重慶營(yíng)業(yè)管理部發(fā)布的2016年重慶市貨幣信貸運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2016年，全市與新加坡發(fā)生的跨境人民幣實(shí)際收付結(jié)算量達(dá)129.4億元，同比增長(zhǎng)35.2%，占全市跨境人民幣實(shí)際收付結(jié)算量的11.3%。目前，新加坡已成為我市跨境人民幣結(jié)算第三大境外地域。

“重慶造”骨頭修復(fù)材料打破美國(guó)壟斷

2月6日，渝北空港工業(yè)園區(qū)消息，重慶潤(rùn)澤醫(yī)藥有限公司成功研發(fā)出多孔鉭再生性骨修復(fù)材料，彌補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)在這一領(lǐng)域的空白。該公司目前已成功申報(bào)了三項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)課題、兩項(xiàng)重慶市課題，并成立了重慶市醫(yī)用金屬材料工程技術(shù)研究中心。此前，受鉭金屬密度高、加工難等限制，全球僅美國(guó)一家公司能生產(chǎn)此類(lèi)產(chǎn)品。預(yù)計(jì)國(guó)產(chǎn)多孔鉭材料量產(chǎn)上市后，其價(jià)格僅是進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的一半。

“合川造”SUV出口韓國(guó)

合川區(qū)北汽銀翔貿(mào)易有限公司生產(chǎn)的SUV（城市多用途汽車(chē)）已成功出口韓國(guó)，這標(biāo)志著北汽銀翔成為首個(gè)出口韓國(guó)的中國(guó)產(chǎn)乘用車(chē)品牌。據(jù)韓國(guó)媒體報(bào)道，當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間1月18日，獨(dú)家進(jìn)口的北汽銀翔中型SUV“KENBO 600”（國(guó)內(nèi)命名：北汽幻速S6）在仁川市南區(qū)舉行了新車(chē)發(fā)布會(huì)，正式上市銷(xiāo)售。

去年我市手機(jī)產(chǎn)量達(dá)2.87億臺(tái) 同比增長(zhǎng)58.7%

市經(jīng)信委公布的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2016年我市手機(jī)產(chǎn)量達(dá)2.87億臺(tái)，同比增長(zhǎng)58.7%。我市手機(jī)產(chǎn)量大幅度攀升，主要得益于近年來(lái)陸續(xù)引進(jìn)、培育了一批手機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。目前，全市已引進(jìn)知名手機(jī)品牌vivo、重慶百立豐科技有限公司等手機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)近百家，分布在南岸、潼南、渝北、九龍坡、巴南、長(zhǎng)壽、綦江和大足等多個(gè)區(qū)縣。“重慶造”手機(jī)不僅賣(mài)到全國(guó)各地，還遠(yuǎn)銷(xiāo)南亞、中亞、南美和非洲等地區(qū)。

首個(gè)全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)學(xué)校開(kāi)建

2月9日，我市首個(gè)采用全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建造的學(xué)校—重慶南開(kāi)兩江學(xué)校正式開(kāi)始吊裝。該學(xué)校使用的鋼構(gòu)件總數(shù)量超過(guò)7000件，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用量約5000噸，預(yù)計(jì)今年9月建成投入使用。近年來(lái)，我市大力發(fā)展鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑，許多政府投資主導(dǎo)的辦公樓、保障性住房、學(xué)校等公共及公益性建筑，均采用了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)。業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的推廣將進(jìn)一步化解本地鋼鐵產(chǎn)能，帶動(dòng)建筑行業(yè)提檔升級(jí)，同時(shí)還將培育一批集設(shè)計(jì)、制造、施工、運(yùn)營(yíng)為一體的工程總承包龍頭企業(yè)。

Civil Aviation Administration of China, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China have jointly issued “the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of the Civil Aviation Development of China”. The plan has proposed that the number of transport airports will amount to 260 or so; the normal fl ight rate will strive to reach 80%; the aviation service capacity will be comprehensively enhanced; and the air traffi c control service will be improved. According to the plan, “one big and four small” civil airports will be built in Chongqing during “the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period. In addition to the reconstruction and expansion of Chongqing Airport, Wanzhou Airport and Qianjiang Airport are also to be reconstructed and expanded. Among the construction projects of transport airports, Wushan Airport is continued to be constructed and Wulong Airport will be built. The east terminal area of Jiangbei Airport and the third runway project will be put into use this year.

“2016 Evaluation Report on Chongqing’s Foreign Investment Environment” is published

On January 18, Chongqing Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment had released “2016 Evaluation Report on Chongqing’s Foreign Investment Environment”. This report claims that the status of Chongqing as a municipality, the special preferential policies, the relatively high level of economic development, the government service and the industrial gathering capacity are fi ve major factors to attract foreign enterprises to settle in Chongqing.

Another fi ve enterprises have been granted the title of “China Export Quality & Safety Demonstration Enterprises”

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China has released“the Notice on the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China Announcing the List of the Third Batch of “China Export Quality & Safety Demonstration Enterprises”, and awarded the title of “China Export Quality & Safety Demonstration Enterprises” to the third batch of 52 enterprises. Five enterprises in Chongqing having been awarded the title are respectively Chongqing Loncin Motor Co., Ltd., SAIC-Iveco Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yinxiang Motor (Group) Co., Ltd., Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation and China Jialing Industrial Co., Ltd. (Group).

In 2016, Chongqing GDP has maintained double-digit growth rate, with the growth ranking the forefront of the country

Chongqing Economic Operation Press Conference was held on January 20. In 2016, Chongqing GDP reached 1755.876 billion yuan, with the growth of 10.7 percent over the previous year and 4.0 percentage points higher than the national average. Chongqing GDP has continued to maintain doubledigit growth rate. Per capita GDP reached 57,902 yuan with the growth of 9.6 percent. According to the industries, the added value of the primary industry amounted to 130.324 billion yuan in 2016, up by 4.6% over the previous year; the added value of the secondary industry was 775.516 billion yuan, up by 11.3 percent; the added value of the tertiary industry was 850.036 billion yuan, up by 11 percent. In total, Chongqing economy has achieved sustained and stable growth with the development quality and benefit simultaneously enhanced. The economic and social development has maintained a good momentum of steady and better progress.

Last year, Chongqing has received 450 million tourists.

On January 25, Chongqing Tourism Bureau announced that Chongqing has received 450.8613 million domestic and foreign tourists last year, an increase of 15.1%; the total tourism income has achieved 264.521 billion yuan, an increase of 17.5%. Last year, Chongqing has channeled great efforts into the investment, brand creation, festival activities and other aspects: such as having attracted tourism investment of more than 120 billion yuan, including 50 billion yuan invested by Wanda Group to build Chongqing Wanda Cultural Tourism City and 30 billion yuan invested by the Six Flags Group from United States and the Riverside Group to forge Riverside Theme Town----Six Flags Great Adventure, etc. Fifteen national and municipal tourism resorts have been set up, and nine tourists attractions have been assessed as 4A. Also, Chongqing has successfully launched the tourism theme slogan of the “Beautiful Chongqing with Mountains and Rivers”, the fi rst Wuling Mountain Folk Culture and Tourism Festival, the seventh session of International Tourism Festival of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River and other activities. LONCIN Motor Co., Ltd. has invested 300 million yuan to purchase Italy C.M.D

LONCIN Motor Co., Ltd. announced that the company had completed the transactions and industrial and commercial registration to purchase Italy CMD in Rome, Italy on January 19 this year. LONCIN Motor Co., Ltd. had acquired approximately 67% of the equity of CMD and paid the total amount of €41.11 million (approximately 300 million RMB) to its respective parties with its own funds. The fi rst full-steel structure school begins to be built

On February 9, the first school made of full-steel structure----Chongqing Nankai Liangjiang School officially began to be hoisted. The total number of steel components used for the school is more than 7,000 pieces and the quantity of steel structure is about 5,000 tons. The school is expected to be put into operation in September this year. Singapore has become the third largest overseas area of Chongqing cross-border RMB settlement

According to Chongqing currency credit operation data in 2016 issued by Chongqing Business Management Department of the People’s Bank of China on February 13, the real cross-border RMB settlement and payment occurring between Chongqing and Singapore amounted to 12.94 billion yuan, up by 35.2% on last year, accounting for 11.3% of the total amount of Chongqing in the last year. At present, Singapore has become the third largest overseas area of Chongqing cross-border RMB settlement.
